titles include Guild Wars 2, Guild Wars, Aion, Lineage 2, and WildStar. Any charge(s) from us would be associated with purchase(s) made for or with one of those games. If you or a member of your household did not make a purchase involving one of these games then it seems that your billing information was used fraudulently.Regrettably, I have not been able to locate the reported charges using the information you have provided and our search capabilities within our payment tools. When fake information is entered for unauthorized transactions, it's extremely difficult to locate these transactions. This is the reason why I suggest you work directly with your financial institution at this time as they can immediately dispute the charges and begin the process of refunding the funds that were used without your authorization. They will also take the steps to ensure your billing information is secure and replace any potentially compromised cards associated with your account. You mentioned that you may have accrued overdraft fees due to the unauthorized charges but, once these are reported to your financial institution as fraudulent purchases, they should be able to work with you to remove those as the charges which caused them are being disputed/refunded. Your financial institution can certainly contact us directly if needed, but it's difficult to locate these transactions unless your real information (first and last name, e-mail address...etc) was used.Best Wishes,[redacted]NCSOFT Customer Advocate

I am rejecting this response because:I was talked down to by the Game Master Staff Team of Blade and Soul during my entire ticket ordeal.  This included multiple attempts at semantics and word twisting, where they took my words at LITERAL value and insinuated that I was lying by giving conflicting stories (which is completely false):  To quote a GM Staff Member: "Also we cannot regard it as an act of scamming based on what you have stated "I felt I should help the clan out" but then you said you are "COERCED" which is contradicting." (I was not contradicting myself at all, and this statement made by myself will demonstrate the abject lack of care and understanding the staff member boorishly provided: Me: "It is not contradicting because the first instance was my own will, I donated the 600g in materials to help the clan out.  In the second instance, I was asked to donate more materials (I suspect the leadership planned to kick me as soon as they had everything, as they urged me to give everything I had left to the clan master), including 220 glacial waters and my 230 stingers [not mentioned but the stingers are worth more than what I donated previously].  I only gave up the glacial waters, and when they had all that they could take from me, since I did not give up the stingers, they quickly removed me from the clan.") Instead of trusting me as a valued customer, I feel like I am being unfairly scrutinized and discriminated against.  Another instance was when the word "robbed" was looked up and a LITERAL definition was provided in order to debunk my argument, the definition completely ignoring my case and talking about situations that did not happen.  The word "robbed" was used by me to indicate that I was unashamedly swindled.  The Lead Game Master warped this statement to say: "You can't be robbed of items donated to the Clan, as Clan members are not initially able to attack you and because the items are donated.  You might be attackable by a fellow Clan member if you voluntarily wear an outfit of a faction that's opposite of the one that they are wearing (ex. Bamboo Guard/Blackram; Stratus Empire/Tyrian Cult, etc.) These safeguards essentially rule out being a victim by means of force, or a fear of force, for robbery."  This response demonstrates a lack of understanding and caring by the Game Master Staff.  Not once did I present a case that indicated I was attacked or threatened.  This series of tickets and my problem is a result of poorly written game terminology that does not properly stress the permanence of an action, the abuse of other game members, and NCSOFT's lack of understanding and unwillingness to enforce proper game etiquette.  I do not feel I have been respectfully treated at any point by the Game Master Staff, though the response given to the Revdex.com is DEFINITELY a welcome and positive step in the right direction in terms of thoughtfully crafted and articulated responses, though I do not feel my problem is resolved.  Until the Game Master Staff treats me with respect, ceases condescending talk to me, and reimburses me my items, I am afraid I will be unable to accept their apologies for providing poor customer service and discriminating against me.  I will not be returning to the game, or recommending NCSOFT products to anyone as long as my problem is unresolved.  Thank you.

Ncsoft Billing/support is incompetent. I entered my credit card info to purchase subscription. I receive receipt of the purchase stating "Your credit card has been charged" you subscription will auto renew. Then NCsoft tells me you don't have subscription.  Why did Ncsoft send me an email receipt telling me I was charged.  Wonder how many paying customers Ncsoft lost.    Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: the account should not have been deleted. The account was associated with my email already and SHOULD have been migrated automatically. This is a mistake on NCSoft's part. The right thing to do is to restore the account, or create one similar to what I had. Saying sorry does not "correct" the issue. There are a million and one ways you can resolve the problem instead of just saying sorry. To start all over and reach the point I had with a new account would take forever. That's years and thousands of hours of game play you so easily deleted. If you cannot restore what I had before, then the absolute right thing to do is to replace it with a new account with everything similar, levels and items. I think anyone including the Revdex.com would agree that is the right thing to do. Any other business out there with products on the market would also agree that's the right thing to do. No other business says sorry and washes their hands of the issue. It's infuriating and unacceptable that NCSoft would not even offer to resolve the issue outright. You're a software company, and you create new things in the game all the time. Are you telling me it impossible to create a new account for me with everything similar to what I had? No, its not impossible... So I leave it up to you now to decide how you are going to "fix" the issue. You CANNOT just say sorry and ignore it.

I am rejecting this response because: they can't seem to find it? I am attaching their REVERSALS, so either someone at the company is reversing things and deleting the fact that it happened or someone at the company stole my information. The money has been reversed as the screenshot proves. They need to do further investigation on why they never found these reversals, why no one called after their "24 hour" policy. I had to get the Revdex.com involved and this is why this is happening. I"m providing proof. They're not. please look over the reversals and the charges, maybe the numbers will help you locate your issue at your company.
