I recently took my Lexus [redacted] to Sterling McCall Lexus and they had my car for one week to do repairs and when I picked up my vehicle and it ran well, three days of having the vehicle back, the oil change light came on but a new oil change sticker was placed on my windshield stating that the next service was not due until 4/and I had my oil changed a few weeks before taking the car for service I purchased my vehicle in May and never received my warranty paperwork detailing what is covered and what is not covered, called Sterling McCall Lexus and found that $of repairs was covered under my warranty and that my deductible was $per the paperwork I have When I called to authorize the work, I was told that the deductible was $ I advised Carrie, representative assisting me stated that "its only $and your getting $worth of work done", very unprofessional Almost one week of having my vehicle and I find out yesterday that my tools that were located

Beware when you are with the finance personBe careful because they always try to throw in option coverages like wheel and dents that will added on top of the sale price, which you also pay the interest for I asked if credit card size dent was acceptable for my Lexus lease, and the finance person says no only quarter size That's had scared me and made me added the dent coverage optionLater I found out it was credit card size dents that is acceptable and went to complain with sales manager, finance manager, I even wrote a email to the store manager who never responded The two managers couldn't refund me for the option Even if they can refund me, they can't remove it from being financed and that the interest still stays for me to pay every month I think they train their finance people to lie to sell options on purpose be options are how they make the real money

After adding Freon to my car several times over a couple of years, I took it to Sterling McCall Lexus on August 30, I was told my compressor needed to be repaired I paid $to have the work done On March 21,2017, I took my car back to them because water was inside of my car, on the driver's side The problem was cleared On March 28th, I took it in again because the air conditioner was not getting cold I was told by service adviser it was probably the evaporator core before it was checked I asked him if the evaporator core was checked in AUGUST and he said yesHe asked if it had been getting cold and I said yes because Freon was added Each time Freon was added it worked for several months The air conditioner's performance was the same as before the work was done in AugustThe work done in August was still under warranty After much discussion, my car was taken to have the problem checked The adviser came back and said it was the evaporator core and wou

I did a state inspection for my vehicle on 6/12/2017, when I pick up my car, they told me they also replaced wiper blade But without asking my permission and charger me for a service I didn't know and didn't agree is not right thing to do!

I have bought several cars from Sterling McCall Toyota and Lexus over the years Recently a sales person called to see if we wanted to trade in my Lexus for a new one We politely told the caller that we were NOT interested at this time, and would let them know it would be about another year before we were ready Two days went by and the same guy called back times in one day asking the same thing This now is starting to anger my wife and myself that they cant get it through their thick skull what we just told them The next day the Sales Director called and left a message asking the same thing, about us trading in our car! Are you freaking kidding me....what type of leadership is this? The next day after this, yet another phone call from the Same Manager (Margaret Hong), asking the same questions about if we were ready to trade in our car??? We were not polite this time around and angrily told her NO! You would think that this would stop the calls, but ohhh no it didn't! Two weeks go by and the same guy that called the first time and the times in one day called again! This time we were furious about the harassment! We told the guy to NEVER call again, and that we would NOT buy from Sterling McCall at all because of their tactics now! We asked to speak to his boss, and hge said they were not available Not believing this snake we called the dealership and asked to speak to the General manager Who did we get transferred to, but the Sales Director (Margaret HONG) again She told me that we would not receive any more calls from Sterling McCall I asked her why would this guy keep calling, and also why she called twice herself after we told them NO? Margaret had no answer for this, as she again said she would look into thew calls I asked her if the GM would approve of her actions in harassing the customers, or what would have been a customer? I told Margaret that I would be speaking to the GM because of her actions, and she said, "Whatever"! Nice attitude there, on the "whatever" responseI have since left a message for the GM to call me about the recent actions of Sterling McCall and the sales people including this Sales Director I also sent an email to him, explaining every phone call with dates and exact times Will I ever get a return phone call explaining the actions or an Apology from Sterling McCall? I think we all know the answer to this one...that would be a big fat NO! All I can do now is let others know what Sterling McCall does all across Social media and how they don't care what you think of their Sales tactics....I mean they have the attitude of "Whatever", and that comes straight from the Management at the dealership!

I came to Sterling Mccall Lexus service with a scheduled appointment and was neglected, skipped, and discriminatedSeveral people who came after me got helped before me, even those who came without making any apptI had appnt sched at 11:30, but I came earlier at 11:and was not greeted by the valet driver or anybodyI had notified them that I haven’t been help and was told to leave the key in the car and wait, people came to move my car, but nothing was done, and then I alerted another personel, and was told that “you need to stand by your car and wait” what kind of words and greeting is that? Telling me to wait under the sun? Finally somebody noticed I was upset , so why he got me started while my “auto-assign” advisor was finishing up with the other customerIt’s not about getting mad at having to wait a little, but it’s about the negligenceMoreover, the service I came in for suppose to replace my key battery, I brought in for a reason, and guess what only got replaced and the other just got left thereThey told me that the service only cover to replace key, and I have to request to have the 2nd one replace myself..!!?? Why has to be requested? It was purchased with keys given, the dealer service should ask, check, and replace, it doesn’t make sense to just do and not the otherEven if it didn’t pay for it, I can payBut I wasn’t inform about thatSo you mean next time before I come to get anthing done, I should do research myself to see what’s included and what’s not to request? Do you see the inconvenience? Even before I left I’ve asked did the other key got replace, and he insisted yes, yes it’s workingShould I be frustrated and upset? So unoriented
