The customer called the service center on 1/24/and said his Samsung Dryer won't shut offWe scheduled an aptfor 1/27/and told the customer up front the service call fee is $Day of the service 1/27/the tech went out and found the dryer needed a control boardThe Estimate for
the repair would be $Labor. We are a certified repair company for Samsung and know the control board has a year warranty on parts onlyThe Tech that was out *** put on the ticket for customer to pick up part per customer request. After reviewing the ticket with the parts dept*** contacted the customer Mr*** to let him know the part can not be picked up per Samsung Warranty a certified repair company has to install the part to have a valid repair under warrantyThe customer was very unhappy and BelligerentAt that time *** talk to the customer regarding the situationThe customer was unhappy that he had to pay for the install of the part*** told the customer we did not make the product no did we make the warranty guidelines for the productAdvise Mr*** to contact Samsung and see if they would help him out on the issueIt would be $Labor and part would be warrantyor if he picked up part is would be $for part only. I understand if the customer is under a lot of stress for this children, but as a Samsung representative we have to abide but the rules to the warranty

AAA has given you the correct information. If you look in your manual for your washer page 15. It says that on the Rinse/spin cycle is for the use of fabric softener. Your tech. that was out at your home was telling you the correct information....

We did go out again with no charge to double check the washer was still working correctly like the first visit. I apologize but we were called out and found your machine working.

Customer called and scheduled appointment with our representative. We sent a tech out to double check the unit. Even if the customer had another co. out we always confirm the diagnoses. The tech verified the unit did have a sealed system issue and told the customer that Kenmore has a 5 year warranty...

on sealed systems. If he wants to contact the manufacture and have this repair covered under warranty. AAA WILL repair sealed systems and if the customer wants to continue with the repair we would be more then happy to get him serviced, This repair is a expense and would run anywhere from $600.00-800.00 for the customer. [redacted] was just trying to help the customer and letting him know that this type of repair would be covered under 5 year warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:
To start, there has not been any contact other than two days ago from the AAA repair business ([redacted]). Phone calls and emails were left unanswered. Secondly, they are referring to a she, they spoke to my husband. Third, as I mentioned - there was no warranty to call on as there was no issue in regards to the A-coil. We hired another company to look at the unit after we were dissatisfied with the service AAA gave us, and they confirmed that we were not given correct information about the problem of the unit.  The service man did not correctly diagnose the problem on the first, or the second visit. I would also like to add, there was no communication about sending any paperwork for a refund. The manager did not return my husbands call and that is when I submitted an email which ultimately lead to the Revdex.com after no response.

Promised a phone call on Friday and a quick resolution, yet received nothing from the business. I guess [redacted] is as efficient as the service techs. Revdex.com should rate this business D-

Customer called, we went out 5/19/2017 unit was very dirty tech cleaned and added freon to the system to get pressure correct working at the time the tech left.Tech went back out on 5/23/2017 when customer called found unit not working over the weekend a mouse had chewed the wires and also had...

shorted out the contactor and cap. and unit was leaking freon again. Tech advised the customer the a coil was still under warranty, to call the installer and it would be covered. The customer called back 2 days later and spoke with me and the HVAC manager about her concerns. We asked the she fax, mail, e-mail, or drop off a receipt from the other co. and if there was any concern on the diagnoses we would take care of the issue. The customer has not responded to any phone calls, or has not sent over receipt. After she has written her complaint to Revdex.com we have left many messages to Mrs. [redacted] at the two phone numbers we have on file with no response.
