A-Best Roofing recently sent [redacted] to our house to give us an estimate [redacted] was on time, courteous, an prompt to send us the estimate It is nice when any type of construction company has someone like [redacted] to deal with

They have just completed my roofing in April of They did a splendid job and completed the task as scheduled on timeAfter completion they assisted me with financing to cover the amount that my insurance would not cover when others requested full payment at the end of the jobFinally the job supervisor came by and answered all of my questions and provided any assistance that I needed at jobs endI would greatly recommend A-best for your roofing needs

We were genuinely impressed with the service we got, from the initial visit from the Salesman, [redacted] Rto the finished project, by Project Manager, [redacted] PThey both made sure that we got the best roof for the money we spent and to our satisfaction! Throughout the whole process the crew kept things clean out of our wayIt was a great job all around and we difinitely will use A-Best Roofing again if the need arises and will recommend them with confidence

I selected ABest Roofing based upon recommendations of coworkers and their recent experience with ABestThe sales person was well prepared, knowledgable and helpful through the inspection and product selection process He also was able to educate me on the insurance process One of the key points that the salesman made was about ABest's quality control process with a dedicated project manager that would be onsite multiple times each day that they were working This was important to me because I did not have the time to watch over the installationI signed the contract with ABest and was introduced to the project manager I took off from work the day their sub was to start just to make sure things went well The sub failed to show in the morning and after contacting the project manager was informed they were hung up finishing another job and would be there in the afternoon Never showed the first day The next day I was told they would start around AM They didn't show until late morning to start the tear off Part of the prep was to cover the existing gutters so shingles being torn off would not damage them Long story short, they did not properly protect the gutters and they were damaged Overall the roofers did a good job, however the project manager failed to visit the job regularly and many little details (installation of new vents, flashing, cualking, etc) were missed This did not inspire confidence in their quality control process or the project managerAfter calls to the salesman the production manager visited my job and assured me that they would take care of all the little items They also worked with me to resolve the gutter damage in a fair manner The project manager returned at the end of the job and did get all the little items resolvedOverall quality of workmanship was good Project management/quality control was poor ABest stood behind their promises and eventually resolved all issues Frustrating part was it took a lot of my time and involvment to make all of it happen

I would like to write this review to acknowledge, the phenomenal roof consultation of Sam A First of all, his appearance and dress was very professional! He was polite, friendly, and courteous! His knowledge and skill set, in regard to the roof consultation, was very informative! As a result, my wife and I were able to make an informed, and quality decision, about the direction, we should pursue, in regard to our roof We will highly recommend, A-Best Roofing, and Sam A; to our friends and family, for their roofing needs!

Dealing with a metal roof that had a leak Signed contract first week of October Was told we'd have flashing in before Thanksgiving before the winter storms could make the leaks worse Didn't see a crew until February Multiple rescheduling issues from either forgetting items, or couldn't get a crew for the day, etc Still had to have a leak readdressed in April

This business did an outstanding job on my roof

Extremely responsive to the need Knew exactly what to do Explained process and developed the various optionsThey spent time with the insurance claims adjuster to ensure all issues were discussed Replacement of roof was accomplished as described Very quick work and with a high level of attention The only small issue was more trash than we expected but they responded well when we made know our concern
