This is a warranty company customer who is third party to warrantu company We dont control ordering parts in these major repairs Customer had option to replace system but chose to wait for repair instead..that her choice and mostly beyond our control The homeowner that complained was not present for the service call and is being told third party what was said by my technician

I spoke with [redacted] from the business she stated that the reversing value had to be order but was covered by warranty but had to be orderedThat was order and installed and then it was discovered that a compressor was neededThat was order and once again the customer did have to wait for that since it was ordered from the factoryAs of the 16th the parts were replaced and the unit it coolingthe Customer did have some cost but due to the waiting the business zeroed out the bill

We have since completed the job for Mr [redacted] We do apologize for his inconvenience The delays were related to over promising by a technician on my staff His repair has since been completed

It's hard to find a mechanical company to fixe or replace home appliances also have technician upscale trained and honest when you have a huge problem or broken heating/air conditioning systemLately I as a mechanical engineer and been spinal cord damaged,had experienced on my home upper level a/c broken systemFriend of mine had recommended A-Advance company to be called Sure enough I did that and have great experience with this company employees as well as owner and technician who came to replaced a/c comperessor and done with the problem with no regretsHonest people on prices, fast to salve the problem , importantly the owner is very helpful for offering and helping citizensI will call them back if I have problem in my home,also will recommend this company

This company works with our home warranty company Michael came to our house today, a Sunday, as our AC stopped working He was prompt and courteous, and diagnosed the problem quickly We are keeping our fingers crossed that the repair is approved, so that we can get it fixed!

[A Advanced has not been contacted directly because American Home Shield advised us to make contact with them for further issues or complaints. AHS paid for us to have an inspection by another company, two separate technicians diagnosed incorrect installation and incorrect orientation of duct work. We do not have faith that A Advanced would come out and correct this solution, as they had two chances to make it right and did not during the original installation process. We went on the call for an insuance company we have a contract with On the first trip most seenior technician went out to diagnoe the problem this customer was having We found that the NEST thermostat was shotted and needed to be replaced The tems of THEIR warranty does not cover direct brand for brand replacementOn the first visit THEY decided to not use the thermostat approved byTHEIR insurance company They stated that it was under warranty and would replace themselves They call back to their warranty company about a week later I spoke to the Mrsand she stated that they had replaced thermostat with brand new one and thay it worked days then stopped again I scheduled the same senior technician and upon arrival he found that they had short cut the job an only replaced only part of the 2-part thermostat At this point they damaged yet another NEST thermostat At this point the Mr, who was probably embarrassed, start yelling, screaming and demanding we replace his thermostat this time with a NEST thermostat Mind you that he understood completely from the first trip that his insurance does not cover brand for brand replacement In spite of this he continue his temper tantrum so my tech left I am sure by now the warranty company has sent out another compay to tell them the same thing So basically it was THEIR decisions that delayed their repairs It was THEIR decision to try to replace themselves and do only the easy part They could have paid to have a professional do it but they didn't I do feel sorry for the second contractorr who had to deal with this very unreasonable customer

Use any other company! This company is horrible! Unfortunately, we had to use them because we had a home warranty and we didn't know to request another companyThey kept charging us and they never fixed the problemThey came out to our house times and our unit is still making noisesThey came yesterday after we have already paid everything we were told about and claimed we owed another $I called the warranty company to ask about it and they stated we owed nothingThen the technician called the office and the guy was so nasty and rudeThe guy with the office told me we were told we owed it and it was documented we were toldWhen I tried to explain we were never told and the only time I spoke with someone was to make an appointment he cut me off and told me that he didn't care, we owed it and they would take legal action and put a lien on our homeNeedless to say the noise they came out to fix yesterday is still there and they did nothing except make more issues

Retaliation for Reporting them to Revdex.com! I just received a call from the owner of A-ADVANCED HOME SERVICESHis name is Manual R*** at ***MrR*** called me yelling and screaming because he was upset that I had reported him to the Revdex.comI called MrR*** around 10:03AM to try and find out
what time they would be at my house to service the AC Unit and put in the Compressor parts that was already paid for by my home warranty companyHe said within the hour someone should be thereNever did he mentioned to have $ready or he would not do the jobAbout minutes later a technician called and told me to have $ready when they get here or they will not do the workI explained that I had already made my deductible payment when they came out the first timeHe said the owner will be calling you shortlyThat's when MrR*** called screaming and yelling saying you reported me to the Revdex.com I am tired of this and if you don't have the $non-covered charges then nothing will be doneI told him that I am not responsible for non-covered services and the home warranty already paid themHe yelled if you don't pay me $I am not coming out thereI contacted the Home Warranty Company and they said I am not responsible for that money and MrR*** was very unprofessional and they would be contacting himThe Home Warranty company said that after speaking with him he refused to come out and fix my unit and bring the partThe home warranty company said that they were going to report him to Contract Relations for his unprofessional ism and lack of customer service and they would not refer any more customers to A-ADVANCED HOME SERVICESMy personal experience with this Mom and Pop company has been a true nightmareWith this company the Customer truly DOES NOT come firstI want the whole world to know that I had the worst experience with this company from the technician to the OwnerThe Owner is very nasty and rude when dealing with customers and refuses to admit that his company is lacking And to try and retaliate against me for reporting him to the Revdex.com is so unprofessionalNot to say the least of trying to make me pay $for something he knows I am not responsible for just because he was mad

The technician came out quickly and same-day as my call (and the day before Thanksgiving, to boot!), analyzed my heating system, and gave a thorough recommendation with sound reasoningHe put complicated HVAC lingo into simple terms, which I appreciated as a first-time homeownerI definitely recommend A Advanced for HVAC needs

A-Advanced Home Services was dispatched to my home on Nov to diagnose a failure of my furnaceComplete details of my experience are belowIn short, A-Advanced claimed a fraudulent $2,credit from my warranty company in an attempt to entice me to utilize their services for a complete HVAC system replacementMoreover, they purposefully withheld my deposit as long as possible because I cancelled work with them Finally, their customer service after I raised concerns regarding the above, was completely unprofessional Given my experience, I highly recommend not doing business with this company under any circumstancesDetails regarding my interaction with A-Advanced Home Services
On Nov 2016, Gary from A-Advanced arrived at my home an diagnosed a fault with my furnace heat inducer Given that my system was nearly years old, I suggested that I would rather replace my system than continue to repair it (this was not the first time I had heating and AC problems) Gary indicated that, in lieu of repairing the heat inducer, A-Advanced could negotiate with my warranty company on my behalf and I could receive between $2,500-$3,in credit towards a new system I initially agreed and after a taking a few minutes to make some calls, Gary indicated I was approved for a $2,credit from my warranty companyI have the invoice that details this fraudulent credit and I am happy to provide After I initially agreed to these terms, I paid a $2,cash deposit (I paid in cash because Gary, upon my request, said I could receive an additional 10% discount if I paid in cash) and scheduled the install for Wednesday NovThe next morning (Nov 16), I decided to call my warranty company to ensure I was receiving the claimed $2,creditWhen I spoke to the customer service representative I was told this was contrary to their policy for reimbursement and they had no record of the $2,credit, in fact they had not even received the initial diagnosis report from A-Advanced This was obviously concerning, therefore I immediately called Gary to discuss this situation with himHe did not answer therefore I left a messageAfter several hours passed, I called A-Advanced’s main line and reached the owner of the company Manuel (Manny) R***I discussed the situation with MrR*** and indicated I wanted to cancel my install and get my deposit backHe indicated this would not be a problem and said Gary would be in touch with me to return my depositNot long after my call with MrR***, Gary called me and was irateHe clearly did not want me to cancel the installWhen I asked for my deposit back, he said he would have to “check with his attorney” because I signed a contract (we never actually signed a formal contract the only paper work I received was the work invoice)Regardless, VA law requires a 3-day grace period that allows customers to cancel for any reason, Gary ignored thisWhen I mentioned the $2,credit and the fact that my warranty company could not verify it, he said that I was just talking to the “***” in authorization who “only work there for less than months”, he continued by saying he talks to the “bosses and higher-ups at the warranty company and negotiates these deals.” When I asked who these bosses were he told me I could “kiss his ***” and he hung upAfter this call, I immediately called MrR*** back and detailed what happenedHe was initially very apologetic and indicated he would fix the problem and get me my money back While he said the all the right things initially, it took MrR*** over two weeks to return my deposit and only after I had to repeatedly contact him, Gary, and my warranty company for assistanceMrR*** routinely made promises and never followed up to the point where I was preparing small claims court paperwork as I was convinced my deposit would never be returnedI have multiple text messages between myself, Gary, and MrR***, which detail much of what I have described aboveI am happy to provide to anyone who would like to see themOne particular exchange between myself and MrR*** is particularly tellingIt took place after MrR*** again did not honor his word regarding returning my depositShockingly, when asked why he did not honor his word as we discussed the day prior, his only response was “whatever”In the end, at best A-Advanced Home Services has horrible customer service, at worst they engage in fraud when servicing customer home warranty repairsEither way, would you want to do business with this company? Yes the job was complete but lateThe job also was incomplete previously and caused a hazard because several parts were not secured and I was charged for Freon that was not put in my compressor.the job *** and *** performed was sloppy and and unprofessional I have received no compensation or written apology for the poor work nor assurances those technician will come back out They did not arrive as scheduled due to the owner being on vacation and they shortening their day to go home early and drinking and unable to drive out to my residence to perform the scheduled work

As part of my home warranty I was referred to A-Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning and put in contact with *** who made an appointment with me in two days I couldn’t be more pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received from *** Obviously a skilled HVAC specialist, it didn't take him long to find the issue and he fixed it promptly I am surprised by some of the other reviews I’ve read online about this company If I have another issue, under warranty or not, I’m calling *** at A-Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning

We have a 1yr warranty on all work we perform.  Additionally this customer never called to inform us of any problems with the installation.  Our warranty does not cover paying other contractors.  The owners should reach out to us if they are having additionally issues.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and she stated that an invoice was sent to the consumer on 7/14/14. The bill was originally $1,584.00. With the discount, the new total is $450.00 and [redacted] stated she will be sending a new invoice to the consumer today.

Right off I would like to know why she filed a claim with her home warramty company for her airconditioning if it was working fine.  It is clearly spelled out in your policy that freon is only covered at **/pound.  It is also clearly stated in our contract with AHS that we dont have to...

call in for autho unless there are non covered costs not freon related.  Per terms of the same agreement we are not responsible for any breakdown not related to primary repair.  They insist we repair first since it is a repair policy not a new unit policy.  We did reccommend to them a replacement but of course they wanted their insurance to pay for it and the inurance wouldnt.   As far as putting in freon my tech would have been responsible for the freon out of his own pocket.   And would not have just added hudreds of dollars with out getting approval. Some HVAC companies charge up too [redacted]/pound.  We charged just [redacted] per pound.  When you take a improperly running old unit and restore it full operation older components can sometimes fail.  We cannot and will not warranty any repair on an old system except for whst we repair.  We did offer them a full credit for the freon towards a new unit but they declined because they are mad with their warranty company.
