I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am writing to you again as now things are worse then before. When I filed my complaint before, a month or two ago I was aiming to get a refund for me to be able to transfer to a different academy for my purpose of playing basketball and studying. I still have not received my mother's refund and they fail to give me a valid reason to why they will not give my money back besides the fact that they say ' non-refundable as found in our t's and c's, which is terms and conditions' hidden in my opinion for us not to notice therefore know about this prior to making moves. I only noticed this when I was asking him and asking him about this, then he say's it's under our t's and c's and I asked why he didn't just label it terms and conditions clearly so we as consumers can see this with ease instead of it being hidden like that, you understand? Yes I had my people come to Endicott to check it out. But what he didn't tell you ( which is never does, only tells you the half of the story, only the part that makes him look like the good guy and innocent one ) was that he was over an hour late to meet them... He's an owner of an academy like this and is over an hour late, when he took them to the classroom to showcase the facility where 'we would be learning' he embarrassed himself by not even being able to open the door as he did not have the key and when my people fronted him he had multiple excuses for it ( as he always does ). When he showed them to our facilities like our gym and court, my family were suspect of him and asked him ' don't the kids have their own facility ' because he took them to our home arena and tried to play it off as that was our ' HOME COURT ' and the home court was [redacted] Arena, an arena that is privately not available to us, only rented for occasions. And we ONLY PLAYED ONCE THERE, where the court wasn't even done properly, a cause for health concerns and injuries as. They had the court set but the concrete was still there ( from the previous use, hockey I believe so ) so you had to really be careful when running and sprinting there so you don't hurt yourself. MAJOR CONCERN !! He was reportedly suspect throughout the whole meeting with my people and they felt like he was not being entirely honest with them. But on their website it looked promising !! Another scam I fell for as not everything on the web is true. It said on their website ' EAT LIKE A PRO', nothing more then lies. First week I was there we had soup, sandwich and chicken that had hair in it and other funky stuff. Nothing a pro would be eating. They said they had functional t.v's to use at our disposal, we couldn't even use it. Not to mention when I got there I was not greeted by the coach that was on their website, who was Coach Y. Instead our was greeted by Coach E. and H. Their website was not updated, so I was really concerned as this could be dangerous as I do not know them, I could be with strangers, but after them talking to me letting me know they were who they said we were I was confident and comfortable as that was A MAJOR CALL FOR CONCERN. First 2 weeks I did not have wifi, I had to use my neighbors wifi, something THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OFF AS MY MOM PAID FOR IT !!! Did not get cable a month later, but we only got news channel, something they call CABLE, not worth the money we paid and when I asked to get a refund for that politely they said If I got the refund back for the cable the wifi too would be taken ... When we went on a tournament to Pennsylvania we slept on the floor and I will attach photos once I get a hold of those photos. When we asked them about that, we had no comment concerning the PROBLEM. Then our 2 coaches quit due to them and how they handled issues. When parents called and complained and questioned their ethics they diverted THEIR PROBLEMS TO MY COACH and telling them to deal with it with my ASSISTANT coach who was overwhelmed by far. For a week we were not supervised !! That is against their contract, we were left at the apartments by ourselves, please question them on this and the legal logistics concerning this and their contracts too. When we asked Bevin about this all he would say is ' we have coaches coming in next ' pathetic excuses as always. When I privately told him via e-mails that I wanted a refund as I really feared my future was in danger and I would not even reach or start my potential he said ' sorry we do not offer refunds' but on their t's and c's it said they would offer refunds based on an individual's case. I told him a valid reason, MY FUTURE WAS ON THE LINE and no sympathy towards me.. a growing kid trying to make a future for himself. I was left worried and confused with that, the way he handled my request was unprofessional and profound. When I wrote my first Revdex.com complain he said ' I have someone checking all the air in the ball right now for you' as I was shocked and worried for my well being as I took that as an immediate threat. He blacked mail me in a sense telling my coach that he would suspense me if I didn't take down my previous Revdex.com complain and he would ' have a short term memory ' if I took it down, meaning he wold forget the suspension if I forgot the Revdex.com complain. The admissions threaten to turn off the wifi if we didn't go to weight training cause we felt like we were doing nothing beneficial for us at the gym ... Black mail is it not? Another major concern was US NOT HAVING A PHYSICAL DONE in order for them to determine we are physical capable and healthy of participating in basketball for the next 6 months... That's something a legit prep school or college where you would play ball would require. Also when they hired my previous coaches ( 3 had quit ) they did not ask for a criminal background or any process a normal job would need in order to be eligible for the job !!! They just hired anybody and anyone who would respond to their flyers. When I asked for documentation about this prep school being legit I got no reply, even my Dad asked and nothing. When we played a team in Jersey the coach from that team told us that this school has been suspect for years and apparently no one from last year's class got a scholarship and didn't even start their courses and school !!!! MAJOR CALL FOR CONCERN !!!! I want a refund please, a full refund or 60% worth of refund as I am no longer there due to these problems. PLEASE HELP ME. My future is on the line.

Told that the team would be traveling to away games via registered coach bus. There was no agreement that a professional coach bus would be taking them to games. Please provide proof of this? Our paperwork states transportation to games not the method.  Ended up being transported in an over filled minivan 12-14 players per trip with NO SEAT BELTS. We use 15 passenger vans for transportation. 12-14 players plus 2 coaches and a team manager would not fit in a mini-van that is ridiculous. Coach bus was used when all 3 teams were playing together. 15 passenger van was used for single games. Picture #1 provided (See attached): [redacted] on the coach bus with all other New York International Academy players at the time. Van was involved in an interstate collision. [redacted] was never involved in any accident during his time at New York International Academy. We would challenge them to provide any evidence that [redacted] was.  [redacted] only travelled once on a coach bus during his time spent in Endicott.  The rest of the travelling was completed in a minivan. Attached is a picture of the van that was involved in the accident.  The side door also opened on the freeway one time.  Players did not wear seat belts when travelling.  Correct nothing in writing about transportation but it was verbalized on our tour prior to accepting placement.   Correct [redacted] was not in an accident he was taken out of the program due to risk prior to the accident happening.  Picture #2 provided (See attached): Proof that our reputation is being damaged as far as [redacted], Texas with no evidence. [redacted] was never involved in any accident at New York International Academy. False representation of  [redacted] University and [redacted] College staff. Chris Bevin is not associated with either educational facility. Dave R. has no association with New York Basketball Academy, they removed his picture around the same time the initial promoter of the school was "fired". The Head Strength Coach at [redacted] University was training our players at this time and is currently still our Strength Coach. It is Coach Dan (not Dave) R. Dan R. did do skills work with our players last season. We also use [redacted] College as an alternate practice court. Our college credits go through [redacted] College please see below for evidence: The players were never introduced to Coach Bevin nor Coach R. during the period [redacted] was present.  They only practiced at [redacted] College once. Your reputation is tainted due to unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and false advertising.  It’s stemming all the way to [redacted] as players are from all over and word must be spreading. Pictures #3-6 provided (See attached). Housing accommodations not the same as shown on tour. [redacted] came on a tour with [redacted] came on the first day of the academy to check [redacted] in. She saw the apartment and had no problem with it, then left. Pictures #7-8 provided (See attached): How is [redacted] using the computer in this picture, using a fridge (next to his computer in the pic) and watching t.v. with the cable box (circled next to the t.v) if there was no electricity in the apt. to heat the water? As you can see, these are the exact same pictures of [redacted] in the same apartment as we have on the website like I informed you.  No hot water, no cable or internet. Brown water coming out of the pipes. Not true. So [redacted] lived there for 3 month with no hot water? There was an issue with the water because a water pipe broke in the Town of Endicott. Here is the link: http://www.[redacted].com/story. Our Team Manager addressed this with all the players at the time. Everyone at the academy knew what happened because everyone was having issues. This issue was resolved by the Town of Endicott within a day or two. This is a clear attempt to use an outside incident to slander the company.  During the tour and prior to acceptance we were told housing would be in hotel.  Upon arrival things changed we were also told this “new” residence was going to be temporary.   Please see further evidence below:  Pictures #9-12 provided (See attached). False information: advertised courses to obtain 6 hours of university credit and ACT prep course, no schooling initiated. We provide SAT prep course NOT ACT. 13 of our players at the time, were registered for the college courses and, players took the SAT course, please see below: Picture #13 provided (See attached). Repeated attempts to contact in regards to registration for school but no one answered the phone.  ? no plan in place.  Your date of email to [redacted] College was November 30, 2016 the response you received was December 18, 2016, [redacted] was pulled out by then.  According to remaining players courses never started and they had to register for their own SAT.  Told staff to assist with transportation to shop for food and laundry, they had to walk themselves. This is correct. Transportation was only provided for: to and from practice, games, strength training and classes.  Unable to contact anyone in the office by phone ###-###-#### or email unless it was regarding payment. Not true, she was in contact with the Team Manager, the Coaching Staff and Hazel in Admissions.  Paid $7100.00 plus $50.00 deposit for key plus $250.00 room - unable to obtain refund. All key and room deposits go towards a professional clean at the end of the Academy - all players are aware of this and sign our agreement to this before they enter the Academy. All payments to the Academy are non-refundable. [redacted] was made aware of this before [redacted] attended as all players who attend are. The total cost to attend the Academy last year was $15,525.00 - [redacted] was discounted for his athletic ability with the understanding that he was to remain at the Academy for the full 6 months. He left at Christmas break, half way through the year to attend University in Canada.  [redacted] left due to unsafe living arrangements, travelling accommodations and false advertisement.  After multiple emails and phone messages finally received a response in regards to refund see form below.  Form was emailed and sent registered mail (which was declined) we never heard anything after that until now a full year later.  No phone calls, emails or text messages were threatening anything but disclosure of false advertisement, lack of accountability and plans to make an agreeable arrangement.  We are not looking for a full refund but do expect something based on the circumstances. [redacted] did not use your video’s for his benefits look at the date your clip is posted.  He has used [redacted] (see one below has a few).  [redacted] is much more accurate with their advertisement and recruitment promises.   In regards to social media and your marketing picture, he is promoting himself not you!!! https://www.[redacted].com.

At this time I have not received any emails from [redacted]. Our kitchen is ran by an experienced Chef and is at a high standard. [redacted] has not been attanding meals since the 1st week of the academy by choice. The meal plan is manadatory to attend New York International Academy. [redacted]...

[redacted] paid for the meal plan up front before he came to the Academy and was aware it was required. The only thing labeled optional on his paperwork are the college credits. Everything that is listed on the website is being provided.
