I am very thankful that Brian is willing to concede somewhatHowever the tree does not have anything that is deadWhat I would like Brian to do is remove the branches that are hitting the house and are close to above the pool. The whole reason for hiring Trees R US was to have the branches above the pool/deck and house/deck removedDealing with leaves in the pool continues to be an issueThe reason I hired Trees R USI continually have leaves in my gutters and now the branches are hitting my roofThe reason I hired Trees R US. I just want what I was promisedI told the company what I was looking for, I was given a quote and now all the company is doing is trying to get out of it. This is NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER. We would like to respond to a complaint about our company. Before entering into that
particular day's question,  we would like...

to  clarify
a few  points. Our
company is a family business, which is more than 50 years in this business, are 3
generations of experienced workers and satisfied customers. In 50 years working with machines, people and mother
nature  in an equation that
does not  always combine, we do our best to  offer our customers a  fair price, a satisfactory job with minimum losses for both sides. Our relationship with our
customers it is often friendship  and we always offer special discounts for old customers. In 50 years working almost every day of the year this
is the second complaint we have. In this particular case, our client forgot to say that we have already done another service for her completely perfect
and that is why she called us. She forgot to also say that she signed our contract stating that she was satisfied with the service and was aware that: "Not responsible for lawn damage when removals are necessary." And as she said, it was a removal to"4 big pines". Unfortunately that was an unhappy day. In addition to being the first job (of course, and the last) we did from a new salesman, it was a very hot day
with 90 F and our machine overheated in the middle of the job, our machine broke down and we received the news that our owner was
going through cardiac surgery urgently. That's why of the tears of his wife in
that day. Even with all this happening, we were able to complete the work and as it was agreed in his own words "to give
him 2200 for  4 trees with stumps".We are not here to make excuses for what happened that day but to clarify and show that every story has two  sides. For reasons that escaped our control, unfortunately, our client reconsidered her signature in the contract claiming to be satisfied. We are very proud of
our company. We
do a great job every day and we have an opinion poll with over 100 signatures
of satisfied customers, only this year. Including a neighbor of this client who, seeing our excellent work that day, even with all the unexpected happened, asked us to remove a dead
maple tree in back yard. He was satisfied. No regrets
or reconsiderations. To end this unpleasant episode, we would like to offer the amount our client would spend ($500.00) in good
faith and with a sincere apology for the  tears
of that hot day. The attached copy of the contracts of the two clients of that day and the check that was sent to the client. Thanks for your atention. Lilien Z.
