Review: Contacted the company online on June ** to order 120 Reflective Armbands in Fluorescent Orange with no imprint. They responded via email that they could fulfill this order and have it to me by my due date of July ** and that they needed full payment upfront. After some hiccups with the invoicing, they got us their W9 on July * and we sent a check out to them via Express Mail on July * in the amount of $895.75 for 112 Armbands (I cut the order back to 112 from the original 120). They received the check on July * and we saw evidence that the check was cleared on July **. So they had their money and two days to get the shipment together and overnight it to me. July ** came and went - no delivery of product. On July **, I emailed them telling them they missed my deadline and that I needed to know what happened. Company provided an explanation along the lines of they didn't realize there was going to be some production time even though I had no imprinting done and that the armbands would ship later. No ETA. July ** - still no delivery of product. I sent another email stressing that when they were ready, I wanted them to pick up the expense of expediting the product to us. They confirmed that they would do so. August *, I sent another email asking for an ETA. I haven't gotten a response yet and today is August **. When I call their number, I always get a voicemail and never get a callback.Desired Settlement: I either want the products I ordered or I want to be fully reimbursed the $895.75.
Review: I ordered some promotional items back in March and was charged $550 and was given a delivery date of April **, 2013. I did not receive the items so I called and asked that the order be cancelled, and was told my money would be refunded. As of today I have not received my refund and now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or answer my email. I have left numerous messages, without any success and emailed numerous times with the same result.Desired Settlement: To get my money back for items ordered that were never received.
Review: We ordered promotional fisbees from this company guaranteed to be here back in [redacted] I have made repeated attempts to still get our product as we were charged $345.22 via American Express on [redacted]-13 and have never received anything. This included a rush charge to be guranteed by [redacted] 3. I was upset they did not arrive as promised but still wanted the product.Desired Settlement: I would like these frisbee but would also settle for a refund either option is okay
Review: I ordered 200 teddy bears from the company and prepaid for them in the amount of $1,813. In writing, I told the company that I needed the bears delivered by July **, 2013. I emailed the company on 7/** to see the status and also called them several times and left messages. Someone responded to my email on 7/** and told me that they would be delivered in time for my event. They were not delivered by 7/** and now no one will respond to my emails or voicemail messages. They also did not issue a refund. In short they took payment and never delivered anything to me.
At this time, I have not been contacted by A Promotional Outlet regarding complaint ID [redacted].
Review: [redacted], Inc. ordered promotional items in July, 2013. We were asked to pay in advance. We sent check number [redacted] for $2318.00 which was invoiced on A Promotional Outlet LLC invoice number [redacted]. The check cleared our bank shortly after. We contacted the company in Sept. to inquire about the items. They said they did not receive our check although we have a copy of the cancelled check which we send them a copy of. We were assured the items would ship soon. We have not received the items and we have been unable to get a live person to answer the phone or emails. Our event has come and gone that we needed the items for.Desired Settlement: We would like to cancel the order and receive a refund immediately.
Review: Our firm, [redacted]n 1/24/2014 in the amount of $151.12. The check was cashed shortly thereafter, but the product was never received. There has been no response after a dozen calls/ messages/ emails.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded for the order that was never filled.

Review: On 10/**/13 I placed an order with A Promotional Outlet for a custom printed tablecloth. Order # [redacted]. Requested deliver for the following week which they said they could most likely do, if not then the following week. I have never received this item. I've emailed back and forth with them. they continue to promise delivery 'tomorrow', say it will be shipped overnight, but nothing. They don't answer the phone, don't return messages. I think they are deliberately scamming people. I want the item or my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back - I don't want a business check as I think they are dishonest and will issue a bad check. They either need to credit my card or send me a cashier's check.
The consumer states he ordered 1,250 pens with their logo imprinted and $750.00 was paid according to the contract signed with apromotionaloutlet.com. The consumer requested delivery of no less than three weeks and received confirmation that he would receive them before that. According to the consumer, it has now been seven (7) weeks and after repeated phone calls and emails, he has yet to receive the product. The consumer contends the business has not responded to his inquiries.
