This Business is a scam. They offered a free trail from an employee who is not authorized to make purchases. A-1 Janitorial supply sent a large bucket of this product and charged us $250.00 bill. They claimed the free trail came from a 50 gallon drum and we would keep sending us invoices. I make many purchases, this business only had our shipping address and a name of an Employee. They sent no receipt. They are trying to tell me what is going to happen. I told them we agreed to agreed to a free trail and nothing more. We did not give any credit card info or receive anything in writing about any agreement to purchase more product from them. We sent all their product back including the free trial. This business is a scam.

The complaint is lacking information needed from consumer:account #invoice #or name of facility, property in order for A One to answer and resolve this complaint.Thank you,B. H[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The main point of my complaint is that A One Janitorial was paid $995.19 for product we never ordered or wanted. We would like a refund of this money please. I do not believe that the chemical cannot be returned. We would like it returned and a complete refund of the money that was paid to them. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: WE DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.  I object to the wording in their response.  Now we will need to find a way to dispose of a toxic chemical.

A one Janitorial sent product that was never ordered and then invoiced me for the product. When I called to let them know we never ordered the product they were unable to find the invoice or account and said they would call us back and never did. After a few weeks, I called back and spoke with a gentleman that was very argumentative and condescending. Advising he was unable to receive the product back due to shipping regulations on chemicals, he would only close out the invoice after they received payment. After going round and round about who ordered the product he spoke with my supervisor and the rep finally said he would just "tear up the invoice".
