Review: My school ordered an item from the company for an 8th grade celebration in[redacted] When delivered, I noticed that not all of the items were delivered. I contacted the company to let them know of the error. They had responded telling us that they would give us the money owed for the missing products, as well as, an overall discount for our order. We have never received any money. I contected the company multiple times asking when the check would be arriving. The company is now refusing to call or email us back. I feel as if I need to pursue a legal route if this matter cannot be resolved.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to issue us a check for the money owed, as well as, the discounted price promised to us.

Review: On 3/**/2013 I ordered lip balm from A Promotional Outlet that was to be personalized with our business name. On 3/**/2013 I confirmed via email that the invoice was paid and wanted to know ship date, a representative from APO told me that the factory was closed and they would have to get back with me regarding a ship date. I sent repeated emails asking for information regarding shipment date on 4/**, 4/**, 4/**, 5/**, 5/**, 5/**, 5/**, 5/**. Finally received email reply back on 5/** stating they didn't know why it was taking so long, they would try to get an exact date or issue a refund. Later that day I received an email stating the order would be shipped the following Wednesday at the latest and if not, they would issue a refund. Since that date, they will not return my phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: The requested refund back on my corporate credit card. Never received an invoice - so I'm not sure how much they charged orginally. I am looking into it today.

Review: We ordered 3000 pens from A Promotional Outlet. We mailed a check for $1,137.00, it was cashed by A Promotional on 7-*-13. They never delivered the products and have refused to respond to any email or phone calls that we have sent.Desired Settlement: Please refund all monies for pens $1,137.00

Review: We ordered garters for our Legend of Rawhide on June **th and received a confirmation for order and then set information requested to have garters specially made for this occasion. Then followed it up with a call to the company. They have already processed the payment but we have not received the product ordered and was guaranteed to be here by today July [redacted]. I am tried to call contact them by phone, fax, internet several times and received no response. No one answers the phone in person and you must leave a message. Never heard anything from themDesired Settlement: We would like a refund asap if they do not arrive by today. We would also expect a phone call or some communication from the company that the product has been shipped or some type of response as we have not received any communication from them since payment was processed and we have been working on this for 22 days as of today.

Review: We ordered an advertising product from this company in February 2013, paid for the product on a company credit card, and requested immediate shipment. We have never received our product and have requested either the product be shipped or our money refunded numerous times and we get no response.Desired Settlement: If we can't get the product as ordered, we would expect a full refund of $347.50.

Review: Ordered $371 in product to not have them ever delivered. Was in communication and [redacted] kept giving me the run around about the product. Making up excuses to why it hadn't showed up and that he would get them delivered. The communication stopped from him completely, no product and full payment had been paid out to them.Desired Settlement: I would like the $371 refunded back to Alpine Planning Mortgage, my company to which this refund is owed to.

Review: I paid for 500 koozies with my company logo on them in April, 2014. They have never arrived. Ive been told they were shipped to wrong address and they will resend, that the owner is sick, a death in family occurred. I believe them. We have exchanged over 40 emails with the promise of next week delivery since then. Please help. I had ordered before with this company, with no problem.

Review: I placed an order for Can Koozies and Keychains in early September 2013 on invoice [redacted] in the amount of $357.00. Paid with credit card and promised that I would receive prior to 9/**/13. These items were for a fundraiser that I do yearly for Breast Cancer non profits in our area and the event was scheduled and took place on 10/**/13. I contacted the company several times the 2 weeks prior stating I had not received and continued to receive emails stating they were being shipped and I'd receive prior to the event date. I never received. Then I asked for Credit and received several emails saying Credit was being issued and I should receive an email. Then I was told it was a "one man show" business and they had been sick and apologized. I've still not received credit and continue calling and sending emails and now receive no reply or answer! Not sure what to do and would like the credit.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive CREDIT

Review: I ordered some promotional product from this company A Promotional Outlet and in the beginning they were responsive but once I placed the order and authorize them to charge my company credit card they hardly responded to my email and they do not answer their phone and will not return my messages. My credit card was charged on 11/**/2013 and as of today I do not have info as to the merchandise I ordered and paid for.Desired Settlement: If A promotional Outlet cannot fulfill my order they should have communicated and refund our money.

Review: I ordered and paid for micro fiber pouches from this company June *, 2013 it is now august *, 2013. They replied to emails when we paid for the items but after that they would just reply saying someone left sick so they could not check on my order. When they finally said they were going to deliver them they did not. they stopped replying to emails and they never once answered a phone call. I have not received anything and I asked for a refund and I have not even heard a word back from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the micro fiber pouches.

Review: I purchased 250-20oz water bottles for $201.50 & 250-20oz flexible water bottles for $514.50 on August 21, 2013. I have not received these products. Any and all communication with the business has been slow in the beginning and now it is non-existent. The company will not respond to phone messages, emails, or website contact.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to have my bottles delivered by April **, 2014 or refund my money.

Review: I ordered 200 lip balms from Promotional Outlet for a class project for my daughter. Promotional Outlet didn't deliver the lip balms on time and the project wasn't completed. I asked for a refund and they agreed, but never reimbursed me my $213.00 . I have emailed them twice and also called them twice with no reply.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the full $213. for services that we not performed on time and/or not delivered.

Review: I ordered 200 can coolies from A Promotional Outlet on December **, 2013. I believe the "in hand" date I gave them was mid January. As of February **, I have not received my order. I have called and left messages, and as mentioned in other complaints - they never answer. And have sent several emails inquiring about my order and have yet to get a response. I have ordered products from them in the past without issues.Desired Settlement: I want a refund.

Review: I ordered 100 mini gumball machines with the ProStar Logo for $353.00 on January *, 2014. They were supposed to arrive by 1/**/2014.
