AAMCO Automatic Transmissions

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: because when I brought my vehicle in to have transmission worked on again . There was no other issue with my vehicle. In my first phone call with Dave after dropping it off he told me what was wrong with transmission and didn't state anything else . My vehicle only issue prior to being brought into Aamco the second time was transmission issues. When I received it back it had plenty of issues that Dave and his clueless mechanics caused in retaliation because of me complaining about them having it to long and not the amount of time told. Sincerely,[redacted]

Just to inform you, [redacted] was never told by Dave that there would be an outstanding balance for the steering column if the complaint was not removed.
Also my main complaint was Dave lied time after time about when  my vehicle would be done. First it was a week, then he needed 3 more days to complete the job, then on after that additional 3 days I received the new quote, and from there it took another 2 weeks.
And when he found out my car was broken into he didn't call me about it, he left me a message saying they wold be starting the install of my transmission, I called at 5pm the same day and he said " oh and your suburban was broken into last night, you need to call your insurance, steering column his destroyed" this at 4:55 pm. Can you now understand my outrage with him/your business?
Now my transmission is acting up, it never got the 10 check because it was in the body shop then this back and forth started.
It needs to be fixed properly, and it is the only vehicle I have because the transmission in my volvo went. Something about rear hydrolics.

We have contacted Ms. [redacted] and she expressed her concerns.  We have agreed to get her car repaired promptly. We appreciate her business and want to make sure she it taken care of. Thank you for your time.
