We had a huge oak tree that was leaning over our neighbors fence and also some power lines in our rental home in North Little RockThey kept me up to date as to what was needed to get the job doneTook lots of pictures of the jobWorked with our rentors, neighbors and electric company to ensure the safety of everyone involvedThey did a great jobWere very professionalWould recommend them to everyone and will use them again if I need another tree taken care of

We had a huge oak tree that was between houses and it was dropping limbs on our house and damaging the roofWe wasted money on previous tree trimming companies who said they could do the job but was unable to reach high enough, (only after removing some lower limbs) to get the damaged limbsMrPand his crew was the third company we hired to solve our problemThey came out and did exactly what they said they would do! They also left the yard spotless and one young lady even swept off the roofThey even provided us a copy of their insuranceThis company is TOP NOTCH! Will be hiring them again and highly recommending them

We did provide stump grinding for Client On October 16th We did state on his contract that we would come-back in Spring and grind any hidden roots if needed after the area had been cleared of shavingsClient contacted us in early-spring and stated there was area that needed grindingClient was told we had not started stump grinding for the season as ground was still thawingWe assured client he would be first on our list once we started grinding for the seasonAs promised client was first on our list once we started grinding for the season and job was completed to his satisfaction

Attached are additional pictures of some of the branches that hit my roof during the tree companies job, repair estimates and a copy of the home inspection I had done when I bought my homeI had two roof repair estimates so did not see the need for tree companies own personal roofing estimateNot to mention, having their own roofer would perhaps be a conflict of interest.
Although these branches may not appear large, they fell from great height causing damage on impactLike I mentioned before, the tree was a healthy tree that posted no threat to my roof until in was taken down by tree companyRegarding my partner sitting outside during the tree removal; not sure what that has to do with the damage caused by tree companyHe has the right to sit outside on my propertyTree company never asked for my permission to be on my property or use their crane to swing tree parts over my roof.

This is to reply to A Cut Above Tree Services response from R ***. I honestly believe *** is delusional, in denial yet crafty in what he is reporting. And this is not a debate
First, this area (*** Lake) is NOT a retirement communityIt is a condominium area and granted, there are retirees living here, yet there are also families with children living here as well, so erroneous statement number one
Next, it was not I who called for the service but rather my wife, *** ***. So, erroneous statement number twoTo reiterate, the service was performed on Thursday, Sept04, 2014. *** *** called *** the following day (Friday, Sept05, 2014) and made the statement to *** that the driveway had sap stains running from where the work was performed, down the driveway to the street where they had positioned their equipment Despite *** claim there are oil and rust stains throughout the driveway is also false. There is one (1) rust stain on the right side of the driveway which has nothing to do with the sap stains from the tree and is on the opposite side from where the work was done. THERE IS NOT ONE OIL STAIN ON THIS DRIVEWAY! *** was somewhat contentious stating to *** that he had been in business for years and that the rain would wash the sap away. Neither which is relevant to what *** was asking for. He further made the statement, “if she wanted him to look at it he would.” Good business practice and customer service would have dictated he checked it out sooner rather than later*** told *** she would look to borrow a power washer herself and try and remove it before she called him outI borrowed a power washer and attempted to clean the driveway myself with no availThen the second call was placed to Ralph by my self on Tuesday, Oct02, 2014, nearly one month later. By the way, the ensuing heavy rains on the weekend of Sept.06-07, did nothing to remove the stains
Despite the remark *** makes about he didn’t believe I had power washed the driveway is when I asked him if he was calling me a liarA question I asked only once I showed him the EXACT SPOT that I applied the power washer to for at least minutes. Nothing came up, so it would be an exercise in futility to continue power washing any more of the driveway. Erroneous statement number three
It was not I that was argumentative but rather *** who was concocting all sorts of things about the balls on the tree, etc causing the stains prior to their work. Essentially, *** was ,and is totally in denial We moved to this property in July of and again, there were no stains where the work was performed
To conclude this; *** made the statement “he believes *** wants him to acid wash the driveway, etcwhich is a presumption and flat out a lie. I never made that request, *** asked what I wanted him to do. I replied, the right thing. I asked what if the situation were reversed, what would he do. He said he would forget about it (another way of telling me he felt he has no responsibility). That is when I told him to get the Hell out of here
We DO NOT want anything further from this guy but to go on record that yes, they did a nice job on cutting and shaping the tree, which I mentioned in the beginning of the initial complaint with the Revdex.com, but to mainly point out that they in fact left a mess which we are unable to remove and that *** has since become antagonistic and has terrible follow up and customer service!

** *** was referred to us from two of his other neighborsNotice how *** list that we did a great job as far as the tree trimming, which is what we where contracted to doMost all of the trees in this neighborhood are Pear TreesThey have little balls that drop off of them in the FallThe tree we trimmed was severely over grown over the sidewalk and drivewayWe trimmed it way back away from the sidewalk and driveway to where its shape was back into the grassy areaThis made the sidewalk and driveway much more noticeableThese stains are from years of the fruit balls dropping on the concrete, and being walked on or driven onOur equipment was never in *** drivewayWe carried all tree trimming to the street to dispose of itIronically enough when we went back out to view the complaint, Mr***'s neighbor was acid washing and Thompson sealing his drivewayMr*** was argumentative and combative, he kept insisting that I must be calling him a liar, with the up most professionalism and courtesy I explained to *** that it was not sapIt was the balls that created the stains from years of falling, and asked him what did he wish us to do? with no response he then stated "to get the *** out of here, and this is not over"I bid *** an "ok have a nice day" and left
I personally feel *** wanted us to acid wash his sidewalks and entire driveway due to what the neighbor was doingAlso I do not believe *** used a pressure washer on any part of the concrete, for you would turn the concrete white where ever you pressure wash*** driveway has oil spots and rust stains in all areasI really was unsure what he actually wanted us to doWe never could have a professional conversation about what he expected from us. To end this response, we stand firm on the stains on the concrete at ***'s has nothing to do with A Cut Above Tree Service or A Cut Above Tree Service's negligenceAlso we where nothing but professional and speedy with our response to ***'s complaint

tree's dead limbs had been falling on their roof, and this was further verified by the amount of limbs found on the roof when our crew arrived. There was further delay in our progress at the job site when the man sitting at the neighbor's house refused to move himself and his Chair out of possible danger. Although the photos may not show fresh cut limbs to prove our company is at fault for this damage, as a respectable company, we offered to have a roofing company inspect this damage further but have yet to yield a response.Thank you very much for your time and assistance in the matter. The guy that I talked to was a total jerk!!!!! I called for a tree that is on common property in my neighborhood and even told the guy that I'm on the board. I still hadn't received an estimate after 6 days so I called back and he told me that the quote hadn't been done yet because the probability of it being done wasn't high because it was for a community. If I could, this company would get negative stars. Not recommended. Total jerks!!!
