Keith was a real gentlemen and explained thoroughly what the issue was with my gas range. After some discussion I went with the repair which he did in a timely manner. Very friendly guy and I would recommend him and his company to others.

The technician saved us a lot of money by NOT doing the repair. He found that many parts of our appliance are no longer available and that the repair of the part that was available would be prohibitively expensive. It was not in his interest but in ours.

Keith was great. He called 15-20 minutes before he came. He came in the time window expected. He was very helpful. He repaired my dryer and I also asked him to check a burner that was out on my range and my refrigerator. The other parts were too old, so it wasn't worth the effort to repair them. I would definitely call AAA fast again.
