I received a book I did not order about "sitting pretty on a fixed income" I am not a senior or on a fixed income and did not order this I see from many different fraud and complaint sites that this company frequently sends out unsolicited books and then bills people for them, usually targeting seniors and then tells them they sent in a free trial card when they did notThey told me the same thing, I asked them to send me the card showing I mailed this postcard back to them with a my signature and date and city postal mark on it and then she said she didn't know if that would be on the cardHow can it not if I supposedly mailed this postcard back? I think when asked to prove it they must have a preprinted card with our name and address on itShe even said that they have a great Revdex.com rating and told me they have been in business for years like that means I am lying because they are such a great reputable companyToday I got a second bill threatening late charges if I do not pa

Parents received billing mails for items that they did not order, nor did they receive How these guys got an A+ rating makes me question the Revdex.com My parents (seniors) received a billing statement and note that confused and upset them They spent a great deal of time trying to understand why they received a past due bill from someone they did not know, for goods they did not order, nor did they receive A quick search on Bing reveals that many seniors are being targeted by this organization and this method of collecting unearned funds It makes me wonder how Revdex.com evaluates companies to see that there are complaints on the Revdex.com site, and yet they have an A+ rating

Received item-book and wished to return item Called the return number and never was able to speak with a representativeJust played advertisements for other itemsJust kept playing new offers and never allowed comments for return instructions for the item Never spoke to an individual Gave a new number to call and the same thing happened Never able to speak to a person Want to return item - overpriced for the item Want to resolve quickly Product_Or_Service: book Order_Number: [redacted]

Being billed for a book that was sent back within the specified time frame.Called company in February & provided date book returned, told 'they would note it'.No instructions on how to mail the book backBut, in original ad received in mail about the book, they claimed item could be sent back with postage paid by the company if not wantedI attached this information to the book box, and was told by the mail clerk it was good to go.Received another bill for the book in April.Very Scamish1) no instructions on mailing book back, & 2) they seem to be targeting seniors here (a very large ad recently in AARP) Product_Or_Service: book Order_Number: [redacted]

Received bill statement for $for something that was never ordered, received or requested from this scam company I see from other complaints that they seem to prey on the elderly

The company sent an unsolicited book to my elderly mother and after calling to have my mom's name removed from their mailing list, "***" argued with me that my mom had filled out a card requesting the very book my mom says she did NOT request ("The Country Doctor's Kitchen Secrets Handbook") The bill is clearly designed to solicit multiple small payments from my mom over a period of time, which will add up to more than the book's actual value My mom was upset upon receiving the book and is blaming herself for opening the packaging She said as soon as she opened it, she felt sick to her stomach

My 91-year-old mother has been receiving advertisements to purchase books & personal care items like wrinkle creams from FC&AI have called and asked to have her name removed from their mailing listShe does not need products on Anti-aging, Your Body Can Heal, Easiest computer information, etcThese mailings come in as "trial" type products: if you like it keep it & pay $30-40, or return free of chargeMany of the books can be found on Amazon for a variety of prices: some for $with $shipping or $with shippingFC&A charges $30-hardcovers but online they offer softcovers for lessWhy send the expensive version anyway?? She cannot driveI do not live in the stateShe has a person who drops mail off from her PO BoxShe sticks envelopes out for that person to mailThey don't know if she's sending legitimate bills so they mail whatever she puts outShe does not have the capacity to get the book returns readyShe sends checks to FCA without me knowingShe told me t

Never heard of this company before and suddenly received a bill for something I never orderedI don't even know what the bill is forI tried to call the toll free number on the bill but could not get to talk to anyoneMy daughter google searched the company and found other complaints like mine that says they target seniors with fraudulent billsWe want them to leave us alone

About eighteen months ago, I began receiving mail from this, and other similar companies, requesting I purchase their product, usually "health" books
In I turned eighteen years old and required to register for the draft and social security My name is *** The lady at the draft board knew me as "***dy." My father was ***She asked my middle name and entered *for *** When I was drafted in 1965, the military corrected my name; however, social security did not Years later, I noticed my name was listed with SS as "***" and asked them about it They told me just to leave it that way as it wouldn't be a problem and would require a lot of work for them to change it Social security is the only entity in the world that has my name that way
Approximately eighteen months ago, maybe longer, I began getting mail from FC&A and other companies, trying to sell health food, herbal medication, and such, like "The Kitchen Table Book" which tells yo

FC&A mailed me an unsolicited books, implied that I ordered them, and requested payment of $each, implying additional fees for late paymentFederal laws prohibit mailing unordered merchandise to consumers and then demanding payment
