Paid $503.25 total for diagnostic and repair work at aamco transmission *** Eglin Pkwy NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL XXXXX


Brought car in on June 29th - 2018 was charged 119.70 for diagnostic where two different estimates were presented and both were wrong in solving problem yet since they initially charge customer fee for wrong diagnosis` customer is now at the mercy or stuck in to having these people attempt to fix issues with no resolution or communication only ah I wonder if I will get my car back today? maybe tomorrow?? nah maybe next week? no maybe next month?!?!!?

returned on July 2nd-2018 dropped off car they had my vehicle all week picked up on july 9th paid another 383.55 returned next day with same Issues/problems car is still in there custody now July 16th and still aamco has not been working on my vehicle been by there shop several days, made phone calls cause they dont inform you of` eta` for completion and seen vehicle just sitting in same spot and even went in side and spoke with manager and got story of how other person was or had a flight to catch....excuse/reason NEVERTHELESS does aamco have ase` certified mechanics? also
leaves positive reviews on here / google reviews and guess what people hes the Manager of aamco! now that is not the

To whom it may concern,
The issue related to this customer was resolved. He was given a full refund for both the diagnostic that was wrong as well as the ineffective repair. I ( The Manager, Eddie ) personally worked on his vehicle from this point, diagnosed it myself and performed the correct repair. I called Mr. the following day upon completion of his vehicle and personally picked him up and gave him a ride to the shop so he can pick up his now repaired vehicle. Because of the misunderstanding again, there was no charge for the repair and the customer was given a full refund on both the diagnostic as well as the initial ineffective repair. Lastly, I am a "Jr." , meaning my father and I share the same name. He used our services in March and was the one who left the review, not myself. I showed the customer my fathers facebook page personally to prove that our names were exactly the same, that it was not I and was willing to allow him to speak to my father personally to corroborate my statement. Evidently seeing my fathers page was enough proof and he declined to speak to him. We pride ourselves with customer service and will resolve any issues with customers permitting we're given the opportunity.
