June 2016 I had my house powered washed by A1 Best Cleaning Service LLC; The Plus; They showed up when they said they would, were very nice, stuck to there price and left the house clean; The Minus; First; The worker that did the back of the house stepped or stomped on brand new Azaleas Plants my wife had just planted a week before. He snapped the plants in half. Broke it right down the middle. Not just one but two of the four plants. It would have been very easy to step around them if he just paid a bit of attention! Second; I asked them to not clean the front walkway but they did anyway and although it does look nice all the dirt and sand that was between the pavers and holding the pavers in place was washed onto my driveway that I just had sealed two weeks prior. What good is it to move dirt? Walkway's now clean but the driveway's a mess! So I had to blow the driveway because they just left the dirt there. And some of the dirt will need a few good rain storms to disappear. Third; They knocked some of my gutter guards off which I had to fix. All in all they do good work but are rough around the edge's. A little dangerous with the spray gun! I would use them again but this time I'd have to keep an eye on them.

I am rejecting this response because:I was told the roof would be CLEAN... He even indicated that he ( the owner ) would return in 3 weeks to take a photograph of the roof to show the "before and after".It is apparent I will need to pursue the issue in the courts.....

The Advertisement is in reference roof shampoo and sanitized. I spray a solution to kill the bacteria and prevent mold growing in the roof giving a new look whit out presence of moss and mildew. 
 
The advertisement do not mention black marks stain removal from roof. Stain removal is a different service and technique. I will provide this service after free estimate.
 
When I come back to inspect the roof, found dead pieces of moss and mildew stay in the roof because is around 15 degrees of inclination.  Lost pieces do not move down to the gutter whit the rain.
 
In conclusion the service I offer in the advertisement is done right and complete.

This is my second time this year using the services of this power washing company. The first time was to power wash my white PVC fence, they made it look like new, and the price was very reasonable !! Just today, I used their services again to power wash my entire 2600 sq. ft. split level home and to clean the outside of my windows. They did an incredible job (Thanks, Maurice) and they even power washed my sidewalk pavers for free. This is the first time I have ever written on Revdex.com, but they truly deserve your consideration !!! They are prompt, efficient, professional, and their prices are incredible !!! I will thank my neighbor once again for recommending them !! So very pleased !!!

drips,push back the interlock siding.I went back on sunday jun 19 Mrs.[redacted] and I inspected the house no dirty drips found, she told me just fix the interlock siding after I fix she was satisfied with the job. Before I left Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] told me no money needs to be refund and they were satisfied with the power wash service.Att. [redacted]

I will accept this as being a closed case, but I would like to make a couple of notes back to this business owner.  Coming to my home on the 19 was not a good way to do business.  He did not call ahead of time to say he was coming, he just took it upon himself to just show up.  This was unacceptable as it was FATHER'S DAY.  And we had plans to be someplace else and could not stay to watch the job in progress.  He was pressing us to stay and he wanted to witness me calling the Revdex.com to clear his bad mark.  We did not stay.  We allowed him to fix our home without our presence and while the repair is not perfect, it is ok and we will accept it, but we will not ever be using this person's service again.  They do not know anything about customer relations..
