I have recently received the Revdex.com complaint regarding ID [redacted]. We did confirm, through FedEx tracking, that the original gift card purchased was delivered to the address entered upon submission of payment. I contacted this customer on January 25, 2016 asking her to confirm the...

address. Upon confirmation, a replacement gift card was sent. According the FedEx tracking number, the second shipment was delivered February 2, 2016 and the gift card number has since been used.
