Great guys
Solved several problems so far. I live in an on old home so everything seems to fall apart at once , and when it did I called AAA . They were here on time and repaired my A/C quickly and only charged me $200.!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To start, there has not been any contact other than two days ago from the AAA repair business ( [redacted] )Phone calls and emails were left unansweredSecondly, they are referring to a she, they spoke to my husbandThird, as I mentioned - there was no warranty to call on as there was no issue in regards to the A-coilWe hired another company to look at the unit after we were dissatisfied with the service AAA gave us, and they confirmed that we were not given correct information about the problem of the unit The service man did not correctly diagnose the problem on the first, or the second visitI would also like to add, there was no communication about sending any paperwork for a refundThe manager did not return my husbands call and that is when I submitted an email which ultimately lead to the Revdex.com after no response Sincerely, [redacted]

In searching for this customer, I am showing no results under his name, phone number or street address for such a customer I request a proof of purchase/service to address this customer's issues properly If this is the case, and this is our customer, we would either apply what was spent on the part plus half of the service charge if a new unit was purchased from us, or take our new part off and refund the part cost We want to take care of our customers

Our owner, *** ***, spoke with *** *** last week and they have resolved this issue. *** was to write in to the Revdex.com that she was satisfied with the agreement

We sent out our insurance COUntil I hear from them on if we are at foot I can not comment about the repair after 45year in this service trade if customer don't understand we are not inThe moving service having plastic water line have been
out dated about 12yrs I'm sure they don't patch our repair that old plastic water line we have on our invoice AAA can not be held response for damage do to moving a appliance out to repair it we do a great job most customers wood understand this is not a service COFoot do to old needing to be replace water line we see old saddellvale shut off leak needing repair every day water line and shutoff need replacing befor they go bad I offered to replace they water line with cooper Lin at no charge until customer wants us to repair the hole house lites see what insurance CODecides

The Customer has had issue with this unit back from 2015, Every time we service the ac the unit needed freonOur technician *** and *** *** to set up for the estimate for the unit to be replaced but the customer never scheduled the appointmentThe documents attached states the customer is
aware the unit needs to be replaced and that the unit has leak.We can't force the customer to replace the unit*** would never to agree to refund the amount put in unit knowing that the unit for the past years had leaksWe would work with the customer to apply the amount to new unit installedThanks

this customer should have received her copy of a warranty for 6yrsshe has high water pressure in house this can have a warranty problem with having high pressure we have been installing water heaters for yrsit would be best for the
customer if she has to do later the cost is more have to pull a new petmit
