Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: the information is untrue about the finance department contacting me with no response re:higher payoff on old vehiclethey NEVER called me that the payoff amount was going to be higher than what they initially gave memy husband went in the the dealership MULTIPLE times to fix an issue re:keyless entry and was NEVER told about the payoff on old vehicle after about almost weeks when he spoke to the actual GM is when they motioned higher payoff and our monthly payment on new car was higher Regards, L [redacted] ***

MrM [redacted] was refunded $as a good will gestureThe other Dealer that MrMitchell took his vehicle to said we left a pinion nut loose, which we have no proof of thatWe were not contacted with this concern until after he had the vehicle repaired by another Dealer

Vehicle was purchased on 11/05/16...this date is a weekendUnfortunately we were unable to get a payoff on the trade in until the first open banking dayThe first contract was signed with an estimated payoffThe payoff actually came in higherIf the payoff would have come in lower we would have refunded the money back to the customerOur finance counselor has been trying to contact the customer with no avail

THIS REPAIR IS BEING COVERD BY CROWN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP AND RAM AS A GOOD WILL REPAIR

Complaint: I am rejecting this response as we are still in discussions and I am waiting to hear back from a representative of Crown Dodge I spoke with this representative on Tuesday Sep The majority of our conversation was focused on my clarifying the issue surrounding the bumper-to-bumper warranty Specifically, I explained that the reversal of the ~$2,warranty charge from my sales contract did not address my issue as the crux of the issue is that the agreed upon selling price of the vehicle was WITH the extended warranty included (i.e., no additional charge for the extended warranty) I encouraged the representative to speak directly with the other employees at Crown Dodge that were involved in the transaction and are fully aware and informed of the substance of my complaint As it stands right now, Crown Dodge has agreed to fulfill of the items promised as part of my purchase: (i) reimbursement for three (3) tanks of gas and (ii) to satisfy the years of extended care maintenance service they have agreed to four (4) years of extended care service since apparently the service can only be provided in two year increments The Crown Dodge representative said now that she better understands the third (and most important) issue (i.e., bumper-to-bumper warranty), she will discuss with her colleagues and revert back I waited until today to file my response as I was told that she would try to get back to me no later than yesterday (ThursSep17) I understand and appreciate that she is handling many other matters and therefore do not fault the delay but rather wanted to make sure this complaint remains unresolved and was not closed due to my lack of response Regards, B [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I believe I have provided enough evidence to logically show that the pinion nut was left loose at Crown Dodge VenturaThe dealer who repaired my vehicle in Arizona stated that pinion nuts do not just come loose if properly torquedIn order to conduct a pinion seal replacement the pinion nut had to have been removed in Crown's shopIf it was loose before it was in Crown's shop, they would have or should have noticed immediatelyThe technician in Arizona was able to notice immediately that the nut was loose, when he went to perform the repair Regards, W [redacted]

We have provided the client with every item he has paid us for; timelyWhat he does not understand is that each year the state of Delaware requires and then charges each company to file either a Franchise Tax or Annual Report which is never, ever included in our incorporation package feesIf so we would not be in business since the tax is based at $a yearSince he filed in the last month of the year he was given the Registered Agent Fee for "free" as a gift which most other agent do not afford.Virtually there is nothing else we can add to this complaint other than the client is dissatisfied and should consider changing agents but will still have to pay the state of Delaware fees [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I contacted MrR [redacted] on the 9th of May During this call, I shared with MrB [redacted] the issues I was experiencing with my vehicleHe did not inform me during this call that I needed to have prior authorization from Crown to have my vehicle repaired The rear differential on my vehicle was not opened until later in the week when the parts finally arrivedIn addition, L [redacted] attempted to contact Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Ventura four times after the repair to my vehicle was complete but there was no response from Crown CDJRIn fact, the first time Crown CDJR ever retuned any call to resolve this matter on the 9th of June almost four weeks laterThe reason I authorized the repair and fronted the money at L [redacted] was because I was on military orders at the time, was already late reporting to my first station, and Crown was unresponsive to any calls after the problem was discovered with my vehicleIn addition, MrB [redacted] said explicitly “any work we perform on this vehicle is covered under warranty for one year at ANY Dodge Dealer.” This statement was affirmed at Larry H MillerTherefore, Crown IS responsible for repairs performed at another Dodge dealership if the work they performed at their service department can be shown to have caused damage to the vehicleI have shown enough evidence to prove this statement and Crown has not specifically refuted any of the evidence I have shown to support this claim Regards, W [redacted]

I am responding to the claim placed . We had reached out numerous times and there were no responses to our request to uphold the roof warranty and leaking of the roofWe had a bucket that we had to empty everyday when it was raining It wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com that I finally received a call back from the owner and the excuse was ," oh we thought the case was completed "I said that can't be true since we called at least 2-times per week requesting service ! I know that I was told that now the leak is fixed however we are not sure since it hasn't rained enough since it was " fixed" Please contact me with anything else you may need or how this case will proceed ? Our vehicles are advertised with all available incentives and rebates on our internetCustomer that do not qualify are explained that at the time of purchase

Attached is the estimate to fix the problems with the boiler installations. In addition, the venting that was done originally, vented right into an apartment and the CO alarm kept going off Energy Expediters said the tenant should just keep their windows closed As this was not an adequate solution, I paid an additional amount to have the boilers vented out the chimney It was discovered as this current work was being done that while the pvc pipes went out the chimneys, they were never sealed so we were pumping CO into the basement
