Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/08/16) */ We have been to Mr***'s home to address his concerns with his guttersWe were under the impression the issue had been resolved until we received his complaint through Revdex.com todayI called Mr [redacted] once I received the complaint and have scheduled the service department to meet with him tomorrow afternoon

We always strive to do our best I am sorry for any issues and would like to correct them immediatly Kenny [redacted] , our production manager is willing to meet with you to make sure that your concerns are addressedFeel free to contact me, Luke Adams CFO

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because: Traci spoke with Amber on three different occasions after a crew had come by about weeks ago andwrote a list of items that needed to be correctedThe fact that we had no concerns was a lie given the crew wrote down the issues to take backto their officeThey are right when they say Kenny had not been contacted but it's because of two reasons: first, the crew that was here had alist of concerns to take to office so there was no reason to call until we hadn't heard from them after weeks of no response from the list beingignored and lastly, we had left at least three different messages with office staff (Amber being at least one) and no one returned our callsWefinally had enough of being ignored so we created this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: First of all, we never gave Kenny permission to come to our residence on that day Both of us were working and could not accommodate himMoreover, he did not do as we asked by calling us to schedule a time so that we could do a walk around together The call did end abruptly because my wife was very busy with a client at the moment that Kenny decided he wanted our undivided attentionThe last crew that was here assembled a list for Kenny to go through In fact, that crew was going to insist that they should be the ones to come back because the previous workers did a sloppy job and that they would clean it up So if Kenny doesn't listen to his workers, that isn't our issue, that is a bi-product of deficiencies in the business management's model Moreover, to have it come to this back-and-forth is ridiculous.I'm not in customer service, but my wife is and to sit here and defend mistakes that were made within the AAA firm while trying to blame the customer is ridiculous I'm sorry we chose a business that doesn't stand by the motto of the customer always being right Things would have been so much better AND would have been smooth if AAA would respond to it's customers calls....EVERY TIME and just as important: Listen to it's workers! They are on the job site and know better than some guy strolling around in a pick up truck all day telling guys what to do! I am hesitant to keep up this discussion with this company as it's as fruitless as calling them for support on their "Guarantied(?)" work If they want to make us happy they have to first, talk to the crew that work on our house last get the thoughts of what was wrong and secondly, customer service has to dramatically improve

We no longer have Ms. [redacted] on our phone list. the last time she was called by our telemarketing room was 6/13/2017. She was then put on our DNC registry. They did knock her door on 8/14/2017. Our canvassers will not knock a door that has a no solicitng sign posted. They will and can knock...

the door if it is not posted. We do not have a way of putting them on a Do not knock list. Canvasser are dropped off on the streets and then walk the road until they knock every door that does not have a sign posted.

We always strive to do our best.  I am sorry for any issues and would like to correct them immediatly.  Kenny [redacted], our production manager is willing to meet with you to make sure that your concerns are addressed. Feel free to contact me,  Luke Adams CFO

Due to the rare issue the [redacted] had with their product, the factory wanted to be sure the problem would not arise in their replacement door. The issue has been resolved and the replacement product is in production. As soon as the order is...

in, we will call Mr. [redacted] to schedule installation.
