This company was terrific! The workmanship of the deck they built was amazing! The customer service by the builders was the best we have ever experienced. The clean up was outstanding. The builders were so respectful & courteous. Our sales man Tony was so professional & also very respectful. The only complaint was that they didn't call the night before to confirm. But did call 2 hours before arriving.

Nombach Roofing & Tuckpointing recently replaced my house and garage roofs in Wheaton. I needed a complete tear off, have two flat sections on the house addressed, a dish removed as well as replacement of soffit and facia on the garage. I was not looking forward to having this work done as it is a big expensive job that if done incorrectly will be difficult to fix. After having three quotes and doing my research on roofing materials and processes, I chose Nombach. When the estimator, Ed [redacted], walked me through what his crew would do, I had many questions that he was able to answer to my satisfaction. I liked the fact that he had first hand knowledge, having roofed homes himself. Ed listened to my concerns, returned phone calls promptly, had sample ready when I asked, accommodated my schedule and the roofers did what he said they would do.
I was in the house and a bit nervous while the work was being done and periodically walked out to see what was happening. All the workmen were polite and willing to explain the process. The roofs looks great. I could not be happier. - Every single nail and piece of debris was removed from my property as well as my neighbors'. The work was done in a day which made me very happy. I have complete confidence in recommending Nombach Roofing.

My experiences with Nombach Roofing & Tuckpointing have always been positive. My most recent experience had to do with an area of siding that had become damaged with the 2014 winter storms. The representative who assessed my damage arrived in a timely manner, gave me a reasonable work and materials estimate and scheduled the work within a short time frame. All of the work took place according to schedule; and the workmanship was of top quality.

Nombach had made several attempts to resolve Mr. [redacted] complaint, including discounting the original contract dated May 12th, 2016, and increasing the warranty.
We have an amicable resolve with a new...

contract which was executed on August 18th, 2016.The work should commence the week of August 29th, 2016.
