Don from A Water Solution came out to fix a couple leaks in our upstairs guest bath and fixed them in a expeditious manner and was a pleasure to work with!

I have no idea why this business is getting an A from Revdex.comTHIS GUY IS A SHAM I reported him to my home warranty group and they refunded me the money I had to spend due to the incompetence of this guy Then I called in another service request for a different problem and he's still on their list of plumbers I called them directly and said this company is never allowed inmy home again Instead of helping me, he lied and took the $payment and I ended up calling a national group to solve mt problem for an additional $Just as an aside he refused to do the work AND TOLD ME TO CALL THE NATIONAL COMPANY and walked out of my homeDo not use this guy

I had a water heater go badThe home warranty company sent AWS to replace itThe plumber suggested we replace heaters with a high efficiency model and that we would have all the water we wantedIt would cost extraWe took their recommendationOnly to find out after it was installed that it wasn't a high efficiency capacity heaterThe owner swindled usAfter many calls to the warranty company, a second heater was installedThe plumber complained the whole timeI would never recommend the to anyone

A Water Solution is to be avoided at all costs They were referred by my home warranty company They use a blocked phone number An hour and a half after they closed, they called my cell phone, let it ring twice, did not leave a message -- the next thing I knew, they sent an email cancelling the appointment...that I took time off work for and that they confirmed earlier in the dayThese people are horrible and should be avoided (as shown by the many negative online reviews) In spite of the "A" rating, they deserve an F

I had an appointment scheduled for Monday 09/12/between the hours of 8-11amI had to schedule for someone in my family to come to my home because I had to leave for work at 8:15am and they could not come during a time frame when I would be homeWhen Monday came I received a call about 7:15am stating that he would be there in 10-min because of this I was unable to finish letting my dogs eat breakfast and had to use emergency vacation at my jobI told him when I answered the door that I was sorry for the delay in coming to the door however he was early, instead of apologizing he said well didn't you get my voicemail I explained that yes I did however my appointment was not until 8amAnyways the contractor was just useless and did nothing to try and solve my issue, I explained what was happening when the leak took place and he told me multiple times that it was not possible and I must have been using the other showerOn 3-occasions I had to tell him that it was not correct a

Matt came out for a Water line issue turns out it’s not covered under my AHS warrantyafter explaining why it’s not coveredMatt gave me alternatives for the fix..explaining what would need to be done plain and simple so there was no confusion on what was necessary for the fix...Thanks Matt for your help

This is not accurate at all! The rep they sent out stated he did not know what was causing it but that it may be the faucet not having calk around it! I did not refuse to pay I am the one who paid however I had my father hand the money to the tech because he was extremely rude and I was done dealing with himMy father NEVER agreed that it was not from that bathroom as he knows I am not a liar and that I was taking a shower when the leak occurredMy father has stated if the Revdex.com would like to talk to him he will attest that he never agreed with the techIn addition the home warranty company stated that they should have calked while being at my property! Also the tech that was there is contacted me personally at night stating about his reviews which is harassment, there was NO reason I should have been contacted by this man about the companies reviews! Since the home warranty company is even stating they failed to do there job I am again requesting my money back

The sump pump was NOT covered by the home warranty company because the water softener was draining into itSump pumps are for GROUND WATER ONLYThe technician called it into the home warranty company and they verified that information as wellThey also will tell any and all customers that if a
service provider comes out to the home YOU OWE YOUR DEDUCTIBLE! Whether it was denied or covered, whether we replace all the plumbing or just tighten a valveAlso, we do not bill our customers, neither do half of the other service providers that work with AHSThe techinician and I both told his wife that and she said that it was fine and she would have you pay with a credit card over the phone by time we came backThe technician Gave him a price and he agreed to itThe pit did have bricks in it (some people put bricks in their sump pump pits if there is mud at the bottom so it doesn't burn up the pump) so when the technician replaced the sump pump he put it back on top of the bricks inside the pitThe technician stated to you earlier today the pump he put in was a plastic CASED sump pump which has the same horse power and same motor AND will last longer because the the cast iron eventually rusts and falls apart. You did not have to accept the estimate for us to do the jobYou could have paid someone else more money to do the same job at a later dateHowever, we did send out a refund check todayYou will now owe your deductible to them

We originally came out for the g/d and water line UNDER the kitchen sinkWe replaced those items under her deductibleThen when she called back and we returned we found out the drain line in the WALL was leakingSomething we had never touchedThis was improperly installed with the
wrong fittings and had copper to plastic and was riggedShe has no coverage for improper installationWe did not do this job because the home warranty company will cover it. The home warranty company can verify all of this information. And if she is so sure we were lying then she can call her home warranty company and request a second opinionThey will send out another company and they will tell her the same exact thing! It is not our fault someone else messed up her plumbing years ago and did a temporary fix improperly. Also, she did get a garb age disposal replaced which is what the original claim is forShe can call her home warranty company to dispute the coverage with them

You requested a refund of $We gave that to youAHS requires you pay your service fee to us or them with no exceptions so you can take that up with them

We ran the shower for minsshe said it only leaked when she used the m/b showerwe watched in the kitchen while the water was running and seen no leaksThe shower was 8-ft away from where the leak wasEven her father tired to tell her the leak couldn't be coming from that showerAfter she went upstairs he apologized for her behavior and thanked us and paid her service fee because she refused

Only gave ONE star beacause I couldn't leave ZERO I had a leaking bathroom toilet so I used my *** *** *** warranty and they dispatched A Water Solutions The plumber said the pipe in the basement would need to be raised and he would have to order the parts so I'd have to schedule another appointment weeks out (that was due to my availability) minutes before the newly scheduled appointment, the plumber call and said "he bought the parts at *** yesterday and opened the box but doesn't think it will work and he doesn't think he would be able to do the job anyway, I don't know what to tell you?" I took a day of vaction that I really can't afford to take plus $for the inital visit

Our home warranty company has sent A Water Solutions out twice now for MINOR issues First time was for a jammed garbage disposal Technician told me a binder clip was lodged in the blades and couldn't be repaired He said due to this, it isn't covered under the warranty and wanted to sell me a new one for $ I politely declined and sent him away In two minutes, I grabbed my pliers and removed the binder clip It works fine but of course I was out the $deductibleSecond visit to our place occurred several months later for a clogged kitchen sink The guy that showed up said we had big problems with how the sink pipes connected to our building's drain line, (we live in a high rise) He said it would be at least $and it isn't covered under the warranty due to "poor design" He wanted to break into our walls in order to fix the clog I politely sent him away and called another company on my own The other company was *** Plumbing and the sink was unclogged with no issues and no cutting into the drywallA Water Solutions are at best incompetent and at worst they are crooks I would NEVER allow them near my home and cannot stress this enough I've never left a review with the Revdex.com but felt so strongly that people should be warned I feel they take advantage people and hate to think of how many have been unknowingly swindled by themI've complained about them to my home warranty company yet they keep using them They will never step foot in our home nor will they ever do work in our building

I am rejecting this response because:I asked for a $refund to make up for the poor workmanship and rudeness of the contractor. Contractor suggests just shifting the bill to the home warranty company. That accomplishes nothing as A Water Solutions would still get paid but the customer is left cleaining up their mess

The service provider showed up, asked for the check which I gave him I took him to the hot water heater explained what the issue was He said there was nothing nothing he could doI told him I was not paying for nothingHe threw the check at me and stormed to the front door Once there he started yelling and I told him to leave He went outside kicked my trashcan over and drove away

the man that came out never looked at my sink. had no business reporting any thing to my warranty people. this company committed fraud. I don't like how I was treated by this company. Regards,

This customer STATED that we did not even work on this valve. We worked on a completely different shut off valve. This was also a call that was serviced OVER two months ago. The valve we serviced was working fine with NO leaks when we left the home and is still working fine today...

according to the customer. Also, turning a valve on and off will not loosen the packing, you would have to tighten it every time you used it. We did not even service the valve in question. We were out on a service call for another valve in the same area and a toilet issue and both issues were resolved.  We are not going to warranty something that we did not repair.

I am rejecting this response because:1.  Company did not address the poor workmanship issue.  I already said in the complaint I accepted his explanation on the part used, I am not sure why he is addressing it now.2.  Company did not apologize for the yelling, profanity, and rude behavior.3. Shifting the $75.00 bill to AHS so they will just give it back to him only benefits his company, not the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: It is not he said she said and doing the job would have been fixing the caulking now just telling someone to go buy the materials. In addition the  worker proceeded to call me twice leaving voicemails which is unprofessional and boarders on harrasment.
