Kaplan in the U.Sdoes not have the authority to refund what was paid to our London entityBased on the student's usage of the program purchased, an appropriate refund was paid and an additional refund will not be issued

How is a student to determine if the course is what they paid for after only days of enrolling, especially when the course didn't start for months after enrollment? I was told by a representative that I WAS eligible for a refund well beyond their stated "policy." They deny this conversation with their customer service representative- I have asked them to pull the phone call and validate, and they have yet to do so. The course was NOT over when I mentioned my complaint about my professor- my complaint about the instructors was mentioned before the course ended. Kaplan has still not addressed the fact that their instructors recommended that students not attend certain courses- courses that we have already paid for. Conclusion: Kaplan instructors are belittling and create an ineffective learning environmentThey have recommended that we skip courses that we have paid forKaplan hides behind their fine print and terms and conditions on their website- what their customer service employees say does not matterI have gained NOTHING from my experience with KaplanI will be contacting the Senior VP of Student Experience as well as the Director of Billing and Revenue at Kaplan.

We have spoken with this student and have dropped their enrollmentAs explained to the student per their enrollment agreement, the $payment was non-refundable

The student was made aware of Kaplan's refund policy several times throughout her enrollment and does not meet the requirements for a refundAccording to our refund policy, the student would have received a full refund if she cancelled within three days of her enrollment, and a
partial refund if the request is made within a set time frame (within days of enrollment).According to our records, the student attended the class sessions and we have no records of complaints about the instructor until after the class has ended. The student has been offered a free repeat of her course under the Higher Score Guarantee and an exception has been made allowing her up to years from the current date to enrollWe will not be issuing a refund to this student
