The customer service from this company is horrible Called to have my roof checked out from wind damage An employee from the company came and checked my roof and said that I would need my whole roof replaced so he would have to have another individual come and check my roof since he only dealt with repairs! That person also said that my roof needed replacement But he had me sign a form so that he could work with my insurance company Along with signing the form, they needed to send out an adjuster to look over the roof That adjuster never came out and when I contacted the person from ABest, I was told he would check and get back to me Well, that never happened either After a week went by, I contacted this individual again and told him to cancel the form I had signed All he said was "ok" So I sent an email to the first person that I had dealt with and was told by him that he would check out what had happened and someone would get back to me Well, that never happened either! Apparently this company did not want my business but their customer service in getting back to me and explaining what was going on is totally unprofessional! Be careful in dealing with this company I have since found out from the Insurance Commission office that no one ever needs to sign a form to have a roofer deal with your insurance company All one has to do is contact them and they deal with the insurance company

They have just completed my roofing in April of 2016. They did a splendid job and completed the task as scheduled on time. After completion they assisted me with financing to cover the amount that my insurance would not cover when others requested full payment at the end of the job. Finally the job supervisor came by and answered all of my questions and provided any assistance that I needed at jobs end. I would greatly recommend A-best for your roofing needs.

They did what they had agreed to do, and the problems were taken care of. Although the work was done 2-3 weeks later than they had said, it was all done to our satisfaction.

I selected A best roofing through a recommendation of a friend. I will tell you that they don't stop until the job is done correctly. We had an issue that was address in a timely manner and really no fault of anyone . Nice job!

I selected ABest Roofing based upon recommendations of coworkers and their recent experience with ABest. The sales person was well prepared, knowledgable and helpful through the inspection and product selection process. He also was able to educate me on the insurance process. One of the key points that the salesman made was about ABest's quality control process with a dedicated project manager that would be onsite multiple times each day that they were working. This was important to me because I did not have the time to watch over the installation.
I signed the contract with ABest and was introduced to the project manager. I took off from work the day their sub was to start just to make sure things went well. The sub failed to show in the morning and after contacting the project manager was informed they were hung up finishing another job and would be there in the afternoon. Never showed the first day. The next day I was told they would start around 7 AM. They didn't show until late morning to start the tear off. Part of the prep was to cover the existing gutters so shingles being torn off would not damage them. Long story short, they did not properly protect the gutters and they were damaged. Overall the roofers did a good job, however the project manager failed to visit the job regularly and many little details (installation of new vents, flashing, cualking, etc) were missed. This did not inspire confidence in their quality control process or the project manager.
After calls to the salesman the production manager visited my job and assured me that they would take care of all the little items. They also worked with me to resolve the gutter damage in a fair manner. The project manager returned at the end of the job and did get all the little items resolved.
Overall quality of workmanship was good. Project management/quality control was poor. ABest stood behind their promises and eventually resolved all issues. Frustrating part was it took a lot of my time and involvment to make all of it happen.

This is a great company. Several months ago they came out to check out a leaking problem we had in an upstairs bedroom. They installed this roof in 2009. They discovered a problem with the stucco. We had that fixed. Still leaking. Then they did a water test on the window in that room. They thought it was the window leaking. We had the Windows replaced with new ones a month preceding the water test but had the window company come out and re-install the window. Still leaking. Finally after all of this A-Best came out, stripped back the roofing about 2 feet, installed flashing running the entire length of the roof and re-roofed. All for FREE!!! That was the problem all along. They are a fine company that sticks by their work. Not some fly-by-night that half-way does the job then exits!
