I have been insured for the last five years, I feel secure with this company, they have experienced and professional staff. I would recommend this company.

They have really good customer service, they are very helpful I feel as if I was home every time I come in.

I have been insured with AALL since four years ago. They always help me to find the best price for my insurance and are willing to help.

The staff was great friendly and our experience was wonderful. I would recommend people to visit this location.

I feel very secure of having my insurance with this company. All staff is very warm and friendly, especially agent Griselda.

Called customer and agreed to credit the full amount ($26.84) as this was committed to the customer by one of our representatives. We do charge a $25 dollar cancellation fee (which covers the number of employees that have to touch the policy to cancel it) and the customer had insurance for a full...

day (which equaled the $1.84). We would have been perfectly justified in not crediting anything, but as mentioned before, our focus is on customer service and if this was committed by one of our employees we will live up to it.As far as I know she picked up a check that we cut for her immediately following getting this complaint. As far as we know, things should be good here.

They have a very cordial reception, so far the have exceeded the expectations I had from the company, prices are very accessible.

Review: I renewed my policy on January 18 2015 and at the time I told the rep that I wanted to add windshield repair coverage to my policy and I was looking for the most affordable option. The rep ended up renewing my policy and when I called about the coverage over a month later due to having something hit my windshield that resulted in a crack. I was told at the time that I called that I didn't have the coverage and that upon renewal it was never added. I implored customer service to escalate the matter so they would honor my coverage but nothing has been done.Desired Settlement: I asked to add the coverage and the rep chose not to add it even though asked. Now I have a damaged windshield and no coverage I feel this is unfair. I made the request to add this and if it had been done when I asked I would have been able to get my windshield fix. I want them to honor the coverage I asked for.

Review: went in to get a non owners policy the sales rep donna was extremely rude she kept making me repeat my answers three or four times so I started to spell them for here. she was purposely giving me a hard time for no reason. I purchased a police from all insurance and when I left I called to ask what is over insured under insured mean because donna didn't know. the employee explained to me that donna put the wrong name on my policy so I called to ask if they can change it and she said I need your id I said you didn't tell me to bring it back because I gave you my id number. I explained I can't come back today and she told me well then I'm canceling your policy. at that time I said fine and had no choice to drop everything I had going on and go get my money back. she asked me to sighn a request to cancel paper and I explained to her I didn't request a cancelation you got mad and said you were canceling my police so I am not signing it and I want my money back NOW!!! I called the vamburen location and 35th ave and glendale location for a manager and nobody would give me a manager and said il receive a call back in fifteen minutes its been a hour so far and no response. the rep donna knew I was going back to ad auto pay the next day and did not tell me to bring my id or this would have never been an issue. she was very rude unprofessional and canceled my insurance because she was mad and having a bad day if this is how all is gonna treat there customers LET ALONE A AUTO DEALER then I will never use this company or refer my customers there after they purchase a car from me.Desired Settlement: because donna cancelled my policy because she was mad id like for it to be reinstated at the cost of all insurance because this is there employee fault .. id also like to speak to a district manager to let them no how I was treated for no reason..

Our management team has contacted [redacted] and resolved this issue satisfactorily ([redacted] has not been charged, and our sales manager has discussed and provided training with the Agents that were involved). AALL Insurance prides itself on a huge customer focus, and the entire leadership team has been involved to identify what could have been improved on, and taken the necessary steps to train and educate our Agents. It appears that on this one we followed the rules, but did not do a good job of explaining those rules to [redacted], as well as the reason for them. We have apologized to [redacted] for this sub par experience, but would love to work with him again to show him what AALL is really about.We handle thousands of transactions a day, and a few do not meet our expectations, we appreciate [redacted] taking the time to help us identify and coach so we can continue moving towards our ultimate goal of providing the best customer service in Arizona.

Review: I paid my insurance up for 6 months. Not even 24 hours later I went into the office and cancelled the policy. I spoke with several people at the office and one in particular told me to bring my declaration page into the office so that they would refund my the complete amount of my policy; $339.00. I was in contact with the company several time to find out when my refund would be sent and was told that I would get a check for the amount of $314 and $25. I finally received my check and it was $312.16. After calling numerous times after being told they would call me back, I was told that I would not be getting my full amount returned to me. I would call and several representatives told me that I was getting my full amount back. I would for the company to return my full amount paid where they would owe me $26.84.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the full amount of $26.84 refunded back to me. I followed the direction of sending in my declaration page and waiting patiently for my money.
