There was no information given as to what property this is regarding. I need to know what claim and or address was serviced to know what is going on.

The technician had went out to the home for the second time and told the customer the same thing as when he went out the first time. If he pulled the toilet and there was a foreign object in the toilet then he would have to pay for it and if not then the home warranty company would cover it. The...

customer did not want to take that chance. He instead wanted to technician to snake it again. He had just snaked it at the first visit and nothing had changed. the auger hit a solid object and would not budge. We would be help reliable if we forced it and broke the toilet so the only option at that point is to pull the toilet to see whats in it. The home warranty company denied the claim. He has the option to request a second opinion through them.

The technician that came out to your house IS the owner! His name is [redacted] and he owns the company. Your home warranty company requires that you pay a service call fee when we come out to your home whether the item is covered or not. You can take that up with them. Also, there was clear...

evidence that your HWH had been leaking for much longer than the policy had been in place. The home warranty company even stated that you had called them right after you purchased your policy and asked if you could cancel right after you place a claim. Yes, they keep track of every phone call that is made to them. All [redacted] did was his job. He reported to them what he saw and THEY denied the claim. So, if you have a dispute with the REQUIRED service fee that was paid you need to take it up with them.

I am rejecting this response because: To demonstrate the use of this other valve, he turned it off and on. It was not leaking prior to him coming into my home. This was two months ago because I did not check the valve to see if there was an issue because he said there was nothing wrong with it. I trusted this business, and he created an issue in my basement. Also instead of replacing the valve he did work on that was corroded, he tightened the packing nut and said to use the other valve and he wouldnt replace a valve that was corroded under warranty.

Hello, I wanted to update my claim if possible. While the tech was at my home I had mentioned to my father in front of him the companies bad rating. Well last night at about 7:30pm I received a voicemail from the tech explaining that bad reading and saying...
