Review: This company installed gutters and downspouts on my home 3 years ago. I'm very satisfied with the product, however, I do have an issue with the way the product was installed at a particular location on my roof. I've called the company 3 times over the last 2 months (August and September) to see if something could be done to correct the problem. Each time I spoke to the same person. He took my phone number and assured me that one of his installers would call me back. No one has called. I thought it best to call them since they installed the product originally.Desired Settlement: I'd like for someone to come out to my home and look at the gutter and tell me whether or not the problem can be corrected. If so, I would like for them to correct the problem.

I received the complaint last night and tried to call customer ,I left a message that we will be at his home Monday morning at 8to9am. My office manager had called our subcontractor and told him about the problem and assumed the problem was resolved. I personally called the subcontractor and he apologizes for dropping the ball. I am in the process of rectifying the office manager position so that this lack of follow up with our subcontractors never happens again. My reputation is very important to me. Our customers our are greatest asset and I feel very discouraged that this customers concern wasn't handled in a more timely manner.

On 07/31/12 I signed a contract with this company to replace my roof, gutters, downspouts and shed. The cost was $4881 and I paid in full. They have not replaced the shed. I have called them many times and they do not return my calls. There are items that should be stored in this shed that are now exposed to the weather and could be damaged. Also the shed they delivered which is not installed could have parts that are damaged as this has been exposed to the weather.
