Our policy states: ‘It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify the availability of these servicesThe purchaser can obtain schedule information by calling ###-###-#### option Connecticut Limousine, LLC reserves the right to modify our schedule at any timeEvery effort is made to remain on scheduleHowever, circumstances sometimes develop beyond Connecticut Limousine, LLC's control, such as weather and/or travel delaysConnecticut Limousine, LLC is not responsible for late arrivals, schedule changes, inconvenience or damage from delayed service to any point or destination.’ We did not receive any complaints from him or any other passenger indicating that there was anything wrong with the shuttle ride, nor were there any incident reports submitted by the dispatcher that day that day.? The passenger utilized the service and was transported from [redacted]

The customer has left several messages and we have responded with both calls, and the emailsThe customer booked a round trip ticketShe missed her initial flight due to being late; she took the second half of the tripWe refunded the first half of her trip, because she missed her flightShe repeatedly requested a refund for the second half of the trip and was denied because she did use the trip, and had no complaint about that tripWe also informed the customer of our policy in regards to the additional money she had to spend on her flightOur policy states that: “Connecticut Limousine LLC is not responsible for any consequential damages that the customer may sustain as a result of Connecticut Limousine LLC’s failure to perform any of the transportation services promisedIf Connecticut Limousine LLC fails to adequately perform the services promise, the customer’s damages are limited to the unused value of the ticket that the customer purchased from Connecticut Limousine LLC.”? The following are the emails we sent to the customer:? "Good Afternoon? We are responding to a voicemail left on our line from [redacted] After reviewing the situation with management we are unable to perform any further action due to our policy conditions which are stated below? “Connecticut Limousine LLC is not responsible for any consequential damages that the customer may sustain as a result of Connecticut Limousine LLC’s failure to perform any of the transportation services promisedIf Connecticut Limousine LLC fails to adequately perform the services promise, the customer’s damages are limited to the unused value of the ticket that the customer purchased from Connecticut Limousine LLC.” ? Response: We do apologize for the inconvenience that was experienceWe did not realize a passenger skipped line and caused this issueAlthough this is something we cannot control we apologize for not having a shuttle following shortlyWe do not have set times off the airports and this is explained at reservation to try and avoid long waitsBut it can be agreed if you are told an x amount of minute waiting time it is certainly expected for the wait to be that lengthThe reason we cannot issue a cash refund is because our services were used, although lateWe were more than happy to offer a complimentary round trip ride even though we still did provide the service paid forwe understand hours waiting is unacceptable but this is why we stress the shuttle service off the airports are based off availability and have no set timesthat being said we do try to limit all waits at the airport to maximum hourSent on: 6/22/4:25:PM Sent by:

The passenger was originally charged the round trip fare of $94.00 ($47.00 each way) for one person. The passenger called after the first half of her the trip was completed to add another passenger to the second half of her trip, however she was accidentally charged for adding a second passenger to...

both legs of her round trip resulting in the $98.00 charge instead of only $49.00. Therefore, the refund for the $49.00 overcharge will be issued to the passenger on the card the reservation was booked with. A round trip discount only applies at the time when the initial reservation is made; when another passenger is added to an existing reservation, the second passenger will be charged at full price, ($49.00). The passenger did not use the second half of her reservation, which was the reservation she added the second passenger to, the passenger will receive a credit with CT Limo for the trip that was canceled and not used for both herself and the second passenger in the amount of $96.00($47.00 for her half of the trip and $49.00 for the second passengers half of the trip). The credit is valid one year from the travel date and will expire on 4/06/19. The credit can be used towards any of our services.
