I have called them and asked that they replace my Bermuda grassThey have not replaced it in a timely mannerI have also told them that I have spoken with Round Rock Police and the police department said I could file criminal trespass and vandalism charges if I care toI don't want to, but I will if needed

ID# [redacted]   [redacted] seemed like another good customer, until the day after the work. He was very angry in the phone and email, so I drove out to talk with him, and see the crew's work. He had expected his back yard to be done also, though this was not agreed upon previously.   ...

   In the course of figuring out how we could make him happy with a change order to order the additional sod he was requesting, he became very angry to the point of being threatening. He berated me for being unprofessional and bragged about his own professional background, while cursing at me, and calling our crew 'Monkeys'.  I could see that this was going no where, and left. He proceeded to be rude to our office staff on the phone to the point of us having to block him.       In the attachments below, you will see his original estimate, his acceptance of it, and his invoice. It speaks clearly of the scope of work, and the need of a change order if more sod was required, at the client's cost. We actually offered him a very low price, attempting to use the lowest estimated amount of sod that we felt he required based off my initial meeting with him.       It's regretful that we were unable to make this client happy, but we felt we made a most professional attempt towards it.    [redacted]     -- Thank you, Grass Works Lawn Care

I am rejecting this response because:I am disappointed that [redacted] would choose to try and confuse the issue with this false accusation. It was clear from the outset what the ‘scope of work’ was and it included front, back and side yards. He took photos, measured and asked for the gate combination so his crew could access all 3 areas. He was actually very annoyed and unprofessional when he came back to address the matter.  I was willing to forgive and forget as everyone has bad days. But it’s a bit more than I can take for him to try and turn it into my fault.. I guess they must feel the best defense is a good offense. I maintained my composure through out our exchange and was never abusive. I think he was hoping for a more docile, less informed customer that could be bullied, but I am not that guy. I strongly disagree with his misplaced inaccuracies regarding my behavior and it’s irrelevant, he knew the scope of the project and probably failed to communicate it correctly.

Revdex.com:They admitted they overcharged me and paid me what I was owed. This would have been avoided if they heeded the many emails I wrote them....

Ultimately, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This is not an accurate claim.  He is not our client and he has threatened our office staff and owner.  We have no business to exchange.  We will have no communication.

Subject: case#[redacted] Hello - I am writing to give you the response to the above complaint. I am the office manager listed that Mrs. [redacted] spoke to on several occasions, as well as emailed back & forth with. I did many times tell her the trimming etc. was billed at an hourly...

rate - which is stated on the dated estimate as well. She accepted theses estimates, and at no time during the process, did she have any negative things to say - I am attaching an email from her on what a great job we did & to please return to trim another Palm tree - which she was told was not included since it is a Palm & would be billed extra because it is over 12'   Please see all attached & if you have any questions or need further information, please call me.   Thanks so much, Have a great day! Hello - I am [redacted], Office Manager for Grass Works, I am responding to the complaint # above. On June 16, 2017 -  I sent a crew to the home to perform an aeration, at that point the aeration was completed & the customer was told in email that she would be billed...

once services are completed. I tried to use the cc on file & the card was declined, I emailed her and she said she wanted to close out he account and would mail check US mail that day -    I told her the account would be closed once check is received. We have no problem going back out if there is an issue with our work - the issue here is she waited almost 3 weeks to contact us to say she didn't think the yard was aerated. The holes will naturally wash away immediately with rain & it rained constant for that week. If she did not call within 24 hours after service (which is our normal procedure) we cannot go back 3 weeks later - if we did we would never get anything done with backtracking.   Thank you, any questions please feel free to contact me.
