Hello sir, The CC&R’s state that “in no event shall such containers be visible from neighboring property, except for a reasonable time immediately prior to and after collection.” The board of directors feel a reasonable time frame the trash cans be on the curb for pick up is from Thursday evening to Friday evening, since pick up is FridayPlease keep the trash cans behind the gate or in the garage during all other timesWe hope that helps clarify your questionSincerely, Amanda B***

Your explanation does not even come close. 2 out of the 3  violations were before and during trash pick up day. Also the car you thought was inoperable is parked in the drive way and runs fine. I am turning this over to the attorney General. My wife and I drove through the HOA yesterday...

and saw at least 10 violations for trash cans and other things. Dont try to tell me that you are not discriminating against my rental and the tenants. Not sure how old the picture is but I haven't seen that mattress in over a year and a half.Attached is all of the violations and a letter to the Attorney General.Can some one tell me the time I can have the trash cans from behind the gate so I can tell the tenants. Your rules and regulations are not clear.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I ask for AS&A Property management to have [redacted], to conduct a full inspection. This roof leak has been neglected since 2008 and AS&A Property Management has been putting it off. AS&A Property is responsible for roof leak so I ask for repairs to be done inside of home. If AS&A Property denies any repairs or inspections they must provide me reason why in writing. I hope that Ms. [redacted] takes a moment think about what she would do in our situation and out herself in our shoes. Pleae read attached document.

The roof leak is causing more damage to my home, yet AS&A Property Management has never conducted a proper inspection. AS&A Property Management’s assistance to the problem isn’t professional or important when it comes to client’s safety. This roofing specialist ([redacted]) has not provided any documents, resources or alternatives as to how to solve the problem. My insurance [redacted] has tested the place for Asbestos and came back positive which we are now concerned for our health, families and friends who enter our home. 

This explains my son [redacted]’s reaction out of frustration, which he hasn’t returned to the office after his confrontation with [redacted]. From what I understand she made it very clear that she didn’t want him back into the office by shouting “Get the hell out!” which police officers where aware when called. Ms [redacted]’ demeanor could’ve been more professional since she’s the manger and face of the company. I have gone into the office with my son [redacted] and have spoken over the phone with this 73 year old receptionist who Ms. [redacted] refers too. On one occasion this receptionist was rude and failed to provide CC&Rs upon request saying “I can’t get those documents to you, don’t you see I have a lot of work” her response was not appropriate. 

On numerous occasions my son [redacted], granddaughter [redacted] and daughter [redacted] have called the office requesting documents, information or callback and spoken to [redacted], etc. These reps give a lot of push back and they  just started returning all phone calls now that I’ve submitted a complaint to Revdex.com. Moreover, addressing documents of  2008 repairs or inspection have never been provided to me. There were several mentions of rook leaks, yet AS&A Property Management never didn’t do a full inspection as to how water is getting inside from home. I never received a document or breakdown of work with new roofs. This so called new roof didn’t solve our problem because I still have this roof leak. 

 

My son [redacted] did call on record breaking rain of 100 years which took place on Monday September 8 spoke to [redacted] who failed to forward message to staff. Instead, my son [redacted] called [redacted] which they sent out a restoration company to conduct an inspection and dry up all the rain because it would be useless to call AS&A Property Management. AS&A Property Management uses the excuse that damages are old just to not pay for any damages that roof leaks have caused. I’m disgusted with the company’s way of addressing our problem and how our family has been treated. In addition, [redacted] of [redacted] has been able to meet with my son [redacted] and both have gone up on the roof to check and he was told that water roof is leaking, place is positive for asbestos, pictures and videos of roof leaks through out this year including the record breaking rain Ms. [redacted] refers to. When [redacted] was asked how we prevent this water leak and from water coming inside our home his expression was “I don’t know.” When my son [redacted] told me I thought in was unusual considering he is a roofing specialist. [redacted] stated he will follow-up with Ms. [redacted], yet [redacted] nor I’ve received a call back from AS&A Property. 

I ask for AS&A Property management to have [redacted], to conduct a full inspection. This roof leak has been neglected since 2008 and AS&A Property Management has been putting it off. I would first like to say I apologize for the confrontation in my office where I said to [redacted] to get the hell out. I am embarrassed by my behavior and truly apologize. Regardless of what had transpired earlier I should of been more professional.

I would like to resolve this issue with professionally and with the up-most respect for both [redacted] and the entire [redacted] Family.

I have attached a letter from the owner of [redacted] McIntyre that I feel answers all of his questions and concerns. There has been a complete inspection of the roof by [redacted], [redacted] a [redacted] adjuster, [redacted]'s restoration company, and [redacted]'s interior insurance carrier [redacted].

There was a new roof installed on this unit in 2011, upon request from the Revdex.com I can support this however there is confidential information I cannot release to the general public.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to get this issue resolved in the customers satisfaction.

This company should be investigated for fraud. We supposedly have a park that homeowners pay dues for that they maintain only nothing is being done to this park in years! We are supposed to have meetings with the homeowners and get quarterly reports on the park and we get nothing! They are supposed to maintain and replace anything in the park but NOTHING has been done in years! No water, no electricity, same swing set since 1983 and almost every picnic table is gone! What happened to replacing? Trees are dying and all they do is cut them down but they do not replace! The grass is non existant except when it rains. Now several homeowners are being threatened to pay their dues or get a lien on their homes! It's disgusting! If all the homes would pay their dues this company would get $43,600.00 for WHAT!!!!!!

AS&A Property Management is really bad. They're just spending the HOA funds in things that aren't need (like they paint the parking lines very often,) I don't know why, maybe they want to give business to that company... but there are issues that really need their attention and they just ignore it. They are doing a really bad job here. I wonder what can I do to make them do their job. Because, well , it's my property, my money, WE are making their paycheck..

This "management" company is a joke. They don't maintain the roof over my unit and I've suffered over $500 in property damage as a result of water damage to my belongings. Their response? "Beginning on page 38 and continuing on to page 39 (section 21 Roof Leaks and Repairs) of the CC&R's for the community it states that "the association shall have no liability of any kind or nature whatsoever for any damage to the interior of any unit resulting from leaks in the roof." I can't believe the audacity they have to make such a statement, when it is THEIR responsibility to maintain the roof! I have renter's insurance, but my deductible is $500.

Also, during the monsoon season, I shouldn't have to wait over two weeks for the roofer to show up and "repair" the leak. Multiple times now I've had nasty rain water leaking into my unit to the point I need to use a bucket to catch the water, after it was "fixed".

I have worked with AS&A Property Management for 3 years, and have had the best experience. Our HOA board and community are not easy; however AS&A has been accommodating with all of our needs. They have changed meeting times and days to accommodate our needs. The owner has made it a point to talk to and address all homeowner complaints as well as getting complaints resolved in a quick and friendly manner. AS&A also provided an accountant to help us understand and answer any questions about financials that any homeowner may have. AS&A always has a person on call ready to help! They are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful in all of our needs. If you are looking for a property management that is the whole package, contact AS&A!

A S & A Property Management have done an excellent job for our community here at [redacted]. Our property manager Amanda is always accessible and she always handles our problems in a professional and timely manner. A S & A goes above and beyond to improve our community. This last spring A S & A arranged for and helped us in a large community clean-up this spring. I would highly recommend them.

Totally agree with All and any Negative reviews about AS&A. I am in bankruptcy due to their threat to Foreclose on my property even though the issue of charging me for improvements before the sale of my property was even complete. In a meeting with them and the attorney representing them it was discovered that I was charged in error yet they wanted me to pay the Attorney fees which I flatly refused. Since my purchase in 2006 as everybody is stating they do nothing yet our monthly dues are a whopping $108 and I'm current on mine AS&A yet due to your shoddy accounting they have yet to remove the charges for the improvements off my account. The rules change like day and night and apply to some yet not to others...(example they claimed No bars on the 2nd story windows and actually fined me before I removed them yet units in Villa West Seven facing McDowell Rd have bars on the top floor and have had them for years just as I had). This company in conjunction with the Board is crooked as the day is long and I would not recommend living in any of their properties to my worst enemy.

It has been a pleasure working with AS and A property management for almost 5 years.They are excellent at their job and always comes through for our complex.

Easy to work with. You call and you speak to a person not a recording. Friendly employees.
