After receiving the contract for services and rejecting the terms and conditions my deposit was not refunded
Thank You On 8/22/I requested bids for an auto transport from Oregon ** Southern CA I was contacted by *** via phone and was given a quote of $ I gave him my credit card info (something I now regret) and he said a contract would be emailed ** me The emailed contract came shortly and I began ** read over the terms and conditions of the contract In paragraph it stated "Shipper fully understands that only the carrier determines transport fee" ** me this meant that if the carrier charged $I would be contractually obligated ** pay I contacted *** ***, the sales person on the contract, at XXX-XXX-XXXX,concerning invoice XXXXXX-IL, and notified her that I did not agree with the terms and conditions of the contract and requested the charge be reversed She stated "*** would not be happy with that" and I felt that the issue was resolved
