This vehicle was purchased on 12/16/2015...sold to the customer and the customer signed a legal contract.72 months @ 17.90% financing $25, 185.20. M[redacted] can take her vehicle to any lending institution to get refinanced if they are un happy with the loan.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe I have provided enough evidence to logically show that the pinion nut was left loose at Crown Dodge Ventura. The dealer who repaired my vehicle in Arizona stated that pinion nuts do not just come loose if properly torqued. In order to conduct a pinion seal replacement the pinion nut had to have been removed in Crown's shop. If it was loose before it was in Crown's shop, they would have or should have noticed immediately. The technician in Arizona was able to notice immediately that the nut was loose, when he went to perform the repair.

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted Mr. R[redacted] on the 9th of May 2015. During this call, I shared with Mr. B[redacted] the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle. He did not inform me during this call that I needed to have prior authorization from Crown to have my vehicle repaired.  The rear differential on my vehicle was not opened until later in the week when the parts finally arrived. In addition, L[redacted] attempted to contact Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Ventura four times after the repair to my vehicle was complete but there was no response from Crown CDJR. In fact, the first time Crown CDJR ever retuned any call to resolve this matter on the 9th of June almost four weeks later. The reason I authorized the repair and fronted the money at L[redacted] was because I was on military orders at the time, was already late reporting to my first station, and Crown was unresponsive to any calls after the problem was discovered with my vehicle. In addition, Mr. B[redacted] said explicitly “any work we perform on this vehicle is covered under warranty for one year at ANY Dodge Dealer.” This statement was affirmed at Larry H Miller. Therefore, Crown IS responsible for repairs performed at another Dodge dealership if the work they performed at their service department can be shown to have caused damage to the vehicle. I have shown enough evidence to prove this statement and Crown has not specifically refuted any of the evidence I have shown to support this claim.

Customers vehicle has been repaired and returned to customer on 8/28/15.

Vehicle was purchased on 11/05/16...this date is a weekend. Unfortunately we were unable to get a payoff on the trade in until the first open banking day. The first contract was signed with an estimated payoff. The payoff actually came in higher. If the payoff would have come in lower we would have...

refunded the money back to the customer. Our finance counselor has been trying to contact the customer with no avail.

THIS REPAIR IS BEING COVERD BY CROWN DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP AND RAM AS A GOOD WILL REPAIR.

It is unfortunate [redacted] is getting bad consul on her boiler
system at [redacted]. The first item [redacted] listed as a problem was the
original boilers were too small, was not accurate. The boilers we not under
sized as showed in the attached heat loss calculation. The problem was the...

Rinnai
boilers are limited to 178 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum efficiency. 178
degrees was not high enough to heat the building with the amount of baseboard
installed. We responded by replacing the Rinnai boilers with NTI boilers with a
higher operating temperature of 195 degrees Fahrenheit, at no charge to her,
which solved the under heating problem. We used thier existing system pump as listed in the contract
from 2011. The pump failure [redacted] listed as an issue was a used pump in 2011
when we reinstalled it because it was only several years old.The new NTI boilers have an error history feature which
would tell us if the boilers are operating out of design parameters. The nti
boilers were operating within all there design parameters when installed. There
are many ways to pipe the NTI boilers due to their low pressure drop. The
opinion of other contractors that the boilers are not installed properly can be
easily checked by checking the boiler history which will have dates of any
operation out of design parameters.The boilers are not piped wrong, just different. There are
many ways to achieve the same result when piping low pressure drop boilers.The history will tell us if there is anything wrong with the
boiler flow rate.The pump failure has nothing to do with us it was a used
pump in 2011.September 2011 installed two Rinnai 130,000 btuh boilers
total        260,000 btuh November 2014 installed two NTI TFT boilers 175,000 each
total        350,000 btuhHeat loss of the building                                    ... /> 177,246 btuh

Mr. M[redacted] was refunded $486.19 as a good will gesture. The other Dealer that Mr. Mitchell took his vehicle to said we left a pinion nut loose, which we have no proof of that. We were not contacted with this concern until after he had the vehicle repaired by another Dealer.

I am rejecting this response because: the information is untrue about the finance department contacting me with no response re:higher payoff on old vehicle. they NEVER called me that the payoff amount was going to be higher than what they initially gave me. my husband went in the the dealership MULTIPLE times to fix an issue re:keyless entry and was NEVER told about the payoff on old vehicle  after about almost 2 weeks when he spoke to the actual GM is when they motioned higher payoff and our monthly payment on new car was higher.

We have provided the client with every item he has paid us for; timely. What he does not understand is that each year the state of Delaware requires and then charges each company to file either a Franchise Tax or Annual Report which is never, ever included in our incorporation package fees. If so we would not be in business since the tax is based at $300 a year. Since he filed in the last month of the year he was given the 2018 Registered Agent Fee for "free" as a gift which most other agent do not afford.Virtually there is nothing else we can add to this complaint other than the client is dissatisfied and should consider changing agents but will still have to pay the state of Delaware fees. [redacted]
