My aunt is retired and has been overseas and received a bill from FC&A indicating that she owes $for a book that she has not ordered
My aunt, *** received a bill from FC&A, dated 08/14/for order # 24-141093-The bill is in the amount of $for a bookThe bill also states that there will is overdue and it should be paid by 9/03/
I received a bill from FC&A Publishing for a book titled Country Doctors Kitchen for the amount of $accompanied by a letter from Publisher Frank K WoodThe letter indicated I ordered the book and neglected to pay and am in arrears
Neither my wife nor myself ordered this book and in fact never heard of this company until today
I researched this company on line and discovered numerous identical complaints
I contacted the company through the number and as soon as I mentioned my complaint the woman who answered hung up the phone
FC&A mailed me an unsolicited book, implied that I ordered it, and requested payment of $39.99, implying additional fees for late payment Federal laws prohibit mailing unordered merchandise to consumers and then demanding payment

I received the book : Save It Fix It Keep It " from FC&A Publishing Co in February of this yearI mailed it back to FC&A Publishing Company on February at my expense with a letter explaining why
However, They did not acknowledged having received it but sent an 'OVERDUE' noticeI then wrote them a letter stating that I had mailed the book back to them at my own expense on Feb.24,That letter too, was ignored
I sent them a email about this
I am stressed out at the harassment by this company and I would like it to be stopped!
