This is my second time this year using the services of this power washing company The first time was to power wash my white PVC fence, they made it look like new, and the price was very reasonable !! Just today, I used their services again to power wash my entire sqftsplit level home and to clean the outside of my windows They did an incredible job (Thanks, Maurice) and they even power washed my sidewalk pavers for free This is the first time I have ever written on Revdex.com, but they truly deserve your consideration !!! They are prompt, efficient, professional, and their prices are incredible !!! I will thank my neighbor once again for recommending them !! So very pleased !!!

I receive a call for power wash a house from Mrs [redacted] we set up day & time for the service.My workers show up on time.after few days Mrs[redacted] call me becouse she found dirty drips by windows frame and one interlock siding loose.I told her I come back and wipe the drips,push back the interlock siding.I went back on sunday jun Mrs[redacted] and I inspected the house no dirty drips found, she told me just fix the interlock siding after I fix she was satisfied with the jobBefore I left Mr& Mrs [redacted] told me no money needs to be refund and they were satisfied with the power wash service.Att [redacted]

We had our home and composite deck power washed and had windows cleaned (inside & out) on Monday, July 27, We examined the house and windows again on Tuesday and again are so completely satisfied with the job that was done All windows were left clean, including outside and inside sills We want to express to ABest Cleaning Service how totally pleased we are with the results! My Name is Mauricio L, owner of Abest cleaning service responding the complain # ***.The Advertisement is in reference roof shampoo and sanitizedI spray a solution to kill the bacteria and prevent mold growing in the roof giving a new look whit out presence of moss and mildew. The advertisement do not mention black marks stain removal from roofStain removal is a different service and techniqueI will provide this service after free estimate. When I come back to inspect the roof, found dead pieces of moss and mildew stay in the roof because is around degrees of inclination Lost pieces do not move down to the gutter whit the rain. In conclusion the service I offer in the advertisement is done right and complete

I am rejecting this response because:The business advertisement clearly states cleaning and sanitizingAs I stated only a solution was sprayed on the roofIt was only AFTER the application of this solution was I informed that I would have to "wait 2-weeks for the RAIN to complete the cleaning" While it is true they returned and hand removed the mold from the roof, this was only after an argument with the owner The roof not in no way Flat, as indicated by the owner, it is a pitched roof I paid to have the roof cleaned as advertised, not wait for some day for "Mother Nature" to take care of it In addition, I am aware that the roof can and should not be power washed which is the reason I hired this company to SHAMPOO the roofThe roof is still stained, I want it cleaned as promised
