I purchased this product had trouble with it and the box was replaced immediately, then the new box did not work where I wanted to use it because of wifi issues and my money was refunded immediately, very reputable company and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for one of these boxes

My parents and I both bought ABox TV's from our local home show in November We both love them! I have canceled my cable and only use the Abox I have had a couple small programing issues and have always been able to resolve over text messaging or by a phone call They are always super responsive and follow up when promised Great Product! We bought more as Christmas gifts in December we love them so much!

I have had my abox for almost a year now and I love itIt keeps me up to date with shows that I like and I can review episodes that I missedHer staff is great and they are very prompt with getting back with you if you have a problemBuying this box was a great decision and have saved me lots of moneyI have recommend this box and this company to quite a couple of people since I brought it and they love it too

I purchased my first box in February At first everything was greatI had a couple problems but ended up switching my internet and it resolved themI was so happy at first that I recommended several people to get online and buy an a-box...which they didI even purchased a second box as part of a Christmas promotion in December However I started experiencing problems with the first boxI called tech support and told them of the issue with the box shutting off whenever someone walked across the roomI was told send it back we will just replace itI was sending in right before my warranty expired so I thought great a new box still under my warrantyNOPE!!! They sent it back and said that they reprogrammed it and everything was fineI plugged it in, turned on a show and within minutes the box shut off againI seen Julie at another local Home & Garden show so I stopped and talked to her about itCircumstances prevented me from sending it in immediatley but when I did once again they sent it back saying they reprogrammed it and everything was running fineNOPE!!! Hooked it up and before I could walk over and sit down on my couch it was off again!!! I have emailed Julie to let her know of the continuing problemShe told me that they watched movies and it never shut off! I find that hard to believe when I can't even turn around and sit down on my couch without it going off againSo she tell me let me check your paperwork when I get back to the officeShe emails me to tell me sorry can't do anything for you your warranty was up in FebruaryI explained that the first time I tried to have this problem resolved was before my warranty expiredHer come back was sorry it took you too long to send it back but I can sell you a refurbished one for $I told her no thanks I would not be purchasing another box if this was their level of customer service and not standing behind their product warrantyShe offered to send me another cord, the only thing wrong with that is the cord is fine it's the port that the cord plugs intoHer fix was to tell me to put a piece of TAPE on my $box and see if that works.!!! NO THANKSBUYER BEWARE!!!!! I have found a cheaper alternative to her product and with a little research you will too

I purchased this box months agoI have enjoyed many first run moviesI highly recommend A-Box as the retailer to use to purchase the productTheir customer service is tops with meI had a box that was broken and I received a replacement overnightI made an error on the machine and they are restoring the software and returning it to me overnightThe box does everything it is advertised to be and moreTop notch as far as I'm concerned

I purchased an A-Box from this company in March of Since the purchase I experienced a couple of problems with the product and although one of the problems may have been of my own making both were handled promptly and professionally The companies support service is excellent I would rate this business first class

I want everyone to first know how satsfied I am with the A-Box I don't write reviews or even leave feedback but this is a product that works and saves you $$ I use to buy hundreds of DVDs and Blu-Rays EVERY month spending well over $1,a month as well as online libraries like Vudu and DisneySince I purchased the A-Box, I have NOT spent a single dollar on movies of any sort I have not used the Box to its full extent but am absolutely sold on its value I mainly watch Showbox for all the newest movies
I paid $for mine and have fervently been searching the internet for a comparable unitThey have all the right "words" to think its as good or better but I just don't have the confidence that I will get anything as good even though at LESS than half the cost (as low as$79) I have one box now & would love to have several more for myself, family, and friends because it is a valuable alternative to cablr Customer service and support is unsurpassed STARS

I purchased a TV Box unit from this company in October, The company has provided excellent serviceI always get an immediate answer on calls, or within the hour, when I have left a voicemail When I had to send the unit back for reprogramming (my fault), within the week, my unit was sent back to me, without any hassles I have nothing but good things to say about A-Box TV, LLC Most issues can be resolved very quicklyLike most electronic items, there is a learning curve, because of unfamiliarity However, most of the issues are covered in step-by-step instructional videos If you haven't watched the various videos, you really shouldIf I had done what I preach,my unit would still be at home and not at their office!

We purchased our A-Box while at the Daytona Home Show We were very pleased and satisfied with our box, that we purchased another one We did have some difficulty with the WIFI aspect , but were very happy for the support from Julie as to how to resolve the issue We also had a few bumps in the road with the box malfunctioning and again Julie worked with us and when we could not resolve the issue she instructed us to return the boxes and they would ship another that would not have the issues we were experiencingAlways happy to receive our call or text and a response was and is quickly received We would and have recommended this product to our friends and family Very Satisfied

Julie is great! We love our A-Boxes I purchased one right after the Southern Womens Show last year and have purchased a couple more boxes since then She always returns calls promptly and provides help without complaint Would definitely purchase from her again!

We have had an A-Box since December and LOVE it!! Any time I have a question Julie always gets back to be in a timly manor! She always makes sure issues are set rightI don't think I have experienced better customer service any where! The quality of the picture is good and we can watch anythingI have also referred several of my friends and familyWe are so glad that we got this box!!

We purchased an A-Box TV unit and are delighted The A-Box performs well and the service provided by Julie and the A-Box crew is excellent We ordered the A-Box and it arrived a couple of days later Its a good product and the company treats you right

I have been able to cancel my premium movie channels due to this productI don't have to worry about recording or missing ANY shows or movies anymore! Any issue I have had has been resolved promptly and courteously by Julie personally

I purchased my first box in February 2015. At first everything was great. I had a couple problems but ended up switching my internet and it resolved them. I was so happy at first that I recommended several people to get online and buy an a-box...which they did. I even purchased a second box as part of a Christmas promotion in December 2015. However I started experiencing problems with the first box. I called tech support and told them of the issue with the box shutting off whenever someone walked across the room. I was told send it back we will just replace it. I was sending in right before my warranty expired so I thought great a new box still under my warranty. NOPE!!! They sent it back and said that they reprogrammed it and everything was fine. I plugged it in, turned on a show and within 5 minutes the box shut off again. I seen Julie at another local Home & Garden show so I stopped and talked to her about it. Circumstances prevented me from sending it in immediatley but when I did once again they sent it back saying they reprogrammed it and everything was running fine. NOPE!!! Hooked it up and before I could walk over and sit down on my couch it was off again!!! I have emailed Julie to let her know of the continuing problem. She told me that they watched 2 movies and it never shut off! I find that hard to believe when I can't even turn around and sit down on my couch without it going off again. So she tell me let me check your paperwork when I get back to the office. She emails me to tell me sorry can't do anything for you your warranty was up in February. I explained that the first time I tried to have this problem resolved was before my warranty expired. Her come back was sorry it took you too long to send it back but I can sell you a refurbished one for $100. I told her no thanks I would not be purchasing another box if this was their level of customer service and not standing behind their product warranty. She offered to send me another cord, the only thing wrong with that is the cord is fine it's the port that the cord plugs into. Her fix was to tell me to put a piece of TAPE on my $200 box and see if that works.!!! NO THANKS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I have found a cheaper alternative to her product and with a little research you will too.

I have been very pleased with the A-Box and the service I have received. Julie Ann has been very helpful and response time and instructions were excellent.

I purchased this box 2 months ago. I have enjoyed many first run movies. I highly recommend A-Box as the retailer to use to purchase the product. Their customer service is tops with me. I had a box that was broken and I received a replacement overnight. I made an error on the machine and they are restoring the software and returning it to me overnight. The box does everything it is advertised to be and more. Top notch as far as I'm concerned.
