Mon-Fri, 10:30am-4:30pm (Central time) (except 12:30-1:30 noon). We ask the member to contact us to verify your payment request and answer a few basic personal details to make sure that we can consider it as verified which helps us to keep fraud related activity in check.Once the member account has been verified, the payment request will be submitted, and all payments are made directly to members [redacted] account on the 1st or 15th of every month after the mandatory 30 day wait period from the day you submit for payment if phone verified.(except weekends or holidays)

We see that member is approved for $49.40 and whereas member need $50 minimum approved amount to make the payment request. As a special case we have approved $50 as one time exception. We tried to call the member but were not able to go through. We request the member to confirm her paypal email...

Member has accepted the terms and conditions at the time of sign up with [redacted] which clearly states everything. Member is not due for any payment and will not be paid.

We fail to understand as why the member has rejected the response. We have the [redacted] email on the profile. But after payment request there is verification call where we confirm the members [redacted] email address in order to avoid in sending to wrong [redacted] email address.  We had tried to reach the member through phone but were not able to get through.Member needs to accept the settlement after the payment will be sent to her [redacted] email [redacted]@q.com

We tried to call the member on 919 282 6869 but member did not pickup the call. Call verification is must in order to receive the payment. As a special case  we have verified the members request and $50 will be paid to her [redacted] account [redacted]@gmail.com as on 1s November, 2017.

On January 23, I completed survey #XXXXX, which required signing up for and ordering from Julep, which came with a $35 reward. On 1/29 I contacted customer service Service ticket #PRXXXXXXXX: Last week I completed an offer via your site (see below). My products are on the way (order #XXXXXXXXX) and my credit card has been charged, but my reward is still pending. Was there an error on my part? Instant Beauty Offer XXXX-XX-XX Pending $35.00)

The Print Screen tab,(prt scr) located above the backspace tab on a keyboard works well in making attachments.- press it once when the page you want to copy is on the screen, as it makes an image in memory; then paste into a word document and save it as a file and attach the file to a ticket. Do mention the survey number.

I responded with the attachment on 2/01: Hi, here is the attachment you requested. I am including the order confirmation/shipping notice and the email of the survey (#XXXXX) that I worked from. I received the products on 01/30/2014. Thank you for your assistance.

There were no further communications until I sent another inquiry on 2/10 Service Ticket #PRXXXXXXXX: It has been over a week since my last reply to ticket PRXXXXXXXX. What is the status? Where are my credits? I completed everything required of me and am still subscribed and using the products. Do you need additional information??

2/12 [redacted]: This is not a confirmation email. You need to send the email that you get after you have purchased the product.

2/13 Me: That is the confirmation email. I am sending it again, as well as the shipping confirmation. I have completed EVERY SINGLE ASPECT of this job, I don't understand why I am not receiving credit. Please respond PROMPTLY.

2/20 [redacted]: Please resend with complete header information in a single word file. The attachment needs to include your email address, date, and the Headers of the email, as this will verify whether it is a genuine email, and was actually sent by the advertiser.

2/21 Me (with 4 attachments): Here it is AGAIN. How many times will I need to send you the same information before you release my credit? Starting to think this entire site is a big scam. Why does it take a full week before you tell me that I'm not giving what you need??

2/21 [redacted]: Thanks for sending in the attachment. We have sent this to the account manager to review and will reply to you when a response is received.

Since 2/21 I have sent 2 additional tickets #PRXXXXXXXX and #PRXXXXXXXX and there is no resolution, however, they have all been marked CLOSED.
