We received a bucket of drain cleaning chemicals that we did not order I call to return the item, but they said they could not accept it back And that we would still have to pay for it However they would be happy to work with us and reduce the bill What a crock!

As others have said, this company is a total scamI am the new site manager at our business, and one of the first invoices I processed was from A One JanitorialIt immediately appeared suspicious, and I soon discovered they had cold called one of my employees, claiming to have met another of my employees at a trade showFunny, since he's never been to a trade showThey offered a free sample, to which my employee said noThey pressed the matter with him, and he finally responded with a non-committal "Whatever." They sent the "free" product (a drain cleaner/degreaser) with NO MSDS, which is illegal, along with a bill for for $I contacted our State Attorney General's office to see which laws were being violated, and then called A One to inform them we would not be paying for the product we did not orderI spoke with an extremely rude, condescending, LOUD man who talked over meHe was none too happy when I cited specific state statutes he's violatingI finally had to hang up on him after he informed me he'd credit our accountWE DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT
Also, I did a bit more research into this "company" and discovered after a bit of online research, that they don't even have an officeTheir address is actually just a delivery box at a UPS Store in Summit, NJSo are they just operating out of some guy's apartment or something? Who knows
