his sales person to call us and say that DuPage Jeep would honor the advertised sales price.  We were able to come in a couple of days later(today) and complete the sale for what we originally thought the Jeep was advertised for.   I appreciate [redacted] and DuPage Jeep's fairness and understanding in the matter and we are happy with the resolution.

Samantha and Danie[redacted] came in to purchase a 2014 Nissan Rogue.  They wanted to put down $1500 and finance the balance.  There was a gentleman with them (we believe it was Samantha's father) said why pay the finance charge and he (John [redacted]) wrote a check for the...

$14312.03 which was the amount financed.  The $1500 down payment was not in the amount of the check he wrote so the $1500 is still due.  I have attached the bill of sale, the receipt and the check he wrote.

Revdex.com:I was contacted by Mandy [redacted] on Friday, June 16th at 3:50 pm, she asked if I received my Drivers License and car floor mats, I confirmed that I did received those items. Mandy also informed me that the dealership will install a remote car starter, she advised me to call her back next week Wednesday June 21st about setting up an appointment for remote install.

First of all we apologize for the misunderstanding between the salesperson and Maxine and her brother-in-law Darrell.  Darrell and Maxine are both on the purchase and both signed the contract at $269.93 for 60 months.  The service contract is optional and the vehicle is under factory...

warranty which is good at any [redacted] dealer in the United States.  We want our customers to have a good experience.  The negotiations for this deal went on for a couple of days.  As a good will gesture DuPage [redacted] is wiling to give Maxine a check for $600.00

I spoke with Corrina regarding her complaint.  Corrina purchased a 8/75 Added Care Plus with a $200 deductible.  As a good will gesture DuPage has agreed to change her coverage to a Maximum Care with a $100 deductible.  We had to have [redacted] Service change the coverage which is now...

In regards to the complaint from John *** unfortunately we the dealership do not make  the rules or eligibility requirements for the incentives.  The incentives (rebates) are based on where the vehicle is being titled.  Before John *** drove from Iowa we went...

over the incentives.  We do agree there was a misunderstanding with the military incentive.  Because of the misunderstanding DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is willing to give John $500 as a good will gesture.

[redacted] had a meeting with the customer on Friday, May 6th to go over all of the paper work.  Everything was explained to the customer and they left satisfied.  As a good will gesture, we gave them a 5 year oil change package.

I Mandy [redacted] spoke with Elizabeth and apologized for the delay in getting her the $100 referral check.  DuPage Dodge has mailed a check to Elizabeth per her request.

We are sending the refund of $139.95 as requested by [redacted].  I phoned [redacted] to apologize and hopefully we have resolved her experience.

I phoned Amy and have set a meeting at DuPage Chrysler on Tuesday April 11th at 5:00pm to resolve this matter.Mandy [redacted]

Amy came to the dealership and we have resolved this complaint to Amy's satisfaction.

I still feel strongly about having Fatima bringing her vehicle to another dealership as it's difficult trying to help out someone who comes in screaming and uses vulgar language when speaking to our employees.  The vehicle is under basic factory warranty until November 28 2017 or 36,000. The powertrain warranty is in effect until November 28th 2019 or 100,000 miles.  There are no open recalls at this time.

This is all I was requesting from the salesperson all along. He ignored my e-mails, phone messages and then did not call when he promised he would. I had to go to him, and he still denied any knowledge of the difference in the payment amount. The business's response is incorrect in that my brother-in-law is Bob [redacted], and he accompanied me twice. His name is not on the contract; mu husband Darrell came with the 2nd time we went there, and it's his name on the contract with mine. There was no price negotiation on the first visit; Bob (salesman) wasn't in until the next night. All we asked about was the 30% off sticker on the car's windshield, which the man who shows you the cars said wasn't valid due to a small asterisk on the window, too. He called a 3rd man over, who said the same - the asterisk made all the difference. I did call the General Mgr. the next day, asking about all of that; he confirmed the other men's statements, but offered to work up a price for me. When he called back, it was a price less than the 30%. I still showed it to the salesman that 2nd visit, and he said I must have misunderstood because it was still too low. He checked and came back with a higher figure and we went from there.I don't understand how people can use scare tactics to try to bully us into purchasing a Lifetime Warranty. I see that wasn't mentioned here. I'd like to know that they have been made aware of the complaint in hopes of sparing other elderly people from the same treatment later.I'd like to know how they have an A+ rating when one look at the reviews shows a very different story. 87% Negative reviews - I wish I'd looked down that far before hand. All I saw was the A+. Anyone I speak to now about autos or [redacted]s and this dealer in particular says "don't go there -they are the worst" and many reviews on other social media have complaints about added on pricing. I wish I'd asked around before I went there, because I wouldn't have bought from them and would have saved money and lot of my time. I'd like to do the same for others in the futureAnyhow, I thank you for your assistance, and I'd be glad to accept a check for the $600.00 that is owed to make the payments what we agreed to.I'm thankful that you help to resolve problems between businesses and people. I didn't realize that before.
