Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Your tech support asked me to DISABLE WINDOWS FUNCTIONS WHICH I WILL NOT DO: "Click on the ""Services"" tab and check the ""Hide All Microsoft Services"" check box near the bottom, then click the ""Disable All"" button(You MUST click ""Hide all Microsoft Services""This is not a program I installed, this is WINDOWS OS which is the operating system every new computer comes equipped with.Not only that your support team threatened and acted on this threat: "Also,please be aware that you're account will be permanently banned once the dispute you've process has been completed" I just tried to logon to my account and I can'tyour company BANNED MY ACCOUNT AFTER TAKING MY $(USD) - so I can't even try and re-install the game and "work" with your terrible support staff againYou literally took my money (I PAID FOR A SUBSCRIPTION), made the game inoperable, then banned my account b/c I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and PayPal which is my RIGHT as a consumer.I have never heard of customer service threaten and act on that threat and make a customer literally jump through hoopsI can't believe a company as large as NCSOFT is fighting a customer for a $(USD) refund when you look at all the facts I did nothing wrong and had good intentions of being a faithful long time player of Blade and SoulAgain, the MAJORITY of the NCoins used was for a subscription package which I can't use anymore since the game WILL NOT WORK on my computer and the fact your company BANNED my account.I have also attached the "Banned Account Screenshot" as well as the "NCSoft Ticket Correspondence" for the review of the Revdex.com and to NCSoftThis shows I did everything except DISABLE Windows functions (I will not compromise the security of my WORK computer) and to prove my account was banned for FILING A COMPLAINT.Please do the right thing and refund my money [redacted] ***

"These kinds of trades are not supported or intended by NCSOFTIf it were supported, there would be an in-game system that would easily allow this kind of trade and it would have safeguards in place." I will add to this explanation that there is a system for you to either purchase NCoin with real money legally, or to purchase [redacted] coins with gold"Because this trade is not supported by NCSOFT, we cannot reimburse any lost items and/or currency."Regarding your lost gold issue reported in ticket # [redacted] , our team provided you with the correct answer as wellAs they explained, "we would not be able to restore the lost gold as auction/bidding purchases are legitimate transaction between playersPlease note that players can always check the current price before placing a bid." Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was talked down to by the Game Master Staff Team of Blade and Soul during my entire ticket ordeal This included multiple attempts at semantics and word twisting, where they took my words at LITERAL value and insinuated that I was lying by giving conflicting stories (which is completely false): To quote a GM Staff Member: "Also we cannot regard it as an act of scamming based on what you have stated "I felt I should help the clan out" but then you said you are "COERCED" which is contradicting." (I was not contradicting myself at all, and this statement made by myself will demonstrate the abject lack of care and understanding the staff member boorishly provided: Me: "It is not contradicting because the first instance was my own will, I donated the 600g in materials to help the clan out In the second instance, I was asked to donate more materials (I suspect the leadership planned to kick me as soon as they had everything, as they urged me to give everything I had left to the clan master), including glacial waters and my stingers [not mentioned but the stingers are worth more than what I donated previously] I only gave up the glacial waters, and when they had all that they could take from me, since I did not give up the stingers, they quickly removed me from the clan.") Instead of trusting me as a valued customer, I feel like I am being unfairly scrutinized and discriminated against Another instance was when the word "robbed" was looked up and a LITERAL definition was provided in order to debunk my argument, the definition completely ignoring my case and talking about situations that did not happen The word "robbed" was used by me to indicate that I was unashamedly swindled The Lead Game Master warped this statement to say: "You can't be robbed of items donated to the Clan, as Clan members are not initially able to attack you and because the items are donated You might be attackable by a fellow Clan member if you voluntarily wear an outfit of a faction that's opposite of the one that they are wearing (exBamboo Guard/Blackram; Stratus Empire/Tyrian Cult, etc.) These safeguards essentially rule out being a victim by means of force, or a fear of force, for robbery." This response demonstrates a lack of understanding and caring by the Game Master Staff Not once did I present a case that indicated I was attacked or threatened This series of tickets and my problem is a result of poorly written game terminology that does not properly stress the permanence of an action, the abuse of other game members, and NCSOFT's lack of understanding and unwillingness to enforce proper game etiquette I do not feel I have been respectfully treated at any point by the Game Master Staff, though the response given to the Revdex.com is DEFINITELY a welcome and positive step in the right direction in terms of thoughtfully crafted and articulated responses, though I do not feel my problem is resolved Until the Game Master Staff treats me with respect, ceases condescending talk to me, and reimburses me my items, I am afraid I will be unable to accept their apologies for providing poor customer service and discriminating against me I will not be returning to the game, or recommending NCSOFT products to anyone as long as my problem is unresolved Thank you Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: this is not an acceptable responseI will contact both PayPal and my bank to see if the charge back can be reversed for the sums of $and $USDIf they cannot cancel the charge back and you still refuse to give me an option to get my account unlocked, I will retake all the money I have ever spent on this game for fraudulent business practicesNote that this will result in **ndreds to thousands of dollars spent over several accounts spanning a year of payments to your company.I have supported your company tirelessly through this game, and this is not an acceptable way to scam your customers out of an account because of your "agreements"I've never met a company that won't take the customer's money in reparation for something out of their controlThat's the most asinine business practice I have ever heard of; is it a result of being lazy? I've never heard of this happening to anyone before. One option results in your company regaining the value of the NCoins that I spent on my account + feesThe other option results in cutting all ties with your company and returning thousands of dollars to my bank account
