A People's Choice

A People's Choice provided me with a Trust/Will & necessary legal papers so that my kids would have no trouble with my condo going to Probate when I go to Heaven! They were "better than I ever expected" & also at a great price! I would highly recommend them for any legal form that you would need!

They were absolutely wonderful every step of the way through my divorce. From filling out all the paperwork and filing with the courts they answered all my questions and gave me all the information that they were able to . I would recommend them highly.

I am completely satisfied with the service that "A People's Choice" provided for me. They were very professional, quick and cost effective for me. I recommend them to anyone that does not know how to fill out the legal documents properly and at a very low cost. They take care of everything for you.

1. When I initially called to inquire about the services, Alex answered the call and was very friendly, engaging and professional. Once I paid, they refused to take my calls and directed me to send emails and stated that email was their sole means of communication. When I pressed them for a response as my email was down, they Sandra and Alex said they charge $15 per call and increasing based on length of call. Mind you, this is a condition which wasn't disclosed to me at the beginning.
2. I paid and completed and sent them all the documents around first week of December, yet those same documents didn't get filled till first week of February.
3. I overpaid by $170.00 and they denied that overpayment and refused to issue a refund till I visited their office and they pretended to be busy with clients then left or locked themselves and would not take my calls or let me go to the office. In the end, they did send me my check. Very cheeky pair to do business with. Horrible.
A word is enough for the wise, You have been warned!

My attorney asked me, and I agreed, to let "A People's Choice" know how thankful we were with the research and writing of my Qdro documents. Both attorneys and even the Judge said my documents were precise and to the point which led to his writing a decision before we entered the court. Both I and my ex-husband are satisfied with the outcome. We were in and out of court within a half-hour and on our ways. Sandy, it was messy and their were one or two problems, but you persevered! I live in Arizona and California had jurisdiction. II have never commuted and transacted court documents living out of state. Thank yiou so much.

I don't know what I would have done without A Peoples Choice. They pretty much saved me thousands of dollars by going with them.

Our work was done quickly and efficiently. We would use A People's Choice again if we had another need for such work.

I would like to preface this response saying that the person that submitted this complaint was never...

a client of A People's Choice nor did we have any signed contract for any services with Irene Siegmund.
The client who retained our services for a QDRO was [redacted]. Our contract was to prepare and file a QDRO:
FACTS:
1. On June 11, 2015, after being approved by the Plan Administrator,  the QDRO that we prepared and were contracted to prepare was approved by the Judge and signed. 
2. On June 15, 2015 our office emailed a copy of the filed QDRO to Ms. W[redacted], our client as well as mailed a certified copy to the Plan Administrator listed in the QDRO. 
3. On June 29th, 2015, at the request of the client, we also mailed a printed copy of the filed QDRO to the client, Ms. [redacted].
The client claims the Plan Administrator lost the certified copy of the filed QDRO we mailed to them and requested another be obtained and sent to them again. We advised the client that there would be an additional fee to obtain a 2nd certified copy of the document. We also suggested they could obtain another certified copy themselves directly from the court. 
Our services have been completed since June. We explained to the client both options; however they do not want to pay to obtain a duplicate certified copy of the Order so there is nothing further we can do to assist them. 
It should be noted that the real client, [redacted], was very appreciative and complimentary of our services throughout. It was only after this unknown third party, Irene got involved, with whom we had absolutely no contractual relationship, when we became subject to demanding emails for additional services outside the scope of our contract.
We have sent the client a conformed copy of the QDRO. If she requires another CERTIFIED copy the client merely needs to request that copy from the court and pay for it or prepay our office to obtain it. We have relayed this information to the client multiple times.
We are happy to email the Revdex.com a conformed copy of the filed QDRO upon request.

All I can say is Alix is an angel. Sandra and Alix have changed my life tremendously. They deal with cases everyday but they will never understand how truly important they are. I will be able to start my real life over again without stress and concern. Thank you to these women. I appreciate you and couldn't have asked for better help.

I've had to use the services of "A People's Choice" twice in the last 7 months. Both times their work, experience and knowledge on these matters allowed my documents to be completed & filed quickly and efficiently with the court. I would not hesitate to use the services of "A People's Choice" again; and would recommend them to family or friends!

Review: I went online and paid the $200 fee and then went to click on the links and none of them worked. I called the 800 # and spoke with a live person but did not get a return phone call even though I said it was urgent. I then called the person at the phone # on the previous email correspondence and there was just a recording. I emailed the person I previously spoke with and corresponded with and the email came back undeliverable. I think this is fraud. I had to block my debit card and request a new one which is inconvenient.Desired Settlement: I want to know if this is a fraudulant company.
