I purchased an A-Box from this company in March of 2015. Since the purchase I experienced a couple of problems with the product and although one of the problems may have been of my own making both were handled promptly and professionally. The companies support service is excellent. I would rate this business first class.
We purchased an a-box at the Tampa Home Show. When we got home I had some streaming problems with Brighthouse that they were able to solve with a call to their support team. Apparently they did some adjustments on their end (no extra $$ to me) that worked.
Julie was very cooperative and stayed in touch with me all during this process.
She also communicated with me frequently, helping me learn to use box.
We enjoyed some movies and then had a problem with the box. I wrote and Julie asked me to return for replacement. Since we live closeby, she said I could bring it to their office in person and she would exchange it.
I came home and discovered that I had left the chip that came with the keyboard I had bought to use with box in the old box at their office. Emailed and Julie offered to mail it back to me.
We love the a-box it's fantastic and works like it was demonstrated at the Home and Garden show. The only issue we have is we in our area we are unable to get live news. Julie worked with us to try and make it work and was more than willing to accept the box for a refund, but we opted to keep it because it's so great to have. We took it on vacation with us and had all of our entertainment at our fingertips for our trip.
Julie is very knowledgable and responds quickly to requests for information. I called several times and was always satisfied.
