I purchased from Cabinet Mania back in December My cabinets did take a while to come in ( March)There were some damages due to shipping I spoke with Frank regarding the damages and also sent him pictures of the damaged piecesHe asked me what I thought was a fair amount for compensation and I named a dollar amount I thought was fairFrank agreed to this amount and asked if I would like cash or credit with himSince I flip houses I opted for the creditI selected more cabinets with this credit and received them quickly(They were in stock)I do online orders almost daily and I can attest to the fact that things come damaged sometimes through no ones faultI can attest to the fact that sometimes things are out of stock and take much longer to arrive than normally would Frank handled these issues professionally and in the end I was pleased with the cabinetsI believe I paid an excellent price and that it was worth the waitI saw the complaints on this sight and just had to counter that while my transaction was not perfect and took a lot longer than expected, Frank handled the matter very professionally and I will purchase from him again As a side note, most businesses are purchasing items overseas that are container shippedThey are at the mercy of the suppliersI managed a furniture store and we had to wait months for a dining room set to come in This is not uncommon and people need to understand if you want to pay a cheaper price sometimes you need to wait

I received my shipment of cabinets last weekNeedless to say, I am thrilled with them! They are beautiful!! Order was received complete and undamagedTruck driver even helped me unload them! Really nice man My husband and I assembled themThey do take a little adjusting and loosening some of the screws on the brackets but they are very well made and go together very nicely I would recommend these cabinets to anyone! Beautiful product and I will probably be ordering more in the future

I want to let you know just how outstanding Angela has been throughout this whole processI first emailed her back in Nov/Dec and have modified our plans approximately timesShe is always prompt, polite, and truly goes above and beyond It's great to find people like that when you truly are lost, and she is one of a kindCabinet Mania is lucky to have her Have a great day and please once again pass along my appreciation to Angela for her outstanding service!

I sent an email to Cabinet Mania on 15SEPletting them know that we contacted FedEx and learned that the tracking number we were given was most likely bogus, as that is not their accepted business practiceFedEx also suggested that we escalate the manner further, as Cabinet Mania is using their business in a fraudulent mannerIn the same email, I made a formal request for a refund in the amount of ***
I had further communication with *** via sales@ on 16SEPregarding where the order was physically located and why FedEx hadn't picked it up yet*** claimed that since the order was over 150lbs it had to be shipped freight instead, and that he would get it on a freight truck on Monday (19SEP16)I agreed to wait until Monday, and said I would be expecting a shipping confirmation and an active tracking number
On 20SEP16, I received and email from *** via sales@ with a FedEx freight Bill of Lading Number (#XXXXXXXXXX), again telling me this number isn't active until they pick it up
I contacted FedEx and learned, again, this is not an accepted practice
I contacted *** again on 22SEPlooking for an update as there had been no activity or communicationNo response
I sent another email to *** on 23SEP16, explaining my frustration with another empty promise of shipping and more numbersI told him of my Revdex.com Complaint, and told him that we will be escalating this matter further if we have toI also, again, requested a refund
I received a response stating that their warehouse hasn't provided any other information, that we can submit a refund request at anytime, and that we do not need to threaten themAn exact quote from the email "We will process refunds within business days (this according to our terms and conditions as well as state and federal laws." We provided a requested address, and have been waiting ever since
I emailed sales@ on 10OCT16, stating that it had been business days since the request for refund and that we wanted a status updateI received a response (no signature) that they check would be mailed out the following day since their offices were closed for Columbus Day
I sent another email on 17OCTasking for confirmation that the check was, in fact, mailed out as it had been mailing daysI received a response with a photo of their file copy of the check that was apparently issued to me
As of today, 02NOVI have still NOT received a check in the mail
In the meantime, I have gotten (their) local law enforcement involved in this matter

I have been told this same thing since June when I first received my cabinetsI have to have this product or I need to be refunded my family has been put through *** because of this venderI do not have tracking confirmation for the light rails roll out drawers and pantryThey did send tracking for the sink base but only after I contacted the Revdex.comThey also told my wife that contacting the Revdex.com would not help but it has been the only way that anything seems to happenI could lose my house if I don't have these cabinets immediatelyI have waited five months for theseI paid, I feel like I have been robbed

I did receive the light rails and pantry months late the distributors told me that cabinet Mania made no effort to get the cabinets sent sooner my wife drove to Chicago from Clarksville tn and found the buisiness basicly closed she went during hours on a Friday and arrived at The cabinet I did receive was also damaged on the side I will import the damageI would nor recommend anyone buying from this company

Cabinet Mania contacted me last week via email to indicate that they are not able to send the disputed cabinets due to a supplier issue. They made no statement indicating they would refund the money for the cabinets not delivered or damaged. After repeated attempts to verify they would refund my money I received no response. To date, I have not received a refund in any form. This issue is still unresolved.

This is the same tracking number they gave me on Aug. 31st 2016. It is now Sept. 16, 2016 and it still has not made it to FedEx? Just writing a check and sticking it in an envelope with out giving it to FedEx is the same as not refunding me. This is not acceptable. The envelope needs to be brought to FedEx. Not sitting on someones desk waiting for a FedEx employee to find it? It has now been over three months.

There was no response to Cabinet Mania compensating me for the damaged glass door. Cabinet Mania has now claimed the same answer as given to the Revdex.com of "the check has been sent" 4 times and I still have not seen a check in the mail after waiting 4 months. I have no faith in their words until I see the actual check.

This is very true and I was told via [redacted] the glass door does not come with glass but will be prepped with inserts to fit glass in the door via third party. When the door arrived it came with the glass poorly inserted, a screw that sticks out and does not belong, and press marks on the outside of the door. I would like an undamaged door with no glass or the monetary difference I paid for the glass door. Please do not send another whole corner unit. Just the door or the drone tardy difference. Yes this is the first hearing about this considering my original complaint was no read entirely as it is in there and I waited over three months for my promised refund that was not mailed until I put in this complaint.

I ordered cabinets from cabinet mania over 2 1/2 months ago. This is the worst company that I've ever worked with. I can not get anyone to answer my calls or return my voice messages. They also do not return my emails. I've received 3 emails with dates when my cabinets were to be delivered but those dates came and went. I would never order from this company.

I want to let you know just how outstanding Angela has been throughout this whole process. I first emailed her back in Nov/Dec and have modified our plans approximately 10 times. She is always prompt, polite, and truly goes above and beyond.
It's great to find people like that when you truly are lost, and she is one of a kind. Cabinet Mania is lucky to have her.

We have sent certified letters 11/7/2016 and 11/16/2016 requesting refund. We ordered and paid for cabinets 8/11/2016. "[redacted]" with Cabinet Mania emailed on 10/11/2016 that we would receive refund within 7 business days. We are constantly being told a refund is coming. WE need to know exactly when Cabinet Mania will send our full refund.

I received my shipment of cabinets last week. Needless to say, I am thrilled with them! They are beautiful!!
Order was received complete and undamaged. Truck driver even helped me unload them! Really nice man.
My husband and I assembled them. They do take a little adjusting and loosening some of the screws on the brackets
but they are very well made and go together very nicely.
I would recommend these cabinets to anyone! Beautiful product and I will probably be ordering more in the future.
