Dear Sir/Madam : We had no problem to honor the cash sale price $advertised online , and we were more open and welcome that the customer take the vehicle for pre purchase inspection .Attached Picture of notice are hang on the wall of the office shows that customer take the vehicle for inspection at third party at their own expense .In addition we expressedto miss [redacted] that we will take care of the recommendations related to the car safety only , we refuse to fix any recommendations other than the safety part,such dentsor plastic covers missing or cracks on cover which has nothing to do with the car mechanism or safety ,Miss [redacted] insist that we fix all the dealer listingcompletely with the advertise price , which we not be able to do that .again we offer the car ***e sales price advertise "cash"All Respect

Mr [redacted] purchased red mini cooper back on November 6th of for her daughter [redacted] They were seeking for the 'rid key for her vehicle our sales manager indicated that the company does not have such a policy to make the 2nd key for clients unless we do have the 9nt key in file and also he indicated if you purchased key from Franchise dealers and mention our dealer name you will receive 20% discountthey have any document in writing with signature of our sales manager we will be happy to deliver our promise Sincerely yours; [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] *** I already responded and don't know if you got my response I have decided I do not want this vehicle because the frame is damaged and had been in an accident Furhermore, there is seeping in the water pump and timing belt chain Struts and shocks need to be replaced, maintenance of the transmission needs to be updated It is an unsafe vehicle to drive Since A Plus Auto did a bait and switch tactic and had the nerve to sell this vehicle in the condition that it is in, I do not want to do business with this company I deserve my $back for the fee of the [redacted] inspection since they kept the inspection without my permission and benefited from it please call me at [redacted] when I can pick up my $ I am a senior on permanent disability and I have been taken advantage of and abused I cannot afford NOT to protect myself and to be aware when purchasing any vehicle

Dear all : there wasn't any kind of bait and switch , no body try to get advantage from anyone at any conditions or circumstances ..there was NO money received to be returned back , Ms *** paid the *** dealer directly , we previously explained that taking the vehicle to third part for inspection is optional , and it is at the customer own expense ..we are so sorry

We got a car that was a lemon car sold to us by a plus auto!! Within two weeks the car was acting up. They sent us to three different places to finally get it kinda figured out. Had to go to the actual dealership lucky I had s recall part because they found out my tie rods were really bad so bad I had to sign a waiver to drive it away from them. They couldn't totally figure out the actual problem I took it in for because the wiring was so messed up my dashboard could catch on fire. The car lot gave me a number to call to get it fixed called a week straight left 3 voicemails but nothing l. Now the car lot wants nothing but the money but won't fix it
