2006 hummer was recently repossessed ILLEGALLY from my girlfriends work and they later told me that she was not allowed to drive it because she was not on the loan. Thats bull crap! she has kids and they needed ac. There was no hiding involved. We just sent a 500.00 payment also to try and get current and also sent them a letter for address changed because I moved in with my girlfriend. they know where I work. Basically, I say illegally repossesssed because the guy snuck on her job site, and stole the hummer. Granted we were behind, but the sign clearly says all visitors must report presence or they will be prosecuted.!!! We did not get any letter demanding payment, nothing saying if we dont pay it will get repossessed, nothing telling us the fact that we would need to make a full payment. Two ladies had no problem harrassing me at my work and talking to the head guy but failed to deliver a letter stating the proper steps PER ARIZONA LAW and now I lost my ride and my girlfriend and kids had to take the bus. We did everything right and did our best and took very good care of the vehicle regardless of the condition and many repairs that we had to fix after getting her from the "dealer" The guy who was an a**hole to us refused to help even though we were practically begging for help. We tried to refinance but couldnt get anywhere :( Also, we made prompt payments from November of 2012 til July and he was still demanding the 13500.00, which is the amount of the loan. WTF is that about?????
