All I can say is Alix is an angel. Sandra and Alix have changed my life tremendously. They deal with cases everyday but they will never understand how truly important they are. I will be able to start my real life over again without stress and concern. Thank you to these women. I appreciate you and couldn't have asked for better help.

Quick and excellent customer service!

Can not remember how I found A People's Choice. I think it was through a web search. In any case I found the company and have been and am completely satisfied with the service provided. The person I worked with (Sandra) was very friendly whenever we spoke on the phone and always responded promptly to any emails. The answers were always clear. The entire process was smooth and painless. I would recommend A People's Choice without hesitation.

They make a ridiculously confusing process easier to navigate. You'll be glad you hired them.

I've had to use the services of "A People's Choice" twice in the last 7 months. Both times their work, experience and knowledge on these matters allowed my documents to be completed & filed quickly and efficiently with the court. I would not hesitate to use the services of "A People's Choice" again; and would recommend them to family or friends!

I would highly recommend Sandy McCarthy and her team at A People's Choice. Their response time was absolutely the best. We were in a time crunch to put together a living trust from scratch and wanted to get it out and done in 10 days because we were leaving for a trip. Sandy was able to take all of our information over the phone, quickly emailed the forms for me to review and approve, she was always available either by phone or email to answer any questions I had (which were many since this was the first time we had even considered a trust/will)and we got the trust completed in less than 2 weeks. I appreciated that she followed up after she was done with her part to make sure that we got everything signed, notarized and to let us know her binder was overnighted...which we got the next day! I am recommending her to our friends and family who have been thinking of working on their Estate Planning.

Our work was done quickly and efficiently. We would use A People's Choice again if we had another need for such work.

1. When I initially called to inquire about the services, Alex answered the call and was very friendly, engaging and professional. Once I paid, they refused to take my calls and directed me to send emails and stated that email was their sole means of communication. When I pressed them for a response as my email was down, they Sandra and Alex said they charge $15 per call and increasing based on length of call. Mind you, this is a condition which wasn't disclosed to me at the beginning.

2. I paid and completed and sent them all the documents around first week of December, yet those same documents didn't get filled till first week of February.

3. I overpaid by $170.00 and they denied that overpayment and refused to issue a refund till I visited their office and they pretended to be busy with clients then left or locked themselves and would not take my calls or let me go to the office. In the end, they did send me my check. Very cheeky pair to do business with. Horrible.

A word is enough for the wise, You have been warned!

Very EASY...the easiest process I've ever had to go through. Experienced, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Try A Peoples Choice for any legal document needs. They're the BEST!!!!

I can't say enough good things about A People's Choice!

Their professional staff was extremely helpful and presented accurate documents quickly and correctly. This is the second time I have used their service, saving countless dollars over an unnecessary attorney. If you don't require legal counsel, don't spend the extra money. I had an amical divorce without children, etc. so it made perfect sense for me.

Review: We had this company complete legal doc QDRO (qualified domestic order) and get a judge to sign to submit to a the ex's 401k company. S[redacted] is the company paralegal we worked with. She was curt and rude in many emails back and forth. Made many attempts to convey to S[redacted] and her assistant how important that we deliver the docs or send it return receipt requested which they ignored. As a result the company she sent our docs to claim they never received them. In addition to this debacle [redacted] was rude and misrepresented the facts at times.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to print out another copy of the document they prepared send it to the court again for Judge's signature and either let us pick it up to sent "return receipt requested" or send it themselves. We will pay the fee.Thank you

I would like to preface this response saying that the person that submitted this complaint was never a client of A People's Choice nor did we have any signed contract for any services with Irene Siegmund.

I am completely satisfied with the service that "A People's Choice" provided for me. They were very professional, quick and cost effective for me. I recommend them to anyone that does not know how to fill out the legal documents properly and at a very low cost. They take care of everything for you.

A super efficient staff along with Sandy, the owner, handled my Probate matter without a hitch and saved us thousands of dollars over what a Lawyer wanted to charge.

I had to appear in Probate court two times, once at the start and once at the end, but that was not a problem at all. I highly recommend A People's Choice!

We went to A People's Choice because we needed a low cost divorce and trying to do it by ourselves was just too complicated and time consuming. Alix at A People's Choice was wonderful! She was very responsive, answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly and was always pleasant - even when we were stressed out! I highly recommend A People's Choice for anyone that needs their divorce paperwork processed.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, kindness and thoroughness of Sandy and her staff, in particular, Alix and Frida. We used A Peoples Choice for an Adult Adoption. The process was efficient and painless. We adopted our daughter last Friday and A Peoples Choice was a huge part of making this happen. We will use A Peoples Choice again when we have the need for professional legal document preparation.

I went online and paid the $200 fee and then went to click on the links and none of them worked. I called the 800 # and spoke with a live person but did not get a return phone call even though I said it was urgent. I then called the person at the phone # on the previous email correspondence and there was just a recording. I emailed the person I previously spoke with and corresponded with and the email came back undeliverable. I think this is fraud. I had to block my debit card and request a new one which is inconvenient.
