They say always the same thing, I would love to know what does mean shortly. It been 20 day from the last email if they wanted they could the send the two missing vanities, toe kick and filler.

I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much I have enjoyed working with Angela in designing my kitchen. She has gone above and beyond to work with my crazy requests and changes to get us to our final kitchen product. As a designer myself, I am certain that my changes have gone way outside the realm of the normal client, and she has responded to each one with quick attention and smiles.
We are so excited for our new kitchen, and had many quotes to choose from. Our customer service experience with Mike has been so amazing, that there isn't a chance we would go with anyone else. We hope to place our order soon, and this is largely based on our wonderful experience in working with

I purchased from Cabinet Mania back in December 2015. My cabinets did take a while to come in ( March). There were some damages due to shipping. I spoke with Frank regarding the damages and also sent him pictures of the damaged pieces. He asked me what I thought was a fair amount for compensation and I named a dollar amount I thought was fair. Frank agreed to this amount and asked if I would like cash or credit with him. Since I flip houses I opted for the credit. I selected more cabinets with this credit and received them quickly. (They were in stock). I do online orders almost daily and I can attest to the fact that things come damaged sometimes through no ones fault. I can attest to the fact that sometimes things are out of stock and take much longer to arrive than normally would. Frank handled these issues professionally and in the end I was pleased with the cabinets. I believe I paid an excellent price and that it was worth the wait. I saw the complaints on this sight and just had to counter that while my transaction was not perfect and took a lot longer than expected, Frank handled the matter very professionally and I will purchase from him again. As a side note, most businesses are purchasing items overseas that are container shipped. They are at the mercy of the suppliers. I managed a furniture store and we had to wait 9 months for a dining room set to come in. This is not uncommon and people need to understand if you want to pay a cheaper price sometimes you need to wait.

As listed in the initial complaint details the order was shipped late, incomplete,damaged and incorrect.Promised delivery dates were not met. This proposed resolution was promised to be shipped out on July 13th. The fact is this does not address all of the issues cited previously in my complaint. Therefore this resolution is totally unacceptable and frivolous. Their credibility and honesty is questionable to say the least. Due to the failure in service and product delivery by Cabinet Mania I have not been able to deliver and complete a project for my client. This has resulted in loss of income. I would never recommend this company because of their lack of professionalism and integrity. If they believe in customer service and delivering quality products in a timely fashion they are delusional and have failed to meet any objective.

I can not thank Mike enough for all the design assistance and help. When we placed our order in 2015 it was for 24 pieces and we spent $18,965.98 on kitchen cabinets with Cabinet Mania. I few pieces did get damaged in shipping 2 times. But I have to admit, Frank and his staff where on top of the problem and got new pieces from the distributor very fast. All in all I had a very good experience dealing with Cabinet Mania.
