I scheduled work with them based on good ratings from the Revdex.com. I am not happy with how it looks and I feel I was misled on what exactly was to be done. The workers were late(were supposed to arrive between 11-1...arrived at approximately 2:30.) They took my garbage toter. They left cut offs all over. They didn't tell me when they left. Nombach also scheduled the final work without my approval. Very unhappy.

I used Nombach because of their professional presentation, and their high sense of doing a job to the highest of standards. I also received a hugh discount because I retained one of their flyers that had been placed in my door.
I was very satisfied with the finished product of my roofing need. I would recommend Nombach to anyone needing any king roof job. I have used other roofers before Nombach, to my sorrow, but from now on, Nombach will be my, "go to roofer."

Nombach did a terrific job installing a chimney liner in my home! Not only were the two gentlemen who installed the liner courteous, but they also answered any questions I had during the installation. During installation some bricks and concrete had to be removed from the chimney in the basement to install the liner correctly. They covered the basement floor with drop clothes before starting and removed all debris and vacuumed when finished. When I went down to the basement to sign papers for them when they were through, I would of never known they were even there! Spotless! I will definitely recommend [redacted] Nombach to all my friends if they ever need this kind of work done!

I had hired Nombach to build a new front porch for me. While removing the old front porch they uncovered a stray cat and five baby kittens nestled under the porch. We were all quite startled to discover this. Apparently the owner of Nombach asked the men to drop what they were doing and bring the cat and her kittens to the animal shelter. He did this for their safety and with the possibility they might find a loving home. I was in shock! Once this was done, the men got to work on my porch and it is a beautiful new addition to my home! I am blessed to have hired this company both for the quality and integrity of their workmanship and for their love of God’s creatures.

Nombach Roofing company and crew were extremely professional in their handling of our roof tear off and rebuild. The crews were very courteous and extremely efficient.

I requested a quote for gutter guards. Representative Milton [redacted] came out within two days of my request: he measured my home - inspected the roof - within minutes he gave a bottom line quote that was within my budget. He stated that the work would be completed within 2 or 3 weeks. The following Monday, a rep called to make an appointment to install the guards. The work was completed that Friday. Mr. [redacted] made me feel like I was his only customer. Mine was a small job, however, this company treated me like I was their most important customer. We had to have one side of our roof replaced, along with some of the beams supporting the wood. The cause of the damage was a poor decision by the builder on the flashing and ventilation, which Nombach diagnosed quickly and replaced. The price was very fair, and they completed the work quickly. We had a couple of minor issues with the scheduling, but nothing significant. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, part of the new roof buckled dislodged our gutter. Nombach sent out a repair crew and fixed the problem at no charge, but it did take longer than I would have liked to get it scheduled (took a week, should have been a couple of days).

Overall, they ultimately did good work, stuck to their original price, and were responsive, respectful and professional.
