All reviews about this company are absolutely rightI contracted Steve Roberts to transport my Toyota Highlander from Copart Auto Auction in Los Angeles, CA I paid a $deposit on June 9th He promised to give me a positive feedback the following Monday since he doesn't work weekendsI gave him a day in between and called on Tuesday June He asked me to give him some time because the truckers won't accept his offer because it's too lowI'm sure he throws them a low ball offer different from his quotes if that's the case I called back on Thursday which happened to be one of my worst experience in the business world Guess it was a crime to call and check on the status of our agreementSteve rained insults on me forgetting I was a customerHe didn't understand why I asked about his refund policyWe got into a heated exchange of words for about minsHe finally hung up the phone on me telling me I'm stupid for asking him such a questionI only had 5days of free storage from Copart which was all exhausted by Direct Allstar Auto Steve decided not to answer my calls anymore but to rather reply with text messages I decided to go with another transportater after a week and half Since I was already racking up storage chargesMy vehicle was hauled in 2days as promised by the new transport company I ended paying $in storage and $difference because the summer had already set in and transport charges increased steadily due to the increase in fuel prices I also lost my deposit because the contract stated it was non-refundable My Lesson learned; always check reviews before contracting these guys .I acted out of desperation Hope this review helps you from becoming the next victim It's August 28th and I'm still waiting for Steve's call as to when my vehicle will be towedNo word till todayUnbelievable I guess he makes his money from the non refundable deposits I can post our contract here if Steve disputes itAnd have him confirm if the said vehicle was ever transported

Breech of Contract, no services were provided and I was never refunded $deposit On 2/10/I signed a contract with All Star [redacted] ship my truck from [redacted] SC for $with pick up between 2/and 2/(I have a copy of the contract) A $deposit was required by All Star it was paid on 2/11/(I have proof it was paid) On 2/All Star called me and said the price must be increased [redacted] ~$(I have phone records) I cancelled the delivery and asked them for my money back All Star (***) said "no problem" On 2/I send an email asking for my $deposit [redacted] be returned, there was never a reply I called on 2/and left a message, there was never a reply

I was interested to see how much it would cost to ship a Mini VanI went online and filled out some information, then I was flooded with calls, texts and emails One was from this guy who said he was ***, he had the lowest price (by $1), I did not end up buying or needing to ship the mini van, but then I did needed to know what it would cost to ship an SUV that I was interested to buy instead I called ***, he said he could ship it for $249, then asked for my Credit Card info to start the order, so I bought the SUV, then he sent me an invoice for $499, then said he had made a mistake, then sent me an invoice for $299, then said that it was because the SUV too big and heavy, I looked it up, my SUV was a small one and actually was shorter and weighed less than a Toyota Camery So I told him I was not interested in shipping with him Then about a week later I found a $charge on my Credit Card from him, then called him to question the charge, he answered and said they were closed until MondayWHAT A SCAMMER!!!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PEOPLE BY ALL MEANS!!! This is a bunch of thievesThey are unprofessional and unreliable Lisa is a liar They assured me and gave us a quote to ship my car and we made it clear that we were not going to pay any extra and they assured us that was the final cost We paid the deposit of then this Lisa woman calls and says that we need to pay more since she couldn't get someone to ship the car at the price they themselves quoted How ridiculous is this I filed a dispute and let them know and that is when they ceased answering our calls Now I have lost my money to these hooligans and they will not ship my car They state that the deposit is non-refundable Yes the contract says that, but how can you take money from customers and not offer the services and claim that it is non-refundable YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Just like all the others, there is almost no point in saying it Steve who claims to the be the owner, is absolutely the unhappiest and rudest person I think ive ever spoken on the phone with, twice I dont even know how they get any business at all, its just flat out crazy Read Yelp, you know its bad when THAT MANY people all have the same story He started screaming to me about some sort of conspiracy and how all the bad reviews he has are from competitorsI mentioned that I was not a competitor, and would be more than willing to leave a review too, after how poorly I was treated This place needs new control/ownership, or should just be shut down really Its mind boggling how they manage to get any business they way they just scream at everyone

SCAM !!! if you are reading this, run away from this company "ALL-STAR DIRECT AUTO SHIPPING" I needed to ship my sister's car soon, so I put my information in the website, soon enough I got multiple calls and all-star direct was one of them, their quote was so far lowest so, naturally I got attracted to itI called them back and a guy name Steve was one of themHe told me the price was straight up $and asked for my credit card infoI asked him how soon can you deliver my car and his replying was as soon as you put the deposit down, we can ship your car in 5-business daysHe also mentioned me that, I am getting the cheapest price in America and should not miss this opportunityHe asked for my credit card info multiple times
All about Steve: let me talk about this guy named STEVE in the middle of my review because he deserves this attentionThis guy is the worst person, number 1, a class A SG I have ever had to deal withAs soon as he got my Credit card info and my order form, he disappeared, no call, no email for multiple daysSo, naturally, I emailed them to inquireI get a call back the following day, and I quote, "Hey, we have a truck available to pick up your car on Thursday, but the driver want $more" I said politely, you quoted me $and now I can't pay $700, and next thing you know he hung up on me and disappeared again for more daysAgain, he calls me back and asks me if I am willing to pay $to the driver, I just told me that, you are trying to con me, and his response was amazingHe told me, "DUDE, you don't want to pay the cheapest price in America ???" and yelled at me for not taking the offerI naturally, got surprised by that and asked for a refund, and he said, there is no refund and hung up on in AGAIN in the middle of the conversation
In Conclusion, I had to file a dispute with my back against this con artist and I don't really know how my bank is going to take action about it but in a plain and simple language, this guy Steve and the Company is a CON ARTIST, a complete FRAUDIF you care about you hard earned $$$, stay away from this company at all costThis company should not be in business
