I am attaching their REVERSALS, so either someone at the company is reversing things and deleting the fact that it happened or someone at the company stole my informationThe money has been reversed as the screenshot provesThey need to do further investigation on why they never found these reversals, why no one called after their "hour" policyI had to get the Revdex.com involved and this is why this is happeningI"m providing proofThey're notplease look over the reversals and the charges, maybe the numbers will help you locate your issue at your company Regards, [redacted]

Hello [redacted] ***I'd like to clear up a few thingsAs explained earlier, the reason why our team asks for information is to try and locate the purchaseWithout any information, we simply cannot locate itAnd even then, because the purchaser probably used fake information other than your card details, it is still possible that we wouldn't be able to locate the purchase anyway.I strongly recommend that you work with your financial institution in order to secure your payment method and information.Regards, [redacted]

Hello Mr [redacted] ,Thank you for contacting NCSOFT Customer Care through the Revdex.comI have reviewed your support ticket (# [redacted] )Firstly, I would like to reiterate the response you received from our support team, as this response stands.This Guild Wars game account was permanently closed as a result of a chargeback that was processed by the issuer of the payment method used in the transaction where the Guild Wars Serial Code was purchasedThe owner of the payment method contacted the issuer stating that the transaction was made without their permissionUpon review, the issuer returned the money to the owner of the payment method resulting in a chargebackThe decision to close an account in the event of a chargeback is the result of both regulations set forth by our credit transactions services provider and payment processor as well as the fees involved with a chargeback that our payment processor incurs as a result of the chargeback.I have to clarify that we have not been contacted by anyone prior to you, as chargebacks typically occur after an interaction between the owner of the payment method and the "issuer", which would usually be your bankI also have to specify that no other purchases were made for this game account, this is the only purchase made and the bank removed the money from us and returned it to the owner of the payment method[redacted]

Ncsoft Billing/support is incompetentI entered my credit card info to purchase subscriptionI receive receipt of the purchase stating "Your credit card has been charged" you subscription will auto renewThen NCsoft tells me you don't have subscription Why did Ncsoft send me an email receipt telling me I was charged Wonder how many paying customers Ncsoft lost Regards, [redacted] **
