I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe shuttle is at the Head Coaches discretionThe above issue was never clarified initially, that is why I insisted [redacted] to be transportedYou are only advising me of the above after I launched a complaint with Revdex.comFurther I wish to direct you to the offer letter you gave me and the embassy letter which clearly indicates that you will provide accommodation, transport and mealsHad you explained from your paperwork or emails before we paid we could have known that they are extra expenses for taxisMs Wsaid you had shuttles and are scheduled weekly so it comes as a surprise to me when you and Hazel have two different opinionsThis information is verified in the previous emails I attachedThe invitational tournament was rescheduled by the Invitational Tournament Director, not usWe played in that tournament this past weekendIf we don’t play games on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday are off unless otherwise scheduledI’ve attached the email regarding the games that you cancelledgames for November were cancelled due to reasons that you never extended to meYou cancelled more than one game and only rescheduled the invitational which was played on the 8th and 11th December not the 9th sirI’ve attached Hazel’s communication to my son about all the cancelled gamesAre you not acknowledging that AAUNET cancelled games in November? The Head Coach lives in the same apartment block as the playersAs previously addressed, if [redacted] broke his bed, there was a futon available for him to use in the living roomThis situation has been rectified Our Athletic Director has rectified this situation weeks agoThe bed broke when AAUNET had no coaches at the apartments and there was no one to assist [redacted] in directing him to where the additional bed/ futon wasHe’s a foreign student and he was abiding by the rules that you made them signIt was his first night and he didn’t know about a futon in the living roomMy main concern is that you don’t have what you promisedEven if it was rectified my son slept on the floor for days and there were no coaches on campusJust so Mr Bevin understands I’m stating my facts of dissatisfactionOnce again had Mr Bevin as the owner of the academy and Ms Hazel been there you could have directed him to the futonHe saw a sofa not a sofa bedThe fact that the situation has been rectified does not mean it never took placeWe have 2x passenger vans, transportation is provided to and from practiceIt is not a public gym it is a privately own gymI am referring to all videosWe have already played over games Please provide information on the dates the games were played location and time and the teams that AAUNET was playing againstAccording to my records my son played only games and missed one game because he hurt his ankle which ankle has never been attendedYour facility could not even ice his leg as there was no iceI sent you an email asking for the full videos so I could edit them myselfYou didn’t respond to the correspondence I sentI explained that I’m also working with NCSA so I need the video footage asap As a former professional athlete, I stand by our mealsI am aware of what is being purchased and cookedWe do not provide a weekly menuFor you to stand by a meal that you see on an email, a meal that you cannot taste or even verify its freshness is very confusingYou have not personally tasted the food that your chef is preparing so how can you stand by them and not be bothered when players complain about the quality of the mealYou have never been physically at the academy since the program started so you can verify any complaintIf you are so confident with your meals why can you not provide a menu so that we as parents can satisfy ourselves with your offering? Her son [redacted] has since missed more weight training sessions, skipped basketball practice and skipped a gameAn email is sent to parents every time their son misses a game, practice or weight lifting session (classes when they start)May you please provide the many training that my son missed? Please sir As I explained in my previous letter he missed training on the 15th November because it was stretching and his roommate had said there was no training that dayI’ve attached our conversation about the trainingMr Bevin didn’t even answer what I asked himThe second time on the 5th December the coach apologised to him because he didn’t come to his apartment as agreed with all the players that he’ll knock at their doors when it’s time to leave He didn’t play the game which was last weekend because he hurt his ankle during practiceThere was no ice to help him and it swelledHis health comes firstAs an academy you said you provide first aid which was not thereI even sent an email to Ms Wto ask her to give me contacts for the Doctor that you use so I can pay directly for an X-rayShe didn’t respondThe bottom line we are not treated well and you are not deliveringI explained to Ms Wthat my son is being prepared for the Junior Olympics and your training is below standardsThe academy can’t even provide the Universities that they work with yet Mr Bevin emailed and said they’ll get college placement and scholarship for my sonAt this rate I don’t want to be stuck in place where my son is going to end up with no college offer and no scholarshipHow do you place your athletes? Do you have profiles or somewhere where the athletes can be seen by coaches? The college courses are optional and they are additional meaning they are not includedThe deadline for registration for the classes was Dec 5th as well as the payment deadlineAn email was sent out to every player please see attached documentationAt no time did [redacted] express interest in her son taking college credits so it is not even included in her paperworkI've attached a player's paperwork who is at the academy now, and showed interest in taking the college courses which are optional and that is why his paperwork includes the college courses informationI did not pay for the college classes as they are inclusive in the package you gave usKindly refer to the offer letter you gave us under tuition last itemWhen I received an email that said we should pay for college classes, it made no sense to me to respond as I was already covered by the tuition that I initially paid you [redacted] ***)We have 12x official college basketballs which are fully inflatedWe have 2x passenger vans that the coaches use to transport the players to and from weight training, practice, restaurant and gamesWhy did the academy make the athletes to walk such a long distance from training to the sleeping facility if you have x seater passenger vans? Is Mr Bevan denying that there was never an incident where players actually had to walk from the training facility to the apartments? Mr Bevin should provide an address for the training grounds so we can calculate the distance I would like to know why there was no transport as they committed to providing transport on the offer letterThe private facility mentioned is a public gymThey share facilities with other teamsThe academy could have mentioned that the facility that they are using are in different places because from what they said it was like they have a place like Img or spire where they have everything in one placeAthletes don’t have access to the gym during their spare time because it’s farI have mentioned that my son is preparing for the upcoming Junior Olympics in ArgentinaBy me advising you of this I also mentioned his need to have continuous training even on his ownYou never advised me that your facilities were so far apartRegards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am writing to you again as now things are worse then beforeWhen I filed my complaint before, a month or two ago I was aiming to get a refund for me to be able to transfer to a different academy for my purpose of playing basketball and studyingI still have not received my mother's refund and they fail to give me a valid reason to why they will not give my money back besides the fact that they say ' non-refundable as found in our t's and c's, which is terms and conditions' hidden in my opinion for us not to notice therefore know about this prior to making movesI only noticed this when I was asking him and asking him about this, then he say's it's under our t's and c's and I asked why he didn't just label it terms and conditions clearly so we as consumers can see this with ease instead of it being hidden like that, you understand? Yes I had my people come to Endicott to check it outBut what he didn't tell you ( which is never does, only tells you the half of the story, only the part that makes him look like the good guy and innocent one ) was that he was over an hour late to meet themHe's an owner of an academy like this and is over an hour late, when he took them to the classroom to showcase the facility where 'we would be learning' he embarrassed himself by not even being able to open the door as he did not have the key and when my people fronted him he had multiple excuses for it ( as he always does )When he showed them to our facilities like our gym and court, my family were suspect of him and asked him ' don't the kids have their own facility ' because he took them to our home arena and tried to play it off as that was our ' HOME COURT ' and the home court was [redacted] Arena, an arena that is privately not available to us, only rented for occasionsAnd we ONLY PLAYED ONCE THERE, where the court wasn't even done properly, a cause for health concerns and injuries asThey had the court set but the concrete was still there ( from the previous use, hockey I believe so ) so you had to really be careful when running and sprinting there so you don't hurt yourselfMAJOR CONCERN !! He was reportedly suspect throughout the whole meeting with my people and they felt like he was not being entirely honest with themBut on their website it looked promising !! Another scam I fell for as not everything on the web is trueIt said on their website ' EAT LIKE A PRO', nothing more then liesFirst week I was there we had soup, sandwich and chicken that had hair in it and other funky stuffNothing a pro would be eatingThey said they had functional t.v's to use at our disposal, we couldn't even use itNot to mention when I got there I was not greeted by the coach that was on their website, who was Coach YInstead our was greeted by Coach Eand HTheir website was not updated, so I was really concerned as this could be dangerous as I do not know them, I could be with strangers, but after them talking to me letting me know they were who they said we were I was confident and comfortable as that was A MAJOR CALL FOR CONCERNFirst weeks I did not have wifi, I had to use my neighbors wifi, something THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OFF AS MY MOM PAID FOR IT !!! Did not get cable a month later, but we only got news channel, something they call CABLE, not worth the money we paid and when I asked to get a refund for that politely they said If I got the refund back for the cable the wifi too would be taken When we went on a tournament to Pennsylvania we slept on the floor and I will attach photos once I get a hold of those photosWhen we asked them about that, we had no comment concerning the PROBLEMThen our coaches quit due to them and how they handled issuesWhen parents called and complained and questioned their ethics they diverted THEIR PROBLEMS TO MY COACH and telling them to deal with it with my ASSISTANT coach who was overwhelmed by farFor a week we were not supervised !! That is against their contract, we were left at the apartments by ourselves, please question them on this and the legal logistics concerning this and their contracts tooWhen we asked Bevin about this all he would say is ' we have coaches coming in next ' pathetic excuses as alwaysWhen I privately told him via e-mails that I wanted a refund as I really feared my future was in danger and I would not even reach or start my potential he said ' sorry we do not offer refunds' but on their t's and c's it said they would offer refunds based on an individual's caseI told him a valid reason, MY FUTURE WAS ON THE LINE and no sympathy towards mea growing kid trying to make a future for himselfI was left worried and confused with that, the way he handled my request was unprofessional and profoundWhen I wrote my first Revdex.com complain he said ' I have someone checking all the air in the ball right now for you' as I was shocked and worried for my well being as I took that as an immediate threatHe blacked mail me in a sense telling my coach that he would suspense me if I didn't take down my previous Revdex.com complain and he would ' have a short term memory ' if I took it down, meaning he wold forget the suspension if I forgot the Revdex.com complainThe admissions threaten to turn off the wifi if we didn't go to weight training cause we felt like we were doing nothing beneficial for us at the gym Black mail is it not? Another major concern was US NOT HAVING A PHYSICAL DONE in order for them to determine we are physical capable and healthy of participating in basketball for the next monthsThat's something a legit prep school or college where you would play ball would requireAlso when they hired my previous coaches ( had quit ) they did not ask for a criminal background or any process a job would need in order to be eligible for the job !!! They just hired anybody and anyone who would respond to their flyersWhen I asked for documentation about this prep school being legit I got no reply, even my Dad asked and nothingWhen we played a team in Jersey the coach from that team told us that this school has been suspect for years and apparently no one from last year's class got a scholarship and didn't even start their courses and school !!!! MAJOR CALL FOR CONCERN !!!! I want a refund please, a full refund or 60% worth of refund as I am no longer there due to these problemsPLEASE HELP MEMy future is on the line Regards, [redacted]

At this time I have not received any emails from [redacted] Our kitchen is ran by an experienced Chef and is at a high standard [redacted] has not been attanding meals since the 1st week of the academy by choiceThe meal plan is manadatory to attend New York International Academy*** [redacted] paid for the meal plan up front before he came to the Academy and was aware it was requiredThe only thing labeled optional on his paperwork are the college creditsEverything that is listed on the website is being provided

We serve 2x meals per day Monday through Friday which are cooked fresh by our ChefWe will attach a few images of these meals that we take pictures of dailyWe are in touch with ***'s Dad, [redacted] , he is happy with the meals and has just paid his 4th meal paymentWe serve meals per day that meet nutritional requirements for athletes, we do not serve unlimited food nor claim toOur first meal is after weight-training and our second meal is after afternoon practice, this is when the body will absorb the maximum nutrients for athletic performanceI set the food schedule, and as a former professional athlete, I stand by the meal timesWe only offer meals; players and families were aware of this before coming, that they would have to provide their own third mealIt is also clearly listed on the paperwork - meals per day Monday through FridayAll plates and silverware are washed daily and our Chef is very experienced [redacted] also opts to not attend a lot of the mealsHe did not go to the first meal this morning because he did not get up to go to weight trainingOur Chef wears an official hat provided by the Company when he cooksOur Head Coach and Assistant Coach currently live in the same apartment block as the playersNo practice was missed our Athletic Director ran practice for daysThe apartments are located in [redacted] NY vans are used to transport players to practice, weights, restaurant and gamesThe bus line is located a short walk from the apartments for any social activities that the players would like to attend on their ownOne tournament was rescheduled to the 9th & 11th of DecNo games have ever been cancelledWe played games in the last weeksI have been in contact with [redacted] via email and have addressed all these issues with himHe also has me on [redacted] But, the Coaches, the Athletic Director, the Chef, the Strength Coach and other support staff we have deal with the players, I run the businessOur Admissions person is in daily contact with ***'s Father due to the issues we are having with [redacted] at the Academy with his behavior and attendanceI answer everyone's emailWe stay at recommended hotels by the tournament DirectorsThe focus while on the road is meant to be basketballWe do not provide meals on the roadAll players were informed of this before attending the academyWe provide meals Monday through Friday onlyIf we have a single away game we do adjust the meal time so players can eat 2x before the gameIf we are on the road and have to stay at a hotel, they have to provide their own foodThis was made clear to all players and parents before they attended the academywe have 2x passenger vans, the Coaches are both insured on our vansI find it hard to believe that the weather in [redacted] NY is harsher than the weather in [redacted] as I have played for a professional team in [redacted] and have lived there beforeI have played in [redacted] , our facilities are on the same level as pro-facilities in [redacted] and, no team in [redacted] plays in a 7,seat arenaWe have 12x official regulation size basketballs that are newI set the practice schedule and as a former professional athlete and college basketball player, I stand by my scheduleIf [redacted] wants more training, he should get up and go to weight-training in the morningsHe has missed several times in the last weeksI schedule all practices which are consistent and organizedAll players receive a weekly schedule sent to them by our Admissions DeptThe players are 18+ years old, they should be freshmen at college, we also have coaches living at the apartments

2018. When this customer called to see if our company did fireplace service he told us he had a fireplace that needs service and asked the cost of a service call so I told him it is $ for a fireplace service call. When my husband came to his home to do the service he fixed the fireplace then the customer asked him to look at an additional fireplace. We serviced the second fireplace at no charge to him since we were there as a courtesy. Apparently, there were additional issues with the second fireplace that we serviced which required a return trip. The customer is located in Middleburg which is not in our usually service area and quite a distance from our location so we feel that he should find a local repair person because that fireplace has issues that could require more than one additional trip ie, if we have to order parts for it and make another trip to repair the cost would be prohibitive for him due to the travel distance for each trip. The customer asked that we refund him the cost of the service call of $ which is the cost he paid for the fireplace service but we did fix one of the fireplaces and a service call for one fireplace is $ so we don’t feel we should give him a refund. Complaint alleges agreement includes Wi Fi and Cable which were not available for the first 2 and weeks, respectively. That's not true. [redacted] was enrolled in off-season training for August and September and then was enrolled for our New York International Academy program from October 1st until March 31st 2018. We have 2 qualified coaches that are doing great. Players are given a weekly schedule detailing basketball practice and...

weight-training times (let it be noted that [redacted] had not been practicing or going to practice to support the team for over a month, he was claiming to have a foot injury that he sustained at [redacted] Academy which he attended before coming to our program). Our Athletic Trainer checked [redacted] out and recommended he see a Doctor. [redacted] never opted to see a Doctor. We provide transportation to-and-from meals, practice, weight-training and games etc. We do not have any agreement to provide transportation outside of meals, practice, weight-training, games and classes. The coaches do take players to [redacted] etc. on occasion, at their discretion. if players are behaving, playing well etc. Our Chef provides 2x meals per day Monday through Friday as agreed. Our main practice court and our alternate practice court are both full size regulation courts with sprung wooden floors and are very high-level. Our players train in a private weight-room with a highly qualified strength coach. We have our own classroom and video-room both with high speed wifi along with a Basketball Coaches Office and an Athletic Director Office. We play our home games at Floyd L. Maines Memorial Arena in Broome County. We just had our first 2 homes game Dec 4th. We have 12 NCAA game balls that are fully inflated. We had this checked after [redacted]'s friend [redacted] made her complaint on the Revdex.com. At this time as we have told [redacted] and her friend [redacted], we are currently having the video processed and broken down and we expect the first half of the season to be done by the end of Christmas break. We do have the video of all the games it just takes time, it is a lengthy process and we do have several players in attendance at the academy. We are not going to practice twice and lift weights the day before we have 2 games. This will increase players chance of sustaining an injury as well as lowering their performance in front of college coaches. To perform at a high level, players need the appropriate amount of recovery. Recovery time is just as important when it comes to athletic gains as training hard. All players are staying in 2 bedroom apartments not hostels. The coaches live in the same apartment block as the players. At New York International Academy program players are 18+. Practice uniforms are washed daily by the coaches.

We serve 2x meals per day Monday through Friday which are cooked fresh by our Chef. We will attach a few images of these meals that we take pictures of daily. Our first meal is after weight-training and our second meal is after afternoon practice, this is when the body will absorb the maximum nutrients for athletic performance. I set the food schedule, and as a former professional athlete, I stand by the meal times. We only offer 2 meals; players and families were aware of this before coming, that they would have to provide their own third meal. It is also clearly listed on the paperwork - 2 meals per day Monday through Friday. All plates and silverware are washed daily and our Chef is very experienced. [redacted] also opts to not attend a lot of the meals. He did not go to the first meal this morning because he did not get up to go to weight training. Our Chef wears an official hat provided by the Company when he cooks. Our Head Coach and Assistant Coach currently live in the same apartment block as the players. No practice was missed our Athletic Director ran practice for 3 days. The apartments are located in [redacted] NY vans are used to transport players to practice, weights, restaurant and games. The bus line is located a short walk from the apartments for any social activities that the players would like to attend on their own. One tournament was rescheduled to the 9th & 11th of Dec. No games have ever been cancelled. We played 2 games in the last 2 weeks. I have been in contact with [redacted] via email and have addressed all these issues with him. He also has me on [redacted]. But, the Coaches, the Athletic Director, the Chef, the Strength Coach and other support staff we have deal with the players, I run the business. Our Admissions person is in daily contact with [redacted]'s Father due to the issues we are having with [redacted] at the Academy with his behavior and attendance. I answer everyone's email. We stay at recommended hotels by the tournament Directors. The focus while on the road is meant to be basketball. We do not provide meals on the road. All players were informed of this before attending the academy. We provide meals Monday through Friday only. If we have a single away game we do adjust the meal time so players can eat 2x before the game. If we are on the road and have to stay at a hotel, they have to provide their own food. This was made clear to all players and parents before they attended the academy. we have 2x 15 passenger vans, the Coaches are both insured on our vans. I find it hard to believe that the weather in [redacted] NY is harsher than the weather in [redacted] as I have played for a professional team in [redacted] and have lived there before. I have played in [redacted], our facilities are on the same level as pro-facilities in [redacted] and, no team in [redacted] plays in a 7,000 seat arena. We have 12x official regulation size basketballs that are new. I set the practice schedule and as a former professional athlete and college basketball player, I stand by my schedule. If [redacted] wants more training, he should get up and go to weight-training in the mornings. He has missed several times in the last 3 weeks. I schedule all practices which are consistent and organized. All players receive a weekly schedule sent to them by our Admissions Dept. The players are 18+ years old, they should be freshmen at college, we also have 2 coaches living at the apartments.

After our first basketball tournament [redacted] decide to attend a competing academy after him and his family spoke with the Coach at that event. They are simply trying to force a refund to transfer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. How would I fake the flies in the picture? I can’t catch flies and put the im the drink or in the food? And also, about the kitchen wear, I have attached more photos from the resturant from a couple of spoons that are dirty. And I don’t think Bevin has any credibillity simply because of the fact that he is not here to witness any of this. You can ask any player on the team and they will confrim and agree to what I have stated. I have attached photos from our [redacted] conversation and why literally everyone wanted to get off the meal plan that we are forced to pay for. One of the reasons as you can see in te photos that was brought up often is that the kitchen wear is unsanitary. (The conversation was from October 25th). The reason I eat at the resturant is because we are forced to pay so much money for it that I simply cannot afford to let the money go to waste. Not that I neccesaraly like the food. But I don’t have the money to go out and spend more money on food when we are already paying 500$ a month for food 5x a week. Another reason I don’t complain to the chef is because he cannot do anything about it. I like to be polite to people. He takes his orders from the owners and there is nothing he can do about it. It’s not going to help when I complain to him. We have told him many times that there are flies in the resturant, but he doesn’t do anything about. We have told him that the kitchen wear is unsanitary but he keeps sticking to his routine. I think Bevin lost all his credibillity, because he hasn’t showed his face, and he is hiding behind is computer answereing only the complaints he wants. There is a reason we have went thru 4 coaches. We have had 4 coaches signed up for this, grown adults, who have quit because they have seen what is going on here. 4 coaches is 2+ months. I would also like to state the fact that Bevin did not reply to my statement about me getting suspended from my last complaint. Why does he shy away from that? Seems suspicious. The shuttle is at the Head Coaches discretion. The above issue was never clarified initially, that is why I insisted [redacted] to be transported. You are only advising me of the above after I launched a complaint with Revdex.com. Further I wish to direct you to the offer letter you gave me and the embassy letter which clearly indicates that you will provide accommodation, transport and meals. Had you explained from your paperwork or emails before we paid we could have known that they are extra expenses for taxis. Ms W. said you had shuttles and are scheduled weekly so it comes as a surprise to me when you and Hazel have two different opinions. This information is verified in the previous emails I attached. The invitational tournament was rescheduled by the Invitational Tournament Director, not us. We played in that tournament this past weekend. If we don’t play games on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday are off unless otherwise scheduled. I’ve attached the email regarding the games that you cancelled. 4 games for November were cancelled due to reasons that you never extended to me. You cancelled more than one game and only rescheduled the invitational which was played on the 8th and 11th December not the 9th sir. I’ve attached Hazel’s communication to my son about all the cancelled games. Are you not acknowledging that AAUNET cancelled 4 games in November? The Head Coach lives in the same apartment block as the players. As previously addressed, if [redacted] broke his bed, there was a futon available for him to use in the living room. This situation has been rectified.  Our Athletic Director has rectified this situation weeks ago. The bed broke when AAUNET had no coaches at the apartments and there was no one to assist [redacted] in directing him to where the additional bed/ futon was. He’s a foreign student and he was abiding by the rules that you made them sign. It was his first night and he didn’t know about a futon in the living room. My main concern is that you don’t have what you promised. Even if it was rectified my son slept on the floor for 2 days and there were no coaches on campus. Just so Mr Bevin understands I’m stating my facts of dissatisfaction. Once again had Mr Bevin as the owner of the academy and Ms Hazel been there you could have directed him to the futon. He saw a sofa not a sofa bed. The fact that the situation has been rectified does not mean it never took place. We have 2x 15 passenger vans, transportation is provided to and from practice. It is not a public gym it is a privately own gym. I am referring to all videos. We have already played over 20 games.  Please provide information on the dates the 20 games were played location and time and the teams that AAUNET was playing against. According to my records my son played only 4 games and missed one game because he hurt his ankle which ankle has never been attended. Your facility could not even ice his leg as there was no ice. I sent you an email asking for the full videos so I could edit them myself. You didn’t respond to the correspondence I sent. I explained that I’m also working with NCSA so I need the video footage asap.  As a former professional athlete, I stand by our meals. I am aware of what is being purchased and cooked. We do not provide a weekly menu. For you to stand by a meal that you see on an email, a meal that you cannot taste or even verify its freshness is very confusing. You have not personally tasted the food that your chef is preparing so how can you stand by them and not be bothered when players complain about the quality of the meal. You have never been physically at the academy since the program started so you can verify any complaint. If you are so confident with your meals why can you not provide a menu so that we as parents can satisfy ourselves with your offering? Her son [redacted] has since missed more weight training sessions, skipped basketball practice and skipped a game. An email is sent to parents every time their son misses a game, practice or weight lifting session (classes when they start). May you please provide the many training that my son missed? Please sir.  As I explained in my previous letter he missed training on the 15th November because it was stretching and his roommate had said there was no training that day. I’ve attached our conversation about the training. Mr Bevin didn’t even answer what I asked him. The second time on the 5th December the coach apologised to him because he didn’t come to his apartment as agreed with all the players that he’ll knock at their doors when it’s time to leave.  He didn’t play the game which was last weekend because he hurt his ankle during practice. There was no ice to help him and it swelled. His health comes first. As an academy you said you provide first aid which was not there. I even sent an email to Ms W. to ask her to give me contacts for the Doctor that you use so I can pay directly for an X-ray. She didn’t respond. The bottom line we are not treated well and you are not delivering. I explained to Ms W. that my son is being prepared for the Junior Olympics and your training is below standards. The academy can’t even provide the Universities that they work with yet Mr Bevin emailed and said they’ll get college placement and scholarship for my son. At this rate I don’t want to be stuck in place where my son is going to end up with no college offer and no scholarship. How do you place your athletes? Do you have profiles or somewhere where the athletes can be seen by coaches? The college courses are optional and they are additional meaning they are not included. The deadline for registration for the classes was Dec 5th 2017 as well as the payment deadline. An email was sent out to every player please see attached documentation. At no time did [redacted] express interest in her son taking college credits so it is not even included in her paperwork. I've attached a player's paperwork who is at the academy now, and showed interest in taking the college courses which are optional and that is why his paperwork includes the college courses information. I did not pay for the college classes as they are inclusive in the package you gave us. Kindly refer to the offer letter you gave us under tuition last item. When I received an email that said we should pay for college classes, it made no sense to me to respond as I was already covered by the tuition that I initially paid you. [redacted]). Why did the academy make the athletes to walk such a long distance from training to the sleeping facility if you have 2 x 15 seater passenger vans? Is Mr Bevan denying that there was never an incident where players actually had to walk from the training facility to the apartments? Mr Bevin should provide an address for the training grounds so we can calculate the distance I would like to know why there was no transport as they committed to providing transport on the offer letter. The private facility mentioned is a public gym. They share facilities with other teams. The academy could have mentioned that the facility that they are using are in different places because from what they said it was like they have a place like Img or spire where they have everything in one place. Athletes don’t have access to the gym during their spare time because it’s far. I have mentioned that my son is preparing for the upcoming Junior Olympics in Argentina. By me advising you of this I also mentioned his need to have continuous training even on his own. You never advised me that your facilities were so far apart. Regards,
